The exterior is rough ... parking in gravel in the back, away from the Truck Plaza across the street. The beds were very comfortable, the room clean and fresh, the staff very friendly and accomodating.

Not dog friendly! Dog area tiny and nowhere to take your dog except to a truck parking lot. Faucet dripping and bedding ancient.

Room was not ready. No coffee in the morning. TV didnt work. Elevator didnt work. At least the staff was nice.

Definitely a hotel in need of updating. Friendly staff both at check in and check out. Didn't feel very safe with a number of homeless type folks hanging around the exterior side entry door. Our pet friendly room was non-carpeted which we love traveling with dogs. There was a fenced pet area with poo bags, but it was mostly dirt which then became mud with the rain as we arrived. Not one single trash can in the room which was odd. Also didn't have a minifridge which is pretty standard in rooms these days. Everything in the room worked well. Love the fact that they allow all 3 of our dogs and only charge a $15 per pet per night fee as many other hotels charge much more. Breakfast was the minimal basic motel options...cereal, toast, yogurt, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice.

Carpets in hallways and stairs very loose, dirty, and garbage in stairways. Elevator wasn't working so had to lug bags up stairs. Front lobby smelled of strong cigarette smoke while checking in. Staff was not friendly or inviting. In our three weeks of travel across the United States, we have never encountered these conditions.

The elevator was out of service. Several dogs barking at night. To use the only outlet you had to get down to your knees to plug anything in. No tissues or cups in the bathroom. Good service, good location.

The foyer smelled like cigarettes. I had to ask for cleaning supplies so I could clean my own bath tub. First they gave me keys to a room that when I opened it, it was filled with construction materials. The elevator doesn’t work. And hot water for the oatmeal, I had to go to the kitchen and get it none in the eating area.

I booked a Queen, was given a double. Inside the building smelled of cigarettes, however the room did not. There was not a typical PTAC unit in the room like most hotels/motels, it was central air but room controlled. It did work and we stayed cool all night. The room was very small and not like the picture online at all. It was mostly clean. The shower was nice and big, pretty good water pressure. The soap, shampoo, conditioner was of decent quality. They have a nice walkway around the building, but there is a sign that dogs are not allowed to “potty” anywhere besides the sad looking pet park they have which was put together with chicken wire. Breakfast and coffee was below average. If I had read reviews before booking I would not have stayed here; but car was safe in the lot, we got a good nights rest, and didn’t get bed bugs!

Everything you wanted for an overnight stay. Outside felt secure.

Ali was amazing. The property looks rough, but the inside has had a remodel and looks great. Staff is amazing, I loved that they have cameras all over so I felt safe parking my car outside and traveling alone with my 2 kids. Someone was smoking and it infiltrated our room (not their fault) mattresses are not what I prefer. If I had to rate the staff and safety 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The beds … 😢

The cleanliness of the property was extremely poor. There was visible dust throughout the premises—not just in the common areas, but also inside the room itself. The bed, furniture surfaces, and especially the AC vents were covered in dust, indicating a serious lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. This created an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location.

It was a quick check-in. Room was very clean. All amenities we needed were included. TV was great. Shower was great. Extremely quiet. We could not hear any traffic from I-90. City of Butte is just minutes away if you don't like McDonalds, Subway or Truck stop deli just down the road. Gas stations accessible on both sides of I-90, Rocker.

After we checked in we discovered our room was dirty (floor not clean, trash not taken out) and the AC was not working. We asked to switch rooms only to discover the new room was also very unclean (hair in sink and shower, crumbs on floor, bedding stained). It was late and other hotels were full so we stayed. There were also only two bath towels for four people, when I went to get more I was told there were no more and was given a hand towel. Also the lobby smelled strongly of cigarettes and they had an active bug zapper going right by the breakfast area which we choose not to eat at.

Room was clean- bed was clean and comfortable but non existent amenities like tissues, cups, garbage cans, bags for dirty laundry, WiFi, no fridge, handicap room on third floor, out of food for continental breakfast on Saturday morning, couldn’t get an extra blanket for the room

The room was clean and free of cigarette smell. However all the hallways reeked of cigarette smell that appeared to come from the front office and nearby room that had its door propped open. Also, the guest above me stomped on the floors way past 11pm and made it fifficult to sleep.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at as it absolutely WREAKED of cigarette smoke. Right when you walk in to the front desk, hallway, and room. SO BAD. I feel I should get a refund for staying there. The funny thing is I had to put my initials by an acknowledgement that I wouldn't smoke (I don't) but the whole bottom floor absolutely wreaked of smoke. So gross. I will never stay there again.

Place was old, outdated, dirty, toilet ran all night. Bed did not fit the box spring, flow was sticky, bed spread looked stained, hair in bathroom and it didn’t look cleaned. I slept on top of the bed cause I didn’t trust the sheets.

We arrived and the first floor smelled of smoke. There were beds and parts in the entryway. Our tv didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush well. The floor was gross and grimy. The shower (which we didn’t use had hair). We arrived late and left early (stayed less than 12 hours - it was so nasty). Don’t recommend.

The place looked run down on the outside. The first floor smelled like cigarette smoke. At check-in no information was offered about our stay at all! The room was ok and clean just very small.

A/C did not work. Window was open to allow some cool air in however the motel is right next to a truck stop. Noise all night. Motel is no need of maintenance. Sink clogged up. Overall appearance poor.

Very nicely renovated rooms. The heating/air system could have been better. A refrigerator would have been nice, but for the price, the clean sheets and clean bed made up for the other those things. I would definitely return to get a room again.

This hotel is located across the street from a truck stop. The room was the smallest I've ever stayed in with two queen beds. Hardly enough room to open suitcases up and still walk by. For five people and a pet, it was tight. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the toilet didn't flush well. Breakfast was good, probably the best thing about the hotel.

This facility offers a minimal of services and amenities. There was no ice bucket (though there was one ice machine), no hair dryer, no mat for the bathroom, the bed caved into the middle and the tv received only four channels, two of which played replayed sports games. The room floor was gritty and in need of mopping. Also, the hall needed to be vacuumed. All of these inadequacies are within the hotel’s ability to change. Out of their control, but certainly contributing to our poor experience was the smoke detector beeping for about 10+ minutes and a very inconsiderate neighbor who spent over 90 minutes in the middle of the night trying to break into his own room!??!

Tv didn’t work, staff is rude, only ⅓ roll of toilet paper. Staff is the problem

Friendly staff who recommended places to visit. Took their time to explain how to get to these places.

We can to hotel to check in. No one is there. Of course there was sign be back. No one came for almost 30mins. I looked everywhere for someone and even my husband did too haha. I even try calling 5 times to get check in. Just no one. So we decided to cancel it and booked different hotel. I wouldn’t stay here honestly. It smell so bad walking in. I should had realize by the smell and the way it looked.

I got there at 2am and nobody was at the desk for me to check in but it said to call the number for assistance. I had to call twice and wait for 10 minutes to get help. As soon as you walk in you're hit with the smell of cigarettes. My hotel room bed didn't have a blanket. It was not a good time but it was a cheap hotel.

We arrived about 7 p.m. the day of our stay. There wasn’t anybody in the lobby so we waited. Another group came in and was also waiting. A member of that group commented on how heavily the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, which it did. They said they were going to ask to see their room first to make sure it didn’t smell too. Which seemed wise. After about 10 minutes of waiting a man with towels walked by. I asked him if he could let someone know there were people waiting to check in. He grumbled something I didn’t understand. About five minutes later, a man arrived behind the front desk. I asked him if we could see the room before checking in. He said check in first and asked my name. He told me there was no reservation for me. I said I had a confirmation from hotels.com and he said call them, then said loudly to the group behind us “next!” I asked him if he had checked our name correctly and started to spell it for him. He said “next!” Again. We left and contacted hotels.com and after some time secured a full refund. The process was delayed because the hotel did not answer efforts by the representative to call them. The front desk person was clearly pissed off that I asked to see the room and decided to deny us a room. He was rude and dismissive and his hotel smelled.

Service was amazing!

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s near the interstate so it’s in a very convenient spot but not close enough that you hear the road noise all the time. I have been staying here a couple day a week for work and after my second stay I am now greeted by name when I walk in. I doubt I will stay anywhere else when I come to stay in Butte.

It started with check in. We arrived at 3 and didn’t get in until 30 minutes later. Room wasn’t fully put together-no towels or pillowcases. Room decently clean. Carpet in the hall/reception area dirty. Employees disgruntled at the reception. On our arrival in the evening, we were locked out of room, as were our kids and neighbors. Took 30 minutes for them to find a key to let us in. The breakfast area was dinky and limited. No offer for discount due to our inconvenience. Do not stay here

When we checked in, we had to wait for service as there was no one at the desk. This we found was not the exception to the rule. There was never anyone at the desk. When we got to our room, there was only one hand towel, the phone did not work, and although the bathroom was clean, the rest of the room had built up dirt all around it. When we went to the desk to get towels and report the phone not working, again we had to wait for someone to come to the desk. We were given to bath towels, no bath mat, no hand towels or face cloths. We were staying two nights and needed to have out room card reissued because it was not correctly programmed. Again another wait at the desk. The breakfast room was filthy and was not monitored. Needless to say no breakfast was eaten!! When I checked my credit card account, I had been charged an additional $1.00 each day on my card with no explanation. As we had paid at the property, I wanted a copy of the charges but when we went to check out there, once again was no one there. I went back to the desk 3 times before we finally left and there was no one manning the desk and no answer on the phone number left for emergencies! Glad there weren’t any real emergencies! We will never darken their door again!!

Ali was fantastic to deal with. Very friendly and easy going. He made the experience so much better.

Phone didn’t work in the room to call and tell front desk that the tv wasn’t working. Went down there to tell them, they came once and said it was fixed and it wasn’t. Went back down there to ask for tv to get fixed or to refund money and the manager screamed that we could leave right now. He didn’t like being asked to do anything. Told him we will not until he refunds our money. He sent another person up to fix the tv. That guy fixed it. People who came to help were great, the manager though needs to go. No coffee in the am, it was out. Someone living behind it, homeless. I would pay $40-50 to stay there again.

Convenient location for traveling on freeway

There’s lots of truckers there but very easy on and off highway access!

Convenient location off the Interstate. Right next to fuel. Don't know why others have stated it was loud, due to the truck stop, because we didn't hear too much at all and we were in a room facing the trucks. Air condition was very nice and worked well! Room was simple but clean. Got some good rest. Thanks for the stay!

Hotel smelled of cigarettes, even with a no smoking sign in the front window. There were no black out curtains just a sheer red curtain hanging on the window. Outside was in need of a good paint job. The old white paint was chipping off. In an industrial area not a family hotel.

Mainly a stop over for truckers or road trippers.

It is located next to a truck stop. The outside of the hotel is very rundown and needs a fresh coat of paint. The inside smells like mold, the carpets are dirty, the bed had hair and crumbs in it.

Easy off and on the freeway. Older hotel and it shows a bit, but it is clean and felt safe.

Terrible breakfast, no hot water for tea, no butter for waffles!

The bed was more bouncy than my trampoline at home! My pillow was hard as a rock. Only gave us 2 pillows! No hair dryer in the room so I asked for one. And it didn’t work. We went for breakfast and nothing worked. Juice machine was broken. Toaster didn’t work. No syrup in the container for my waffle. The breakfast room was a mess. We had to wipe off our own table to be able to eat. Only one plug in the room we could use to charge the phones was in the bathroom. The only thing I can say was decent was the shower. I did have hot water.

The room was good. The breakfast leave something to be desired. The coffee was Olde and Luke warm. There was a waffle maker with no waffle ingredients. I had to microwave water to have hot water for the oatmeal. The cinnamon raisin bagel was wet on one side. I imagine it was frozen and thawed that way. All in all it was OK. I microwave some coffee to help with my oatmeal to get by until I stopped for a meal and proper coffee down the road.

Overall, the motel was very ggod to excellent. The hall ways could use more frequent cleaning but the room was fine. Breakfast was adequate for this room price range.

Beds were old, only 1 towel in the room with no phone, hair dryer, no shampoo, no vending machine. Noisy and hotel very run down. Asked for extra pillow, never recieved. Breakfast was a joke, the wafflemaker kept tripping breaker so couldn't use. Juice machine not working, only 2 small yogurts, stale bread for toast. Whole experience was terrible.

It was incomplete and cheap. The towels didn't match. The pillows were horrible, extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt and no spoons!

Checking in was very nice. The property needs a paint job and a little TLC. We arrived for breakfast at 7:30 and there was one yogurt left, no fruit, no batter for the waffles no hot foods left. Breakfast hours are 6-9.

Halls were filthy, no hair dryer in the rooms, no wash cloths, breakfast was bad- ran out of juice, cereal, syrup,

It was a good price and convenient. The floor needed to be cleaned in room. There was toenails on the floor and other stuff. The juice machine didn’t work at all. Some of the bagels were dry.
