The tub backed up every time someone above took a shower. Tub drain very slow, with water back-up while showering. Poor lighting in the room - only one small, dim lamp in the room. Could hardly see, even with lamp turned on. Toilet flush worked very slowly. Floor buckled up badly. General upkeep of rooms very poor.
