I love that this place is pet friendly. The breakfast was amazing with many options. Kinda bummed that the hot tub was out of order. Other than that, the property and rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Will stay here again in the future.

The hotel rooms were clean but the hot tub/pool area were disgustingly dirty. There was so much dirt and debris at the bottom of the hot tub as well as on the pool deck. There were literal screws on the ground around the hot tub.

Our stay at the Kalispell Holiday Inn Express was great! From the moment we checked in everyone there was very friendly and helpful. During check-in I asked where the best place to buy bear spray was and they gave me a can to use during our stay for free. The room was spacious and very clean. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool which had lots of natural sunlight and was bigger than most indoor hotel pools. The breakfast was excellent. My wife and I are gluten free, and they had several options available for us. They had several GF bagels and muffins sitting out each day. Each evening they provided freshly baked cookies in the lobby. Another pleasant surprise was they offered free dinners in the breakfast area on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. If you didn't want what they were serving, those nights the hotel is located in nice area with several restaurant options. There's even a Costco and Walmart a block away. Makes it easy to stock up on any supplies. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

I can’t say enough about Jennifer(I think) she was on at 7pm when we checked in. She was so amazing, doing it all by herself, out sweeping the mat at like 10pm, she was making cookies and answering phones and just on top of everything. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and breakfast was great. Gym is decent and tho no waterslide, the pool is 24 hour. Outdoor fireplaces… great stay

The pull out couch mattress was stained and someone had obviously eaten pizza on it before as there was shredded cheese pieces stuck on the mattress. It makes you question the cleanliness of the whole room when items are left in that state.

Property was good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping could spend a bit more time when cleaning, especially the corners. Corner of the showers, corner of the sink, room, etc was dirty and so were the edges. Price was right during the winter, which is when I stayed. The summer not so much.

Cons: Behind the hotel is a busy highway, and it was extremely loud at night. Room temperature was constantly too hot, wall thermostat didn’t seem to do anything to adjust. Room would just randomly get sweltering hot. Not very clean and things in the room were a bit out of repair. ie; behind the sofa bed was all kinds of debris and dust, which you could clearly see when you walked into the room. Window screen was half popped out. The pool was unnervingly filthy with multiple hair balls constantly floating around like jellyfish. Very strong chemical smell, both the kids got skin rashes. Front desk seemed understaffed every single day. Hairdryer smelled like it was on fire every time you used it. TV had horrible sound and picture, no Netflix or smart tv amenities.

From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left 4 days later, we had amazing service. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and very engaging with our kids. The Monday thru Wednesday light supper was great and the evening cookies were very good before bed. The morning breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold foods everyday and we liked that it was different everyday. We will.definitely stay again when we come back to visit family!

The hotel and rooms were clean except for the shower floor, you could visibly see the black dirt. Hotel staff were a little off putting, not very friendly. Other wise was a comfortable sleep and we had a great stay in the room.

We arrive to a room smaller than we ordered then when put back in what we thought was the room we ordered it had no bathtub and the hot tub was broken and nobody was covering the front desk. Any time I went down I had to ask the kitchen staff for help no towels in the pool and balls of hair laying around the pool area Dirty floors didn’t hear a vacuum once in two days saw someone using a swiffer to clean the carpet. We were sneezing for two days straight. I don’t believe anybody vacuumed the carpet in our room ever we were in room 307. It looks clean, but purchase a vacuum .

Breakfast was excellent, the lady working the first morning of our stay only talked about how tired and overworked she was...a real downer. Need to hire someone over 30 that understands "the service industry". Checked in the 11th of November left the 14th.

Great location. The staff is amazing. The lady in the breakfast area is fantastic. Very efficient and is so good with kids. My mom and I have stayed here for years on our annual mother daughter shopping trip at Easter. First time with the pool area having a dirty floor. This hotel has Easter eggs hidden around the hotel for the kids to find . How special. You won't regret staying at this location.

Everything went very smoothly. They let us check in a bit early as we were having a colonoscopy the next morning. They also served a wonderful dinner that I could eat right there as my husband was doing prep. The breakfast was very good and I was able to have a gluten free bagel, turkey sausage and an egg white omelet!!

This hotel is in a very good location! It is absolutely wonderful if you have a dog. They have a nice grass space with dog bags and a garbage. The breakfast is good too. It was a bit loud from other guest noise and the hotel backs onto a very busy interstate but you can’t beat the location.

This hotel was a convenient location. A Starbucks in the next parking lot. Target across the main road. Kids loved the pool and it was very clean. The breakfast that was set you was excellent with many options. Weeknights offered some warm meals in the evening and cookies and night. We would stay here again.
