The room was fine we had a deluxe king...it seemed like maybe it was not finished being renovated yet as it was missing pictures on the wall, weird empty spaces. But im not complaining as the price was right, free breakfeast and a pool...although the pool was on the cold side....lots of Alberta plates in the parkinglot so being from Alberta i felt comfortable and safe.

The manager had a pleasant demeanor which is appreciated after a 4 day drive from Myrtle Beach to here. Our King Suite was the perfect place to stretch out. They had a washer and dryer with laundry packets for purchase which was perfect. The location was perfect for getting out into nature, shopping or if you needed to grab food. We rebooted for another 3 weeks on the road in our conversion van. If there is no issue with the bill, I'd have to say it was perfect.

Hotel is run down and very outdated. Shower drain stuck and I had to fix it. Body wash was empty upon arrival. Room had visible uncleaned spill on bed skirt, hand print on the bathroom door. Pool was closed for at least the two nights and three days we stayed due to a “balance” problem.

I didn't like the gaps around the door or the thin walls - you could hear every noise. The room was not cleaned very well - crumbs on the floor, hair on the shower wall and back of the toilet. Although, the way the room was made did not lend itself to easy cleaning - gaps between the sink counter and wall. But, the breakfast was very nice and the staff we encountered were very pleasant.

I would not recommend this property and it is very disappointing that this is a Wyndam. The parking lot up to the doors had garbage all over the place. The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Our room was absolutely disgusting once we walked in. Bedsheets and pillows were covered in large yellow stains, the window had what looked to be gobs of spit dripping in multiple places. The window was also covered in black crud which was all over the carpet. Chunks of garbage and god only knows what was under the desk and scattered across the room. Used toilet paper rolls in our “clean” room. The area this hotel is in is very unsafe! Do not recommend at all!

Dirty. Halls/stairs look like theyvhadnt been vacuumed in weeks, sheets were very visibly stained had to get new one... staff could have offered to change them, room smelled bad... staff was friendly, but the hotel is just not clean.

Our room smelled of smoke when we arrived. We are definitely non smokers, so I went to the front desk to report it, & was told they would ‘make a note of it’ so we wouldn’t be charged. I asked if this was a non smoking room & they said the entire hotel was non smoking. We left for dinner & when we opened the door upon our return the smell was worse. We would not recommend this hotel.

Our room was filthy, the bathroom shower curtain appeared to never been changed for the last 5 years. The shower curtain was so dirty you could see a dirt line across the bottom that was the height of the tub. The pool has dirt marks on the tiles, that look like dirt buildup on your bath tub. They have never been scrubbed, you can see the difference at the water line. The water in the pool was murky and appeared to need chemicals or changing. I will never stay here again.

The hallway floors were dirty, rooms clean but bed was way smaller than frame (stayed in a king room) and uncomfortable. bathroom vanity counter very small and found no room to put things. Parking lot is terribly sloped away from front doors and stalls so trying to push the luggage cart around the broken uneven concrete lost things off the cart several times. Very noisy facing mall side of the street due to loud traffic. Will not stay again.

The bed did not have enough blankets, the shower was not hot, there was a roof attachment for the smoke detector but no smoke detector, the air conditioner was very loud (had to shut it off in order to sleep), sheets on bed were inside out, toilet was loose. Will not be staying here again.

Was not happy with door to my room. Gap was so big I could see into hallway with door closed. If someone wanted to come into my room without a key, they could have very very easily done it. I will never stay at this property again.

Had a couple problems early on. The bathroom light was the vanity light around the mirror with no other possible light source in the room and the light would flash on and off rapidly instead of steady on. Staff replaced it the first day but it happened again on the second day. After leaving it off then turning on we left it on for fear it would happen again and I didn't want to have to shower in the dark. Speaking of the bathroom, we chose a deluxe room for added soace and convenience but the bathroom was so small you had to stand on either side of the toilet to close the door. The shower was nice but again very small quarters. Would not be commenting if we didn't pay for the deluxe room. The bed was the inly thing I would classify as an upgrade other than also having a sofa bed in the room. I am accustomed to a deluxe room having more spacious appointments through out. The staff was wonderful for the most part and are the best asset for this property. The parking lot is too small for when they sell out. Invariablysomeone parks taking more than one space. And the add to the problem dur to the hunting season there were a number of hunters from out of town with large trucks that made it almost unnavigable through the parking lot

There was someone listening to talk shows or something either in the laundry or room next door in 107. I was in Room 105, left my room at 4 am to see if there was something going on and couldn't find anyone to speak with. It was impossible to get back to sleep. My hubby and i have stayed before with no issues.

Needed to cancel due to -35 temps. Called hotel and the woman who answered told me I was stupid for using Expedia to book. Tgen said they would refund but Expedia wouldn't let them. Contacted Expedia and they happily agreed to refund, but when they contacted the hotel they refused. When i tried to recontact the hotel they hung up on me three times. Finally escalated it to corporate. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

We went for a walk after dinner and came back to the hotel to notice NONE of the hotel signs were lit up and NO lights I in the parking lot. I inquired with the hotel desk and she knew nothing about it. Did not offer to ask another hotel staff if there was a light switch or something that could be off. She said she didn’t know if there should be lights and said there was NOTHING she could do about it. Our vehicles were in a dark parking lot and it did not seem like it was safe. When we looked out in the early morning, all parking lights were on. We were relieved, but feel that the hotel staff should have had a better solution and made some effort.

Front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us out with our needs. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be more handicap parking. There were only a few options available and they were full each night we returned.

I called the hotel to tell them I was falling asleep on the road with my 5 year old and I was not going to be able to make it all the way to great falls Friday evening. I asked if there was anyway they could please help me either with a refund or moving the dates! The manager Robert was very rude and told me he was cancelling my room and hung up on me! He cancelled it but did not issue a refund! I had to pay for two hotels for my trip to great falls and finances are very tight! He was telling Expedia he would work with him to change dates and then changes his mind and when I called he was just so unprofessional! I tried to call back and he kept hanging up on me!

The front desk person was rude and short with me when I arrived, the place was filthy looking at the breakfast area it was dirty and it was after 12:30 pm when I arrived. The whole place seems unkept and this was for my wife who was by herself she felt unsafe and did not want stay there. I tried to get a refund but the front desk person was not helpful. I’ll be calling Wyndham directly and express the conditions of this location besides the fact that the rate was over $150 I expected for a Wyndham property to be better than this.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay here. We were given a room on the third floor and when we arrive to the room there was someone in the room and in the bed!!!!! We went back down to the desk and the staff member was surprised to hear someone was in that room. She was saying that no one should be in there!! We were then given the last room in the hotel which was on the first floor. We barely slept due to the thin walls and constant noise. We are exhausted and still in shock over finding someone in the bed we were supposed to have!!! We will not be staying here ever again!!!!

This location was so great to us from the manager (who extended our stay by several nights last minute) to the ladies at the front desk, housekeeping, and the lady who made breakfast. About a 5 minute drive to the hospital and shopping just across the street. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. Thank you for making a difficult time much easier and less to worry about!

This property had a homeless population using drugs in the parking lot when my wife pulled up. My wife didn’t even check in because of how unsafe it seemed. She cancelled right away and found a different hotel

The room was clean and comfortable, looking new and also fresh blankets, staff was very friendly, I did a late check in and the lady was helpful and quick to help, arrived around 11 pm there was homeless looking people around in the parking lot and some walking in and out of the lobby, I think this is a separate issue from the hotel, but just make sure you lock your car and don’t walk around at night.

Staff was not very friendly, a mostly robotic interaction. I think we also may have had a heard of elephants staying above us. The bedding was clean but the pillows were tiny, like couch pillows, and you could tell the room had not been vacuumed in a while and had a musty smell like the door hadn't been opened in weeks. There was also hair in the shower drain. Breakfast was lackluster, limited options, stale bagles, and bread in the case and when something ran out, it was not refilled or replaced, we ate at 830 and the cheese was already gone and never refilled.
