Clean and quiet, nice breakfast! Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and would have been nice to know that when booking through Expedia. Should have been apparent when booking. Whirlpool was open so enjoyed that after a long day on the road

Nice hotel, good breakfast, first day for hot breakfast was sausage and egg, next day bacon and eggs as well as cereal, bread etc. 2 hot tubs, 1 in the swimming pool area and 1 down the corridoor by itself.

Quick stop over. Hotel was nice with some interesting amenities: hot tubs, pool and sauna. Area around hotel was weird. A lot of restaurants that weren’t open and casinos. We did enjoy Dickys BBQ

Access to the room wasn't very easy. There was construction being done that took up half of the parking lot due to the construction vehicles parking in the hotel parking lot. I did enjoy our room. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel is also in a great location right by the main highway for travelers looking for a quick stop on their journey. There are multiple restaurants withing a block or two of the hotel as well. I would stay here again.

Everything was very nice. Staff was very helpful. The only thing was because the hotel was so large and long it only had one elevator on one end of the building, so one would have to go all the way to the other end of the building to either get a cart or to take your suitcases out to your car. However, it was a very nice hotel. At least they had one elevator and we were grateful for that.

We called ahead to ask if they had a hot tub. Chose this hotel over another hand because they had one, but they didn't tell us it was under maintenance. There is an overwhelming smell of chlorine when you walk into the hotel. The pool had floating goop and our children decided not to swim because of that. The continental breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was a disappointing and below-average stay.

Hallway and room had strong odor, like smelly gym socks. The shower curtain was dirty and/or stained. Toilet was not clean. Toilet paper was 1 ply and had a sandpaper texture. Bathroom floor was very dirty. Dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. A/C was on max and the room was still extremely hot. Bedside chair had dust all over the top of the back and the space behind the chair looked like it has not been vacuumed. Room is just in desperate need of a deep cleaning and/or repairs, or an entire refresh. Provided breakfast was nothing special very bland. Bed was extremely comfortable. Layout of room was nice. Mini fridge had a lot of space and kept items nice and cold. All staff was extremely nice and helpful. Pool was clean and did not smell strongly of chemicals. Convenient location near gas station, restaurants, and shopping.

They gave us a room where the whole floor smelled like piss. After we requested a different room, they gave us a better floor but this time the room smelled really bad. They dont change bed sheets, you can tell the bed sheets were just fixed from the previous use. The bed had dog hair. For the price, not worth it.

Reserved two pet friendly room. We are a military family and were PCSing from the East Coast to the PNW. We only stayed for one night. When we opened the door to one of the rooms, the smell of ammonia and urine hit you like a ton of bricks. The other room smelled musty and of old pet urine. Older hotel with some updates, the main floor rooms have really low drop ceilings. Beds were comfortable enough to get a decent night of sleep. The hotel is loud, we had the TV on and could hear people having a converaation walking down the hall as if they were in our room. The toilet was tiny and super low, like the ones you see in elementary school bathrooms. Overall the place was fine for the 1 night we stayed for a vball tournament.

Our reservation was for two days. On the second day, our key didn't work; this happened for several people in our group. The room door would not lock unless we forcefully tried a few times; in fact, a stranger walked into our room accidentally by simply pushing on the door. Room was not made up during our stay. When we arrived, there as one piece of "Kleenex" in the room; I had to go back down to the front desk to get more. Construction in the parking lot was loud and in the way. Hotels should warn customers at the time they make the reservation that there will be construction.

Talk to two people about late checkout and a friend with both and still got woke up at 11:00 AM instead of the 1 PM like they said they would allow us to have. We got in after 3:30 in the morning due to storms so we were hoping to be able to sleep in, but we couldn’t be left alone to sleep. Very frustrating. Then the lady in the morning at the front desk act like I was inconveniencing her when I was checking out because she had to call me to see if we were checking out at 11 when we had confirmed it for 1 PM.

We booked a double room with two queens and the pictures make it seem like there are two rooms (like a suite) but when we checked in, we just got two queens in one room. I went to ask about this and they upgraded us for free (even though it was not their fault… this apparently happens a lot with hotels.com and expedia). He said they often can’t do the upgrade because the suites aren’t available. But they were very nice and helpful. Only complaint is there were crumbs and stains in the pull out bed, so they clearly don’t clean those sheets.

We ran into a very grouchy staff member. She scolded my husband, then went on to the next couple and let them have it. Also, I know it is the new way of the world, but I HATE having to ask for maid service. If full daily service isn't automatically scheduled, then that should be made clear at check in and asked about. I shouldn't have to remember to ask for it.

The Hotel is very old. We stayed on the backside of the hotel right next to the freeway and the traffic noise was loud. Didn't care for the breakfast,not much to choose from.

The room was spacious, and was one of the cleanest room I've stayed in. You could tell the housekeeping team cares about their rooms. The front desk was thorough but fast. All the staff was quite polite. And finally, the breakfast was great, as it was a typical Continental breakfast, but with multiple options. It included: Bagels, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, 3 different breads for toast, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, and a variety of refreshments.
