Check in was good they were very helpful telling us places to see and where to eat. Room was nice and neat. Bed was comfy bathroom was clean. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours was great! Breakfast was good before heading off to Glacier National Park. We would definitely stay here again. Would give it a 10 out of 10. Cathy

Booked this place mainly for the EV chargers. The rooms are comfy and nice. Hotels need to have a way to digitally tip housekeeping. Just don't carry much cash anymore.

Airport shuttle and front desk people were great. They gave me a toothbrush since the airline still had my luggage. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast lady was very friendly. The facility was clean but flooring in stairways, hallways and elevator looked very shabby and worn.

Very nice hotel, pulling into the hotel there was ample parking the lot was clean as was the hotel itself from the outside. Checking in the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel lobby was clean as was the room. i would stay here again if I wass back in the area again.

The updates to the Hampton Inn are so nice. As always, this location has the biggest pool deck and a very nice shower that always has warm water. Pool open 24 hours! Complimentary breakfast is yummy with several options. The kitchen host was very nice.

Orion (not sure of the spelling), my shuttle driver on several occasions did a fabulous job. Very friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were not terribly friendly or helpful on most occasions. The people who cleaned my room did great work and were kind. The public restrooms were never cleaned during my five days there. The. breakfast was great. In concussion very much up and down.

Our stay was short, but very nice. Well priced for the quality of establishment. There were kids under 6 in the pool after midnight, so that made the hot tub impossible to get in. Along with that the water looked a bit green and smelled like urine..

We really enjoyed our stay - the room & beds were so comfy, clean and had plenty of coffee supplies in our room. The lobby and sitting areas were inviting, coffee & cookies were available & the staff was so helpful. The pool & hot tubs were clean & inviting. We’ll definitely stay at Hampton Inns when possible!

Rooms are fine except for the ridiculously narrow closets. Recent redesign and whoever did these closets bungled. Excellent jacuzzi and good pool, and nice common areas. Breakfasts are included and ok; they discontinued English muffins and apparently bacon. Eggs are rubbery but omelets are ok and waffles are excellent.

Remodeled rooms are generally improved but they made closet doors unnecessarily thick so they can’t be closed unless clothing is jammed to a diagonal. Whoever at Hilton did this should be fired. Property has been under construction since last year. Taking too long.

We stayed in room 231 which had a roof view with the air conditioner for the lobby running constantly all night long. The worse sleep I have ever had in a hotel. I recommend not staying in room 231 during the summer.

This was an excellent accommodation for our entire week. Only one problem, but it isn't the fault of the hotel. Problem: our room on the 3rd floor faced the busy hwy, and the traffic noise kept me awake before 6 a.m. I bought earplugs and it was much better.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! The front desk personnel were smazing to work with. I was dealing with cancelled flights and had to change my reservation twice while there. They were so helpful and accomodating. They even had a shuttle taking us to the airport at 2:30 am.

We brought a hockey team of six year olds for an entire weekend. After a 5 hour drive, they were bursting with energy. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, patient, and kind. It was such a relief and made the whole atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable not having to shush or sit our kids down. They were encouraged to play, swim, eat, and the staff treated them like important guests too, I cannot say enough good things about our time at the hotel. Thank you!

The room was really nice and we enjoyed the pool area a lot. Breakfast was really good as well. We had a good time. It was nice and clean and staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be coming back for a visit in the future.

Not okay to have your pets in the breakfast area nor is it ok to be barefoot in breakfast area. Also they ran out of everything and took way too long to bring out food. If you know you are at full capacity maybe have enough food and condiments and beverages.

We’ve had to jump from hotel to hotel due to my mom being in the hospital and us living 3 hours away. This one has been the best one we’ve experienced in Kalispell. The market store on site was much bigger than any other hotel had. Guest services were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was great. I loved that it was open until 10 so we could sleep in a little. Pool and hot tub are nice. All around good service and hospitality
