Comfort Inn Great Falls South

We stay at Comfort Inn, when prices are reasonable!

The outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn't work for the first couple days so I had to move it to the other side of the room. It was bad enough when one of the two washing machines was out of order, but when the second one failed, I had to go down the road to a laundromat. They should upgrade from coin-operated machines to tap pay or web-enabled, since they don't have a change machine. The one morning I tried the breakfast, the warmer didn't seem to be working; my biscuit, eggs, and sausage were barely warm instead of piping hot. The staff were friendly and helpful, but maintenance needs improvement. Neighbors were noisy and sound travelled through the walls easily.

In our first room they put us in the bathroom was gross. There was hair everywhere, in the drain outside the walk-in shower. There was a piece of soap also in the drain. A dirty towel hanging behind the shower curtain We asked to be moved and guess what yep same thing. It was on the same floor (1st) So this time the maid came in to clean it I told her there was a bar of soap in the shower and when she left it was still there yuck. Did she even clean. So I just cleaned the bathroom myself

It was amazing the the hospitality was great the customers service was awesome and I'd definitely improved prefer to refer people to come to comfort inn thank you so much for us today it was amazing and the bathrooms are clean that they're almost clean as comfortable homie thank you so much how wonderful evening

A bit off the beaten path but the area was quiet and near a number of decent restaurants. Good breakfast and attentative staff.
