Friendly Staff, nice breakfast that was well stocked by friendly staff, comfortable room. The $25. dog was excessive. Other places that advertise as pet friendly do not charge a fee if the room is left clean.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only two problems were that there was no gym and the doors and walls were so thin that you could hear everyone talking in the hall and I could hear the guy snoring next door.

I was really impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone there was. It's really nice and quiet, the room I had was clean and comfortable.. I had trouble with getting my tv to work ( it was ne, I'm a chainsaw guy) and one of the front desk came up and gave me a great tutorial on the whole thing. Above and beyond! The carpets are a bit dated, but the laundry facilities were great, and the vending machines weren't the major ripoff you find in some hotels. A buck for an ice cold can of coke is perfectly fine with me! I would definitely stay there again.

Was nice and staff very friendly. Bathroom rather small. Every night the price changed so didn’t get for the price I originally saw. Not worth the higher price I had to pay for third night Laundry only has 1 washer and 1 dryer so not easily available. Good thing :they have an elevator and breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nearby Casa Mexico was suggested and it was excellent! I washed and dried clothes.The hallways had small overflowing wastebaskets. The old carpet in the room needs replaced. Breakfast was decent. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cereal and juices. The breakfast area was cramped and busy. It appeared property was full for a Saturday stay.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly. We drove by a few of the cheaper hotels on Expedia and this one was much nicer (at least on the exterior). We travelled as a family, there are 4 of us. The pros: clean, A/C worked, safe, comfortable. Cons: very loud neighbors/people walking in the hall, no pool for the kids. I would recommend this hotel if you are trying to stick to a budget, we went in June and the rooms were $220+/night.

The room definitely needed some attention for cleaning, it had vinyl flooring, when we got in the shower the shower had black footprints from the floor dirt, not sure when the last time it got mopped.

Our room the floor was soaking wet I guess it had been shampooed before we arrived Told the guy in the morning the floor carpet was soaked and all us ended up with wet socks and anything we put on the floor got wet He said oh it was just cleaner Not oh sorry or didn’t even offer a discount almost as though he didn’t even care

The first room we checked into was not clean at all! I am usually not one to complain but the condition of the comforter was disgusting! The tub also looked to be in rough shape. We got moved to the room next door and it was cleaner. However the next morning when we showered there appeared all of this black looking stuff on the lower shelves of the tub surround 🤮 we usually stay here all the time but not so sure anymore ☹️

Hotel was ok. Busy place with not a lot of staff. Very noisy. Anytime someone closed their doors it was incredibly loud in our room. Keys stopped working half way through the stay. Smelt horrible in the hallways. Like smoke and pee. Probably cleaner than some but definitely not the nicest place to stay.

Check in clerk was very friendly, room comfortable but a little dated. Disappointed that the sink didn't drain well, the bath towels were postage stamp sized and thin. Shower yemp kept fluctuating. When paying over $200 a night, I expected better.

Easy check in, the front desk lady was very nice. The room was clean and had good lighting . Only negative was the water went ice cold in the shower for 5 minutes while showering. It is in the older part of town but nice and quiet.

We had a great stay at the Super 8 in Kalispell! We had a pleasant experience with Tristian and Earl and found the staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. It was also very clean and safe. Overall, a great experience.

My stay at the Super 8 was unplanned due to some travel delays. I arrived very late and needed to stay past the check out time to wait for my ride home. The entire staff, especially Earl at the front desk, were all very kind and accommodating. Thank you. Perfect neighborhood for a nice walk.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast lady was so kind and sweet, Michelle at the front desk was so helpful and was slammed one morning doing front desk and breakfast by herself and she did a fantastic job. The young lady that worked the afternoon shift that checked us in also did a great job along with housekeeping. The hotel is a little dated, but they have done some upgrades from the last time I was there many years ago. I did enjoy the breakfast. The only thing is it was a bit noisy and the doors slamming at times and the area can be a bit questionable with trash area, but I never felt unsafe as I walked to nearby restaurants with no issues.

The hotel was generally fine, no complaints. The breakfast, however, was terrible. It was honestly like a parody of hotel free breakfasts. A few slices of white bread. Typical hotel scrambled eggs but no sausage or bacon. Typical biscuits and gravy. No pastries or muffins. Granted, I didn’t check into the hotel for the cuisine, but a minimal amount of effort (“expense” I suppose) would make a huge improvement.

Breakfast was very limited, coffee was not available one day, which is something that can happen but still, there was no other option at all… Furthermore, there was no bacon so just eggs… very limited choice overall. Finally, we booked a room for three adults and we received a room with a room prepared for just two people.
