Our room was on the second floor and elevator didn't work. I would not have booked that hotel if they were up front and posted the problem. Refrigerator so loud had to unplug it to sleep. Bathroom fan comes on with light and sounded like it was breaking apart. Room was clean, breakfast was basic.

The hotel was being remodeled and we were not told when we reserved. The front entrance was not in good shape. The room was excellent but rest of hotel experience was not! The pool was a disappointment as well because it needed cleaned. I have decided to not book anymore Holiday Inn.

We only spent one night, en route to another destination. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was difficult, however, when we were ready to check out and the elevator was out of order. We had to make two trips up and down the stairs with our luggage. My sister has a bad knee and did experience some swelling and pain after the stairs.

This property was fine. The biggest complaint was the dirtiness of the carpet. We had an infant crawling around and her hands/knees were gross within 2-3 minutes of crawling around the room.

Our room had a terrible smell. We got some air freshener at the front desk but it didn’t help. The floor felt wet and so did the sheets. Maybe it was just the humidity but it just felt dirty and smelled that way. Breakfast was ok. The only eggs they had was an egg white omelette. Other than that it was decent. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. Would not stay here again. Especially for the price.

This hotel needs an update desperately. Dirty carpet, broken tiles, generally unclean. Breakfast was pretty bad but the coffee was good. We choose Holiday Inn Express because they are known for cleanliness. This one has a long way to go.

I was so disappointed in this hotel, when we stayed in December it was nicer. Our room was ok, but the bathroom had a foul mildew, musty smile that we could not get rid of. The bathroom had 1 light over the sink, that left the rest of the room in the shadow. To make it worst, whoever designed the lighting was not thinking about woman putting on their makeup. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, and the one on the first floor was disgusting and dirty. Breakfast was so-so, overall for the price this is unacceptable. The only bright spot was that the staff was very nice. I will not stay there again. 😞😞

Without infants/kids, this would be a decent place to stay. We had an infant crawling and her knees/feet/hands were disgusting only after 2-3 minutes of being able to stretch around. The food was fine, but we probably won’t stay here again due to condition of the floors and having kids now.

There was only one thing wrong with this room. The heavy blackout drapes were not even designed to be able to be closed, and even the shears did not close without being clipped together. No blackout, and not even any privacy. The lovely lady at the front desk knew exactly what I was talking about, and she handed me a bunch of large paper clips. I was able to jury-rig the drapes to be 80% effective. What genius designed those window coverings? Everything else was great!

This room was great for us (232). However I booked two rooms - full handicap accessible due to the fact that my brother in law is an amputee and my dad is elderly. My brother in laws room (323) was not fully accessible and it was difficult for him. He was told it was handicap but there was no shower seat as shown in the picture and there were no grab bars for the toilet. More than one night and we would have to leave. The coffee maker in his room had to be replaced. When the person came to replace it, he was told it was NOT the fully accessible room, yet the front desk said it was. Per ADA this should be a top priority for your handicap visitors.

The room was spacious with more than enough outlets for our devices (CPAPS, phones, tablets, medication cooler, electric toothbrush) and large enough bathroom vanity to hold toiletries.The beds were really comfortable and the room dark and quiet! The coffee was excellent.

The location of this property was surrounded by 3-4 other hotels. The hot breakfast was great, but maybe instead of the cheese omelette you could offer scrambled eggs instead not everyone enjoys omelettes and their are some people that can’t have cheese and are then stuck not being able to eat the omelette - the pancakes were nice but some people only want 1 pancake and you can’t change the setting - you’ll automatically get 2 pancakes whether you want 2 or not. The room (211) had a loud AC unit that when it turned off it sounded like the system fell on the floor, when the AC was on the air blew hard enough to make the picture on the other end of the room rattle - very annoying throughout the nite

A/C unit decided to blow warm air instead of cold. Had to change rooms to be able to sleep. Staff was very helpful in getting us into a different room. Left luggage in old room. Went to get luggage in morning and temperature was 98 degrees.

I decided to stay two nights at this hotel. I ultimately chose this hotel for the jetted tub which did not work. I would have chose another hotel if I would have known that their jet tub does not work. My request for extra towels was not acknowledged either. Most of the staff was very nice. The room was very clean. I do wish that the bedroom window had a blackout curtain option. The light from the pool is very bright especially during the night and there was no way to close the curtains. The breakfast was the best breakfast I had ever experienced in my life. 10 out of 10 no complaints with that. I will ask next time if their tubs work before booking. If everything works, like it should with the price, I will be back. I stayed at the most expensive room you can choose. I feel like I was somewhat scammed out of my money with this mislead info. Other than that, great place and very safe.

This was a good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice upon leaving. I left an item in the room and they actually called me and took time to mail it back to me. They went over and beyond.

Not the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at, but not the worst. Just meh. Staff weren’t very friendly and the hallways (on the second floor) stunk. My room smelled pretty bad too until I ran the A/C for awhile. Their breakfast was actually pretty good with good variety. Not a horrible experience, but won’t stay here again when I have other choices.

On 5/8/25, we stayed here one night for graduation. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom met my satisfaction. Only issue, wish the hotels would upgrade the toilets to the new standard size! They are so low to me, making it uncomfortable to position yourself! I'm average height (5'6), but I can imagine how a tall person feels! The TV had all the cable channels. To my surprise, unlike most hotels, you might get 10 channels, but they had the full package! More lighting needs to be in the room. The lighting was too dim for me. The breakfast was ok...continental breakfast...nothing fancy! Hot food- biscuits were soft and fluffy, sausage gravy was decent and the cinnamon rolls were probably the best part of the breakfast overall. They were baked fresh! Waffle machine was not operating. Wanted oatmeal, but no microwave to cook it properly! Why have oatmeal, but no way to cook it??! Shouldn't have been out! Overall, everything else was good!
