Hidden Gem. This is always a good choice and have stayed multiple times. Good AC and beds comfort and clean. Staff nice and nice outside pool (clean) and sitting area (can’t believe out of 9 motels this summer vacation, only two pools were useable!) laundry was broken. Cracker Barrel next door which is a plus. Quiet. Very good place for the money.

Great for the price. Kacee was very sweet and helpful at check in! Breakfast was good with hot food. Salt water pool was small but nice. Doors were locked at 8 am when checking out. General Manager had been called in and was very abrupt and rude.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Outdoor pool was open and my son liked the exercise room. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Air conditioner worked really well. Cracker Barrel right next door. Some parts a little dated but would stay here again and price was right.

You should honestly just tear it down and start over. There is absolutely no maintenance being done. The staff don't care. The free breakfast was obviously left over from the day before. Ceiling leaking over the bed. Doors have obviously been busted in multiple times. The safety latch on mine was broken in half and then screwed back in with screws taken from the bathroom door. Called before booking to make sure there was a pool. Yes there's a pool, but it's filled in with concrete.

Parking was easy, staff was excellent, both rooms we were in the bath tubs had hair in them & definitely needs updating, air conditioner worked in only one out the two rooms we booked. They had to move us to another room which the conditioner worked. I would not stay there again. Sorry!

The room was obviously not cleaned. Food in the microwave, used soap in the bathtub, soap around the sink, needed to be vacuumed and I doubt the sheets were clean. I was very disappointed.

It was a wonderful room with great beds. We looking forward to returning to your hotel in December. Could have had a couple more electrical outlets near the beds. The outlets on the lamp was worn out. Had to move the beds to access those outlets. I use a cpap nightly.

The rooms were quiet and the handicap room had a large bathroom, but it had a tub, not a walk-in shower. Also the room was really cramped. Anyone using a wheelchair would have trouble navigating the room. My mom barely managed with her rollater

It is an older facility that shows a bit of wire and tear. However, for the price it is well worth it. The bids were actually some of the best so I slept in on this particular trip. This room was NOT worth $100! This was more in the level of a $40-$60 room. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s not what I’m used to. Mildew on the curtains. The bed cover looked as though it hadn’t been washed. The computer chair was in bad condition, and the room was tiny. Pillows were in need of replacing. They were so worn that the housekeepers had them folded in half inside the pillowcases with the cases wrapped to make the pillow look like throw pillows. Additionally, the beds were definitely NOT queen size. It was more like a full size bed. I didn’t feel comfortable showering because it just didn’t have a clean appearance overall. Thankfully, this was only a one night stay. Otherwise, I would have been extremely unhappy.

The woman was talking on the phone on a personal call. She took forever in finishing the call before helping. After the call she was short and rude. Also, breakfast was not open at the openning time. There was no one in the office when we tried to leave. Very disappointed

Arrive later at night but before check in cut off. Office was locked and lights were out, window has blinds shut with no directions of what to do. No one answered when I called. Just so happen the lady working come out of the office while I was trying to figure out what to do. She was not rude but not friendly either. Room smelled musty, bathroom shower was disgusting. Only reason we stayed was the bed was clean and we didn’t need showers as we were only there for a few hours overnight. Would not recommend.

Checked in at 12-midnight. Pulled up to the hotel, which has ZERO markings indicating where office is located, in order to check-in. Terribly lit and very unwelcoming property. Found the window that serves as “office” for customer check-in, after seeing an unmarked doorbell mounted next to this window. When I rang this doorbell, blind went up and light turned-on. I did not think about this at that moment, but night manager, asked for my credit card for incidentals (Um…what incidentals?). I was too tired to register this…or object. I had already paid for my room! At 12:12 AM, the first fraudulent charge posted to my credit card. Shortly afterward, charge #2 posted. Thank God, my bank’s fraud department was on it and shut him down. Expedia needs to seriously evaluate having any business relationship with this property!

The check in night clerk was very rude and made it clear she didn\'t want to offer any assistance. "Gabrielle" actually dropped the shade cover the night window while we were still asking questions about our room\'s location. Unbelievable.

Hotel staff were some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Lisa greeted me immediately when I walked in and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff as well! Good was good. The hotel was a little rundown but comfortable and clean.

It was an easily accessible hotel from the highway, loved how quiet it was but the people around kind of made me uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t mean or nice just mostly direct and to the point which is good for me personally. Door in the hotel bathroom didn’t shut unless you hit it really hard but other than that the room was really nice and no issues.

We were passing through town and only staying one night. We were very comfortable and completely satisfied with the property, room, and service. It met our needs very well. Being right next door to the Cracker Barrel was a benefit for meals other than breakfast.

Room smelled musty upon entering. Breakfast was to start at 6:30 but, at 7:45, there was no coffee, waffle iron or milk. Attendant said coffee pot wasn't working but later put coffee out. Wouldn't stay here again!

It was a very basic room, but all the necessities were there. My only real complaint is that breakfast was pretty much cold whatever you got, except, of course, for the waffles, which is always much appreciated. Even the coffee was only lukewarm.
