This is our second stay here. We have enjoyed it both times. Love that my family can come visit us here and enjoy a swim with us. All staff are friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They are doing renovations around here right now and that's great but they really need to do something with the huge potholes in the parking lot. That would be my one complaint.

This place has improved immensely since the last time we stayed several years ago. The room we had was clean, bright and cool. Lots of room to move around. The hotel itself looked fresh and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the pool was much smaller and they removed the water slide.

This was the first place Ive stayed the didnt have coffee out during the day. On Sunday they had coffee till 8:30a. They weren't going to make anymore. At $304 a night you think they could make another pot of coffee. We booked it because it showed a Waterslide and it dodnt have one. Thats an old picture. Grandkids were disappointed.

I cut my foot on a piece in the pool that was supposed to have a cover on it. I had to go to urgent care and get the wound cleaned. Antibiotics were required due to it happening in the pool. I’m glad it wasn’t one of my kids. The room itself was nice. The staff is very nice.

It smells strongly of mildew and mold as soon as you walk in. The carpets in the room are wet. I took a wet towel to wipe the bathroom floor, and it was black. There was mold in the coffee maker. Also, this hotel advertises having a slide for the pool, but the slide has been taken out. My kids were very disappointed.

Room very out dated. Bathrooms so small you can hardly turn around without bumping into something. Hotel seemed very unclean. Stained and sticky floors in both elevators. Corners and floorboards of entire hotel looks dirty and sloppily painted over. Pool had sheen on top with floating hair and particles. Hot tub has gross build up on walls that feels awful and gritty when you are sitting in there. “Waterslide” is outdated and looks like it’s never been cleaned before. Tv didn’t work and when I called the front dear I was instructed to mess with the cables on the back of the tv till it works. I never did get it working. Doors are tricky and if you don’t pull it all the way shut and do it hard it won’t latch all the way and you can easily push your way into the room. As women staying alone this was pretty terrible. I really wish I would have paid more attention to the bad reviews . I could have stayed at a much newer hotel for the same price. The employees were friendly and let us into the pool when the key card wasn’t working. The pool was dirty. Floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned in there for a long time. Under construction and has been for years. Disappointing. Definitely not a good hotel for Kids

To start with they should tell people before you book that they are renovating the place, the room was terrible water stains all over ceiling places where ceiling is falling down . The room was not cleaned the first day and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed for awhile. No clean towels or other things in room, went to pool area and around pool looks like a filthy mess has not been cleaned for a very long time, every where you went the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. This place was terrible will definitely not stay there again .

The service was great, but the stay was not very comfortable. I was booked on the first floor right outside the lobby, which was extremely loud all night. My room also had a connecting room, which had people staying in it which were also very loud and everything echoed. They had a dog staying with them that cried the entire time they left the room (which isn’t the dogs fault). I felt terrible for the dog! I turned my tv up really loud to try to drown out all the sounds from the lobby. The heat wouldn’t consistently work and kept turning off and resetting to 65.

My room was next to a back door that said it would be locked at a certian time... i dont think it was and people were going in and out almost every hour from like 9pm to when I checked out. I didnt sleep. The room and hallways were dirty.

We just spent the night. The room met our needs. The room was quiet. The room did look over the roof which was okay. However, there are some lights out there, and the black out blind would not go all the way through. The room also overlooked the atrium. You could hear some of the louder guests pass by, but was quiet during the night. It also has a restaurant which is also nice.

There is a very strong smell in the vestibule (a lot of hotels use it now, I dont like it but it was a LOT). The heat in the room was terrible, either hot or cold, and the fan was very loud. The hairdryer in the room was broken (a replacement was brought up, much appreciated). The blinds were stuck and took quite a bit of effort to get the shade down. The plumbing in the bathtub was old, not labeled and confusing. The elevator is very slow, disconcertingly so. For the price I expected better. The staff were great, friendly and courteous.

Rugs are bumpy and torn up. Paint is all over the baseboards, the bathroom is showing unfinished drywall behind the mirror. For the amount of money I paid it's a very dated tired old hotel. It was terribly noisey. I am in Salt lake at a hotel I paid less for right now and it's new and beautiful. Great falls is terribly overpriced and not even a 2 star.

The beds r the bomb. I haven’t slept so well, in eons. I traveled alone & felt very safe in this hotel. The hotel staff were amazing. They couldn’t be more helpful. The bartenders & staff in the lounge, were so nice & and also very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Especially just for their beds lol.

The food options were good, close to shopping, internet was good, pool and hot tub area was nice. Reserved through 3rd party app.. reservation went well, check in was tough as it took 4 hours for room to be cleaned so we could check in. Came back to check after 2 hours hoping to check in and freshen up before going to dinner. Room still was not ready was offered a free drink at the bar and my room deposit was lowered to 20.00 (which really didn't matter as i get the deposit back anyway) was finally able to check in 4 hours after reservation was made. Room was good, clean beds were clean, bathroom was clean. Even with the slow check in process we extended our stay to 2 nights rather than one.

The shower was clogged, there was no hot water the bathrooms are very tiny and we paid way too much to stay there! The area the hotel was located wasn’t the best either. Was worth about $100 a night and we paid over double that! The hotel description was very misleading.

Has gone down hill since the last time we stayed here. Wasn’t a welcoming entrance to the hotel. Room was not real clean…bathroom was terrible…had something running down the wall in the bathroom. The toilet had a big crack in it. Bathroom especially needed repairs. Restaurant was short staffed. Took over an hour to have breakfast. Saw many people leave the restaurant because no one to seat them or serve them. Will not stay here ever again.

Wonderful hotel! The minute you walked in you felt at home! The lobby is very impressive, the waterfall with the animals is lovely. The desk staff is both knowledgeable and kind! The room was perfect, the bed sublime. Tony Roma, restaurant had delicious food, we loved it. Definitely give the hotel five stars, we would recommend this hotel to our own family!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 to 7 times in past 5 yrs. Staff has always been courteous and very helpful. I personally like the restaurant and the bar , quite relaxing and great to wind-down after work. I see the restaurant is being upgraded and is getting inaugurated Jul 2024. Looking forward to dinning there in my next stay.

The property is absolutely filthy, I dont mind construction, or anything like that, but this was awful, however the front desk guys were excellent, everything else was disgusting. The employees are wandering around as if its a social club, holding hands like its high school and you,the lucky guest, just arrived to prom, and unfortunately the front desk guys were the only ones taking the job seriously. At first I thought it was an extremely relaxed atmosphere, and it must be a fun place to work, however to my horror, I found out otherwise. Flecks of black poop all over the toilet handle, short and curly,-and of course long and straight hair in the shower. The carpet has long white dog hair all over the carpet. The bed had all of its assorted sheets and blankets, unfortunately they must have been trying to save money and going green because they weren't clean at all, BOTH BEDS and the assorted sheets have short and curly hair, and not just a small amount. A rather large amount as if someone just left the sheets where they were supposed to be when the guest finally checked out, and decided to leave it for the next guest. Desk tops are also completely unwiped. I checked out and went to another actual clean hotel. I never write reviews because I dont want to be some loser yelp review guy, let me tell you, I will never stay at this hotel ever again, i used to think Holiday inns were the place to be, not anymore, you guys look like a super 8. Garbage. I want my money back as well.
