The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my daughter and myself allowing us to check in an hour early. The pool and hot tub were open 24 hours, which is pretty unheard of. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets, which is not something i usually experience at hotels.

Everyone that worked here (that we dealt with) was amazing. So polite and friendly and more than happy to help out with any needs you have. It was very nice looking hotel. Supplies in room were generous. The pool and hot tub were very clean and towels were plentiful There was a large convenience and gas store 100 feet away. Easy to stroll over to. Parking was easy and plentiful. I totally enjoyed my stay there

Just incredible! The staff, and in particular the front desk personnel were the best hotel employees we have ever encountered. More than friendly and genuine, they went above and beyond at every step. We left at 4:30am to go to the national park, they had breakfast to go for us. We mentioned in passing one member of our group had a lactose sensitivity, they gave us dairy free (and gluten for good measure) muffins, yogurt, and enough other goodies to last the whole day; let alone breakfast. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the facilities like the pool and jacuzzi were top notch. We would go out of our way to stay here again! Amazing

If I could give this - stars I would, who ever the photographer for the photos was did an amazing jibe because it looks nothing like that in person, the hot tub was filthy, the night was terrible very loud between the highway and lack of any sound proofing in the room we could hardly sleep, the breakfast was horrid. And when checking out no one asked how the stay was or anything, horrible experience for almost $200 will never go here again.

The staff was very friendly and approachable. The hotel is located somewhat on a highway but not a deal breaker. I personally love how it's not too close to a lot of traffic. It's not far from Walmart, Costco, Target - apparently 13 minute drive. Breakfast was a great variety. Really enjoyed it. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay, I did find a lot of random hairs in the bathroom and one of our light bulbs was out, but otherwise it felt clean and safe, friendly staff and good breakfast! Would stay again :)

The check-in clerk was very friendly. Halls and room were clean. Room was very nice - the pillows were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever used! We had a room in the back and didn’t hear the highway noise with the fan on. The swimming pool was very clean and the pool is very long and narrow - could swim laps in it. Nice, clean hot tub. A 5-stars hotel!

Check in was easy, however the internet didn’t work and when I asked the front desk about it he said he would look into it and then call and let me know, never recieved a call. I also requested extra blankets at check in, the gentleman at the front desk said he would bring some to the room, I never received the extra blankets.

Walls must be made of paper. Could hear every single thing. People partying in room above us. Called from desk at midnight. Nothing happened. Persisted till 4am. Brutal no sleep. Very noisy place. No one seemed to care

We had a great stay! The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, and the beds (and pillows!) were incredibly comfy—like, “slept through our alarm” comfy. The continental breakfast was way above average, with plenty of options to keep everyone happy and full. Staff were so kind and went out of their way to help us with a few random requests—we really appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. Only small note: the pool was a bit chilly for the adults, though the kids had no complaints and swam like it was the tropics. Would love to see the temp turned up just a notch. All in all, a fantastic stay. We’d absolutely come back!

Room was old and out of date. The breakfast was not very good it tasted like it came out of a plastic bag. The bathroom was very small you could hardly move around in it and had small bottles of shampoo.

Want a romantic evening with my husband so I book a suite with a fireplace and jetted bathtub. Room was nice, everything we wanted until we tried to turn on the fireplace (only needed to use a light switch) it didn’t work. Called the desk and was given some line about carbon monoxide (it’s an electric fireplace) (and if you are having a carbon monoxide problem I don’t want to stay there) and that the fireplaces are only seasonal. It was Sept 20. Bathtub only got luke warm. I will never stay there again. Waste of money

Don't recommend unless you like snappy irritated staff that will tell you, what do you want me to do about it when you have concerns about smoke coming in your room from the room next door, or how about being to that you never actually reported when in fact I did.. the managers here don't see anything wrong with any of the staff there all angels in there eyes it's all the guests that have issues! Poor quality in front desk staff

The young gentleman at check-in was super. Everything went very smooth and he was helpful in recommending restaurants. The fresh cookies were a pleasant surprise. The room was very nice, clean and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of meats, scrambled eggs, hash browns and wide selection of continental items. The attendant was super friendly and offered very helpful info to Glacier National Park.

Paid extra for a fireplace that did not work. Asked front desk for help and was told the maintenance had not turned them on because it was too hot, and I could “hash it out in the morning with the manager”. Hotel sits next to a truck stop/gas station in the middle of nowhere at a major intersection where you can listen to trucks jake brake all night. Stay anywhere else! Drive north or south a few miles and find a nice place

Hotel is older but clean and simple. The pool was not very inviting and at times there were no staff around at all. The breakfast was the best part and bang for your buck. I think the hotel was overpriced for what you get but clean. There is nothing around so you can't walk to anything except a gas station. It is about a 12 min drive to Kalispell

It was a nice hotel in a convenient location. Biggest downer was no food services near by and none in the hotel. Had to go 6 miles back to Kalispell to eat.

This is now my favorite hotel to stay at. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is the best breakfast buffet I have had. The location is right on the north end of Flathead lake. Easy access to the two major roads. Easy to get to Kalispal and whitefish

Great place to stay. Beds are actually comfortable and staff friendly. Doors have good hinges so they don’t slam shut and bathroom has a heat lamp which was amazing! Breakfast was amazing and has a great view. Pool/hot tub was fun. Even made use of the gym. Only downside was the lead foot stomping upstairs from us late at night and early in the morning but hotel can’t control that so it is what it is. Would recommend and we will definitely come back!
