Hampton Inn West Plains

Check in was flawless. The room was spacious and well thought out options for storing bags and other items. Room was a comfortable temperature, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was good (except for the powdered eggs). Not my favorite! All other breakfast items were very good. Parking was plentiful. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We’ll stay again and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.

Diane was great at getting my family on the same floor with rooms close by each other

The front desk woman (there on the 3-11 shift) was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, the best part about the hotel. But, they didn’t have water starting some time around 4:00am. When I spoke with the new front desk person, he was clueless. Later, he said he called his manager , but she was sleeping. They never got it back before I had to leave. They never offered a discount or credit off of their bill even though not having running water basically makes their hotel below code and probably uninhabitable.
