Property was ok, carpets were dirty in hallway and in the room. Pools of water in elevator from people swimming and using the elevator. Didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. Other than that, we felt safe and hotel was central to the shopping we wanted to do.

There seemed to be dog hair in the bed area, hair in the bathtub that was not ours, the bathroom wasn’t too clean, the bathroom light cover was hanging off, the bathroom fan was COVERED in dust.

Shortly after entering our rooms we realized that both our beds had crumbs of some sort and were dirty. When brought to the attention of the staff we were given new sheets and asked to make our own beds instead of giving some sort of refund or changing our room…

Could be a great place, there was garbage left in bathroom garbage can , tables weren’t wiped down, lots of hair left in bathroom! Mattresses are so bad ! Rooms are nice though, just need a bit more time cleaning, I was a chamber maid so I see all the imperfections!

I've stayed here before and the hotel is looking very run down. Elevator floor was dirty, sticky and tiles chipped and broken. Hallways look dingy with dirty carpets. Doors are all dinged up; chipped paint. My door didn't close smoothly and I always had to push it closed. The bathroom toilet was loose. Thought it might tip over on me. The toilet seat was also loose and slipped from side to side. Shower doors wouldn't stay closed. Had to put a facecloth at the bottom to keep it from opening. What a pain that was! Seems no one is checking these things. Upkeep here is extremely lacking. Bed was comfy and room fairly spacious. Outside has scaffolding so parking lot is reduced. They need to focus on the inside too. Front desk staff were friendly and very pleasant. Checked in quickly. That was the only positive at the Comfort Inn. I will not be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay and the desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite dirty. At least ours was. The floor was completely covered in stains. The bathroom, although recently renovated was stained. Particularly the shower. There was mould in the shower andthe whole shower needed to be scrubbed as there was ground in dirt on the surfaces and mould in the drain trap. Incredibly dirty! Bathroom is completely dirty, rotting and looks like mild. Hair in the tub. Mattress are dirty and stained with blood. No sign of bugs (I think). Doors are so dirty and sticky you can see the spills but nobody wipes things. Common area is filthy and looks like hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Pool should be closed as the tiles are totally off and mg son for hurt as they’re up and cut him. Truly the health inspector needs to come take a look. Rooms should be priced at 75-80 to be realistic

The room where we stayed was at first glance decent. Till i found long black hair under the pillows and blankets. I dont think these were washed between us and the previous occupants. There was also a wad of long black hair in the shower. Looked to be the same hair as on the beds. The toilet around the bottom where its screwed on looked like it hadnt been cleaned in ages. The shower door didnt close, the toilet paper holder had an arm broken off. The carpet had red streak stains on it. But to top the cake , people kept knocking on our door. Several times! Always different people. At 3 am someone was banging really hard. We were just passing thru and dont know anyone there. So it definitely felt sketchy. We were overall not very impressed, with the stay. The staff seemed nice tho

We moved rooms 3 times due to foul smells in each room and non working tv. We went and bought room deodorizer to help with the smell. We had to stay multiple times during our stay to help with the smell. The shower in the first room had mold around the edges and lots of hair leftover from other guests. There were dogs barking in the hotel and just was not a pleasant stay. We will not be back to this Great Falls property. We love the location in Jerome Idaho, but this one was very poor.

Safe parking. Stayed for 5 days and they placed in a handcapped room next to the pool. As such, noisy and vanity mirrors situated at waist level for someone in a wheelchair. If I did not request a handicapped room, please don't put me in one.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ran a UV light over everything and was pleased to see everything was in order. I had a problem getting the WiFi to work and the gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. And I must confess the problem was a misunderstanding on my part and not with the facility. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend them.

Had to have the room key reprogrammed everyday. Room is small and pretty old. And smelled bad the first 3 days. I had main floor room and the last day had barking dogs in one of the rooms next door .

Arrived at 15:30 and was at first told my room was not ready. After complaining I was provided a room on the first floor. The room was next to the pool room and was noisy with kids playing in the pool. As far as other reviews. Air was working great in the room as it was a hot day. The carpet in the halls is dingy and needs replaced. I would stay again for an overnight stop over. I only stayed because my flight got rebooked.

This poor hotel really needs to be cleaned. The air conditioner was so noisy. I think it would’ve been quieter sleeping under a Mac truck doing 60 miles an hour down the highway. The beds were like a field of potatoes. And I still paid over 100 bucks a night.

Our room was filthy, the bedding and bathroom had hair and blood. When we called down the young man came up right away and changed our bedding and wiped down the bathroom. However still didn’t get the bathroom fully clean. He took our duvet and we never got one back so only had sheets for our whole stay. There was no apologies or discounts for the inconvenience. The elevator had 1/2 eaten food in the light panels that look like they have been there along time.

So customer service was good (we did get a $30 discount on our stay) but there were several mistakes made by one employee (whom was nice but just couldn't seem to get things right). After coding our cards to the wrong room which was occupied by a terrified single female as someone opened her door, and two more tries and running up and down the stairs, we got a room that smelled so bad like smoke I had to one again, go down and then request a different room. Our 3rd room was good (after 2 tries to get the code correct on the cards). The following day, we got back from shopping/lunch and our key didnt work. Down 3 flights again (the elevator was slow) x 2 to once again, get the keys coded correctly . I know things can go wrong but really, that was a lot of stuff. The person on duty and the manager were polite and our room and stay were good with just these few inconveniences. The hotel is older and not in the best shape but beds were comfortable and it seemed to be clean. The breakfast was good, lots to choose from, hot and cold. The pool and room needed some work. Lots of rust and the tiles were coming off the bottom of the pool. Water was pretty warm tho. All things considered, if you want a decent place to sleep at a decent price, stay here. In total, i would say 3.5/5

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Called ahead to make sure they had conjoining rooms and were brushed of as "of course." Got there and they refused to give conjoining rooms. Super rude. Lied and said they were fully booked although their website was still offering many rooms.

It started with not being able to read the printing of the WiFi password on the key envelope. The TV system was extremely bad and when I spoke to the lady at the desk about it, she said she doesn't know anything about the TV and she didn't print the password on the key card so she was taking no responsibility for it. It continued with not being able to control the heater as it was stupid hot in the room despite having the temperature setting at 61 degrees. I ended up turning it off which left it cold in the middle of the night. I won't be back

Room shared a wall with the pool so it is noisy and muggy. There was a half full coffee cup in our room and no soap was provided like they weren’t finished cleaning. Walked to a store in the neighborhood and sidewalks in the area were dirty and unsafe to walk.

Great breakfast offerings. Our room had no extra toilet paper, ran out. As we were leaving front desk assured us that TP would be put in room - no help to us, an appology would have been nice. Tight parking.

Breakfast included should go to 10:00, not 9! Basically rude as it forces people to get up earlier on time off work when you are maybe trying to catch up on sleep and relax a bit!!!! People that showed up close to 9:00 found basically nothing to eat. If you're traveling with hungry teenagers that sleep later, beware
