Great hotel. Only thing is I wished breakfast was until 10am on weekdays. Found it a bit hard to get everyone down to eat prior to 9am end time. Clean hotel. Very comfy beds and pillows. Pool is great but pretty cool temp. Few min drive to shopping.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the course of the last decade. I’m training for a marathon and the weather wasn’t conducive to running outside. I booked here even though it was a little more spendy than the other hotels our group was staying at because I knew it had all the accommodations I needed. When I woke up to run, I realized there was no longer a treadmill which was a huge bummer and the hotel staff just shrugged me off. The staff also snow shoveled right outside my window at 3 am and there was frequent noise throughout the night that made it difficult for my kids to sleep.

Hottub jets didn’t work, no pool towels and requested to pay cash for room in morning and they charged card instead.. very inconvenient… service desk employee just laughed about it and joked about the fact the other employee didn’t do his job… a large unknown bug(possibly a cockroach) flew into me and lucky I swatted it away and killed it upon entering my room… scared my wife and she couldn’t sleep because she was worried another bug was in the room and would fly into her

Excellent stay. Even had free EV car charging for our Tesla. Breakfast was great, Randy was so friendly and was so kind and helpful to all the kids making their breakfast plates. Would stay here again for sure.

Amazing! Had free Electric Vehicle charging that worked! Coin-op laundry machines ditto. Free coffee drinks from machine at all hours. Quiet room. Friendly staff.

Great service, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pets stay free which was a bonus, and they have a nice gated dog area in the back. Easy access to downtown. Also, just as a note its right beside a recycling centre, we were there on the weekend so no noise but might be different when its a weekday.

We loved the spacious very clean room. Kudos to housekeeping. You do a fantastic job. I am a germaphobe and there wasn't anything that made me cringe. The desk clerk promised me that even though you take animals that your rooms are thoroughly clean. She was so right. I couldn't tell if there had been animal or human in that room before us. No inhaler needed for this room for sure. Thank you it was a wonderful stay.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that most restaurants and the main part of downtown Kalispell were a bit too far to comfortably walk in off-nominal weather and also that the hotel is located next to a junk yeard...not the most scenic, per se, but they do a great job with the flowers and landscaping immediately around the hotel!

The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All staff members were very friendly. The breakfast was awesome. And the late check out of noon was a HUGE bonus, the kids were able to eat breakfast and swim for a couple hours before check out. It was like having another day. My family will definitely be back.

Dryers set at 20 minutes. Drying needs 50 minutes at least. Staff was very nice, breakfast was great, liked that rooms were made up daily. Are room was right by air conditioning outside so was noisy sleeping. Overall was nice stay. Wish prices weren’t 450 dollars a night though.

Great hotel! Great price for what you get! Stayed in a king suite and a normal king room, and both had kitchenettes. Although no dishes. Dishwasher, sink, mini fridge, but not a single plate or fork. Highly advise adding dishes to your kitchenette rooms guys! Also, no charge for dogs, which is rare. Location was a short drive to downtown, but truly would rather be out of that area anyway! Great value for the Kalispell area. Breakfast was hot, coffee was good for a hotel! I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the rooms along with a comfortable bed and a big walk in shower. Plenty of towls etc. Brealfast was delicious and the menu changes daily. I did not go swimming or use the hot tub or weight/exercise room bus the hotel has these. No problem with parking, staff were friendly & helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent. Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful and Patricia in the breakfast area was very committed to all the guests. It is right beside a recycling station so it's not picturesque but that didn't bother us.

Overall, the property itself is great, as were the staff. The problem is the area. It’s far from everything. There is nothing around there, wxcept casinos - no restaurants, shops or activities. It’s right behind a recycling plant, and the train tracks and on a main road. The area isn’t even somewhere to take a nice walk.

Very clean and current. Breakfast choices were excellent! There was always staff in the breakfast room refreshing the cooked food, supplies, juices. Stayed here years ago when it was LaQuinta but is much more enjoyable. We will certainly stay here each trip to Kalispell. Did not like the fact that smokers are smoking immediately outside the doorway. They should move at least 25 feet away to prevent non smokers from walking through the smoke.

From the moment we walked in it was nice. Friendly l, clean, quiet. The pool was nice. The bonus was the free breakfast. Not just a juice and bread. They had waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, juice, was really nice. We will totally stay again.
