The property is well situated, in a quiet area. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices for everyone. Check-in time was 4pm, however our room was not ready until later. The person at reception did not care at all. Once we checked she told us that the pool area is closed for repair. We booked for three nights, and since the pool was not available, requested a discount which we received, only after complaining. Still waiting to get our security deposit back of $150.

We had to find a place to stay while our apartment was being repaired. The staff is friendly and they provide access to a small store, grill, fire pit, and racquetball court. They also have a pool, but we did not get to test it. I would recommend the 2 bedroom if you have multiple dogs and/or more than 2 people. Like most sofa beds, it is not very comfortable.

We specifically booked this property because it had a pool and when we got here it was closed for maintenance. We got a room for 4 where the second bed was a fold out but there were no linens in our room and no one said anything so we had to go back to the lobby twice to get them. Other than that, the proprty is pretty, clean and well kept.

This property is great for families. We had a nice size suite with a sitting area and kitchen. The breakfast provided was outstanding and done in a large area so plenty of room to find a table and enjoy. While we didn't use it the pool and basket ball courts and sitting area outside looked nice. The location to other amenities in the Carey / Raleigh area was excellent. The room, itself, had some minor maintenance needed - shower not turning on properly and sliding closet door was off it's track in bedroom closet.

The pickleball court is not a real pickleball court, they give you pickleball rackets and tennis balls. There pool was closed which apparently opens end of May for the season. The breakfast was good and decent quality. Beds were average. Some staff were great, some not so much.

Just checked out this AM!! We were coming into Cary for a USA baseball event. It was my husband and I and our 10 year old son. We wanted some separation and privacy from our son and I was pleasantly surprised to find a 2 queen bedroom suite offered. We booked for 4 nights and ended up in room 232 which had 2 queen bedrooms - each with an on suite bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I’m a bit of a travel snob and typically only stay in Hilton or Marriott properties. This hotel fit our needs perfectly!!! I was very pleased with everything. Free breakfast in the morning which was pretty basic but something for everyone. There is an outdoor pool on site which was well kept and clean. They even have outdoor grills available for guests to use and an outdoor gas fire pit. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Even though the hotel was pet friendly I didn’t see any pets nor did I hear any barking. I also used the coin operated laundry which worked well and highly convenient. I would like to personally thank Renee from the housekeeping staff as she was so very sweet and hospitable. Thank you Renee for keeping our room clean and tidy!

The staff was super friendly and the checkin process was quick, however they will try and charge you for parking…it’s $5 a day. The hotel has its own parking so I’m still little unsure why one would need to pay to park there. The next thing that through me off was the $200 incidental charge…which is fully refundable but I felt that was a little more than a normal hotel stay. The room was very clean and the hotel was overall quiet and also in a great location.

Nice property. Friendly, helpful staff. They charge a $5 parking fee which I thought was an insult since you're already paying to use their property when you rent the room. They also charge a $150 security deposit which you supposedly get back if your room is in order (nothing broken or missing). I guess I didn't read the fine print before I booked. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, nice pool, safe entry at night, attentive staff, reasonable rate.

I did not enjoy the stay. First, there was a $150.00 hold on your credit card even after the room is paid for. This was not stated when I made the reservation or in any documentation. However, this was not the most important issue. I found a large roach crawling up the wall by the bed of which caused me to injure myself. I will be writing a letter to the company in regards to this matter.

This was a terrible experience at Sonesta ES Suites (2900 Regency Parkway). The room was not cleaned before check-in the fridge was dirty, carpet stained, and it felt unkempt overall. We received no housekeeping during our 4 day stay. On day 3, I had to strip the bed and change the sheets myself because no one came, basically did housekeeping myself even though we requested service. When I asked, I was told it had to be scheduled in advance but no one told us that at check-in. I paid to relax, not to clean the room myself. Extremely disappointed , do better, Sonesta.

Toilet was child size and difficult to use if you are in your 70s. Shower had pubic hair and other long hair in it. Carpet had stuff on it indicating it had not been vacuumed. Stayed here before and it was not bad as this stay was. Very disappointed.

The Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh was a pleasure to stay at. Clean, comfortable spacious room, nice shower, fluffy towels, a nice breakfast and they accepted my dog at no extra cost. Lots of nice places to walk a dog as well. I would stay again.

Was a bad experience with the smell of all kinds of smoking coming to our room from the corridor and adjacent rooms. And it peaked in the night thanks to the open HVAC ducts and lighting fixtures in the bathroom. We had breathing issues in the early morning hours because of this terrible smell.

Room was great - so functional and comfortable. The work space was perfect -- and my only complaint was that I wanted more light...but upon request, they quickly brought me an extra lamp. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel with a great location. Very friendly front desk. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It had a stocked kitchenette and was very roomy. Very affordable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel

An overall nice place to stay, with a nice breakfast selection and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My main concern was the loud air handler inside the room, just feet from the bed, which also provided a slight vibration to the bed when it kicked on; despite that, I was able to get a pretty good night's sleep.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Aside from the room being very dimly lit due lamps on having only one out of three bulbs that lit up and exhaust fan over stove did not work, we very much enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and even recommend to others.

For the price I think it’s a good deal. The rooms are big and the location is convenient. The rooms and entire building is starting to look a little worn and not well taken care of BUT for the price it’s a nice spot. Don’t expect luxury when staying here but it is clean.

Did not get a warm welcome, it was more like she was doing us a favor. No one at front desk, but waited only 2 minutes. Seemed like that was the norm. Did not have charges explained to us. Did not get the WiFi code. No explianing of amenities and where they were. Did tell us the hours for breakfast.

The only issue was the person who checked me in. It sucks to have the first person you interact with act like you’ve inconvenienced them and she gave me no information about anything regarding the hotel. Otherwise, the facility is really nice and everyone else there was quite friendly.

Well it starts with Natalie Barnes the office manager and Brooke also wonderful and the assistant manager forgot his name, but he also was a great person. Those three are the best things you have in that hotel in Wilber the engineering man on the job he actually took time off of what he was doing to help me with my bag to my room when he noticed I struggled since I’m handicap like I said everyone in there was kind knew what they were talking about and at the same time treated everybody with respect kindness and there’s really not much I can say besides that’s a hell of a team that you have at that hotel the rooms were so clean the hallway smelled great not one noise you can hear in the hallway. parking lot was safe and clean. Everything was well lit just a total satisfaction of this property so a conclusion is I plan to stay there again in the future, hopefully Natalie and Brooke are there and Wilber have a great day. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in that hotel.

Amazing staff. Checked in super late after a concert & Lamin was beyond kind & welcoming even at almost 2am. Natalie at the front desk in the morning - lovely!! Greeted with a smile. Very clean property. Great room. Suite style with kitchenette & everything was very clean. Lovely. Would stay again!! Thanks y’all!

Adrian is the best! So helpful and knowledgeable about the area, really one of the best customer service I’ve had in a hotel! This is the best value hotel I stayed in for the last years, amazing location, rooms have all the really essential things, spacious, great layout and distribution, clean, good quality materials, with an excellent price! It should be a model for all other Sonesta! Great job, it’s my hotel of choice when in Cary!!

My friend and I were going to a concert at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre and this hotel is walkable to it. Room was huge, staff nice, place clean and very good breakfast.

Perfect location for a few days away. The hotel was clean quiet and the rooms suited our needs. Evening front desk person Todd was excellent. The rooms were wonderful and the full kitchen was great if we had wanted to make food or heat up items from an evening out. Will use this hotel again.

I am impressed by the amount of hotel you get for the money. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There was a full kitchen with stove, equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and even a dishwasher. Full fridge/freezer with ice maker. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast wasn’t a super huge spread, but it was more than many others. It’s nice to have pancakes and breakfast burritos in the morning. I will be staying here again.

We had a leaking ceiling but the front desk and maintenance handle the issue. We had to be moved and they we very accomadating to the inconvenience we experienced. The breakfast was good with a variety. Very nice stay with the family

Property looks very nice. Rooms are the best. The only reason I gave it only 4/5 stars is the breakfast which was quite poor in my opinion. I was expecting something a little more special when I saw how beautiful the rooms are.
