Aero Inn

This place feels like home. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Amenities are outstanding for a small inn, including a sauna, hot tub, and pool. What a find!

Great stay for the price. Could use some cleaning in the pool area.

Clean 3-5ftpool w/bench in 5', nice Hot tub but sauna was not working. Cement block room had great noise reduction. Clean sheets & bed passed UV light but some issues on the room phone. The mattress was firm and comfortable. -Smokey room but "no smoking sign' on the door and clean dusty A/C filter. -Need lighting for the back row of the parking lot—only 2 handicapped slots. A lot of cameras inside but more outside would be nice. The two pillows were small and flat.

Bed sagged, air conditioner was very loud, people were loud and could be heard. Definitely needed an upgrade. Lived the pool/sauna/jacuzzi area

The building is dated, but excellent value for the price. Self laundry on site, but you need coins. Breakfast is coffee, cereal and bread. Staff was excellent, and so helpful with info about the area.

Easy parking by the door. Breakfast was simple, but good and area with food clean. Pool and hot tub were lovely touch. Area was quiet for being off a bigger road and local airport next door.

Room was comfortable and everything worked. It was mostly clean but the floors need to be mopped. Good shower pressure. Decent property, friendly staff.

Room was messy, crushed up pills on the table, asked for a different room and staff started arguing with us ended up putting us in a new room there was crushed up food all over and mold in the toilet!!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Bed bugs

We were traveling with our dog, so we had to pay $25 more for a room that wasn't as nice. The floor was filthy. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. The mattress should have been replaced a long time ago. The softness of the towels was one grade above sandpaper. On a positive note, there was plenty of hot water in the shower and the coffee was good.

The person at the front desk was very, very nice. She gets a 5 but the rest, not so good. The wall air conditioner was so loud and blew right next to the bed so it was sleepiness nights. The room smelled of an oil rigger or something, the sheets were permanently stained with something (2’x2’) and the bathtub smelled of mildew despite it looking clean. I had to wash my feet in the sink after stepping in it. The dark brown 1970s carpet was gross to walk on when barefoot. Very dark room. I don’t understand the high ratings on Expedia. Do better Aero.

Extremely clean, smelled good and friendly

Gross, poop smeared on bathroom lightswitch. Had to bring in my cleaning wipes. Sheets had hair and little black stuff on them no sure if they were clean. Smelt bad. The front desk should not state what room youre in loudly for the whole lobby, if i was staying here alone as a young girl i would not appreciate it.

Helpful, friendly staff. The rooms need help. First, they are musty and lack ventilation. I would have opened a window but there are no screens. Isnt there safety liability for that on the 2nd floor? The shower head pipe going into the wall is exposed and wiggly. The soap and shampoo dispenser offerings are Dial and Dial. I had second-hand embarrassment for whoever does the continental breakfast. Two dispensers of cold cereal, bread and a broken toaster?? You'd bw better off eliminating that and just provide decent coffee.

Room was updated and well cleaned, though a little antiseptic smelling at first. Shower soap dispenser was found empty. Bed was VERY comfortable. Room was very well sound proofed. Our need was for an economical, safe and comfortable place to sleep for local explorations and met our needs.

Wi Fi did not work for me. also breakfast selection limited. Other than that, Ok

Great staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. The TV and Wi-Fi worked. The room had a strong odor of Febreze or something. It was bad. I turned on the AC unit to see if that would filter out the air and it was so loud, we had to speak up to have a conversation and go outside or turn it off if we needed to use our phones. After a few hours of running, the odor was tolerable. Be careful when using the hot water. When on full blast, it's way too hot. For safety reasons, they need to turn down their water heater to at least 120 degrees and install a proper mixing valve. No coffee pot, iron, or ironing board in the room.

Room was clean, bed was sloppy looking(bedskirt on floor) bed was extremely to soft, alot of people like that but my back did not lol.

First off the room was very small, just barely held a queen size bed, the bed itself was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle. There was a large hole in the bathroom wall and everything was dingy. The whole place needs to be updated and if you are someone who enjoys watching T.V. after midnight you can forget it. T.V. shuts off and doesn't come back on until morning.

It was clean, a/c was a little loud, only wall soap in shower, bed was double size.

Overall a good budget option. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely soft. Next door room ran TV 24/7; walls are paper thin even though they are painted sinter blocks. Door closures are jarringly loud.

This is an older hotel that should receive some updates to the outside and inside. We felt our room was clean and functional with the main negative comment is that the mattresses need updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was fine---even got a late check out time. Breakfast was poor and pool area was not open. Was one of the least expensive options in town, and probably showed why.

I was in my car at night about to head in, and an employee in a navy shirt comes up to my window and tells me " i understand you have a room here? I suggest you go to it NOW!!" "Your looking really suspicous out here in your car , you got a problem with me? This is MY parking lot!" is exactly what he said, very drunk or off some other drug who knows. Now if i want to sit in my car for a few minutes i am intitled to do so. Wanna be harrassed ? Come here. That employee is lucky my husband kepy his cool

The hotel was actually a little better than I expected. Rates in town were crazy high when we came through, and this was one of our cheaper options. It was just fine for a stay over. Seemed clean and was quiet enough.

Very friendly staff, safe area, quality accommodations

Felt like were sleeping in a prison cell. Concrete brick walls, small space, no room to breathe. The bed was on wheels and moved everytime we did. Said it was non smoking but definitely smell the smoke scent. Desk staff was rude and made quide abundantly clear that we were an inconvenience to them. When giving directions to our room they made a huge deal about staying out of a specific area because "the owner will get mad".

We specifically choose this hotel because it was pet friendly and we are traveling with our small dog. I reserved it online, but called ahead to insure our room was pet friendly, when we checked in the worker was unfriendly and just had me sign papers and gave me the key cards. My bad for assuming she had put us in a pet friendly room, even though she saw our dog. Our 2nd of 2 nights we were approached by another staff member who acted as though we snuck our dog in, I told her I had asked for pet friendly online when making reservations and that the girl checking us in saw our dog. I guess we were not in a pet friendly room and soon the manager was knocking on our door and when I answered the door, he preceded to shove a paper in my face and told me to read their pet politics. I tried to explain that I thought we were in a pet friendly room. He became aggressive and very rude while raising his voice and talking to me like I was a criminal. He said we would have to pay an extra $75, which I told him was fine. We already paid a lot for a less than adequate room and I have no problem paying for my dog like I have at the other 3 hotels we have stayed at during our 2 week trip. The fact that the manager stunk of alcohol did not help. We will never go back to this place.

Everyone very helpful. Stayed over a couple of months a couple of days a week. Very reasonable and convenient

Very outdated. It had an odd smell masked with air freshener. Front desk host was unavailable for a while and we saw her sitting outside smoking a cigarette. The windows wouldn’t lock and we were on the first floor. I would never go there again!! Breakfast looked like food that I wouldn’t think of eating.

South tip of kalispell, away from alot of traffic. Staff was helpful and respectful. Free breakfast was limited. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Parking was easy.

Aero Inn is a good inn to stay in Kalispell. It's close to restaurants and not too far from the airport.

I have stayed here before. It is an old hotel but nicely kept. Rooms are small but function-able. The hotel is close to everything and right off of highway 93. The location is safe.

The room was clean and motel in a convenient location. We were able to walk downtown to go to church and tothe grocery store. Easy access to drive "Going to the Sun Road", about a 40 minute drive to Glacier Natl. Park. Parking at the motel was easy with plenty of space. The local airport was just behind the motel, but in our room we never heard planes taking off or landing even though it occurred frequently. The motel and the room are dated and could use some upgrades. The staff was nice and helpful.

It was clean and ready. Breakfast was toasted bread and jam or two kinds of cereal. No muffins, no sweet rolls or danish. not even artificial sweetener, juice almost gone, just orange juice. We were there a half hour before breakfast closed. it was clean.

We were looking for something inexpensive. It was, but also clean with great staff.The pool and hot tub were good. The free breakfast adequate. The location was terrific…close to Target, Costco etc plus good restaurants very close by. Great value for the price.

The motel is old and decrepit. The continental breakfast is a joke. Toast and dry cereal. No cream for coffee. $250CAD for this? Never again!

Our stay was good. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The building could use updating but we would stay again if ever in the area in the future. We also appreciate the continental breakfast.

Rooms were tiny and breakfast was limited to bagels toast apples and Cheerios. Other than that was an over clean hotel.

The room was satisfactory for an overnight stay while we attended a conference. Room was clean, bed was satisfactory, breakfast was abysmal.

Basic room and bath. Great for price. Simple breakfast of juice, coffee, cereal and toaster items. Only complaint was a bed that was way too soft.
