The good: Staff was friendly and it was close to interstate, sort of updated rooms that were kept clean and odor free, mattress was firm but ok, food trucks right outside for an easy dinner The bad: Difficult to park as it had shared parking with gas stations; very busy and traffic was noisy; walls are thin so everything is heard in surrounding rooms and halls; people hanging out everywhere in the parking lot and gas station, only two tiny hard pillows per bed

The hotel was clean and I appreciated the security features. The entrance is a little weird having to go through a gas station to get to it, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around when we drove up and that made me a little nervous, but the hotel has security features in place that definitely set my mind at ease once we were inside. The room was clean and comfortable and the check in clerk was friendly. Overall a good experience for the money.

Two gas stations right in front of the place and one of them is open 24 hours and there is a taco truck in the parking lot. Trash everywhere outside and average amount of homeless people you could spot outside was two throughout my stay. Need a key to get into the lobby and front desk employee is behind plexiglass like at a detention center or prison. Breakfast nook for free breakfast is tiny and there was nothing hot besides a waffle and a big line for that. The give you a hard copy of hotel policy at check in and it is awkward.

They hotel it’s self was clean and provided pleasing services. The area around it will be reason why this property will not be able to charge at higher prices point. Meaning in only 1 trip out to car was being called over to fence to what I consider a child offering to sell crack which I guess it was refreshing that kids mentor was keeping a eye out for him since he asked who I happen to be.

Booked 2 nights and left after 1 night. I was grateful to get a refund on the second night. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in that the lobby was locked unless you’ve previously checked in or were buzzed in by the front desk. The front desk was also enclosed with security glass. The room was beat up, worn out, and displayed shoddy repairs. It was clean - but again in rough shape. During the night, doors were closed loudly, and there was a woman across from us who was yelling and screaming most of the night. The gym equipment was old and broken and the breakfast was very basic. There was also a lot of people who congregated by the front door who were smoking - not a good first impression. On the plus side, the front desk team was friendly, and there was free parking and the location was convenient.

Great value. The room was very clean and the air worked well. The curtains blocked the outside light very effectively. It is in a busy area but I heard very little noise. There is even a fitness room that I wish I had time to try out but the equipment looked well maintained. I would stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was good. They are doing some kind of construction around the property, which has it all inside of a fence. Took us a minute to figure out how to get in. There was a small bar area open till 10. Breakfast was fine. The lounge was large enough for families to sit around and get their breakfast meal and drinks in. Don’t know about any other amenities as we weren’t able or needed to use them.

The lobby is covered in bullet proof glass and you have to be buzzed inside to check in. The hotel is essentially in a gas station parking lot that is noisy all night. Worst hotel ive been too. Would like a refund.

The scenery around the hotel is scary and unsafe and the inside of the hotel room was filthy like a motel 6. I checked into my room and saw the conditions and tried to cancel my reservation and get a refund but the staff didn’t allow me to. I had to pay for another hotel in a completely different area and pay for this hotel and I didn’t stay there at all not for 1 night. The hotel was so nasty I checked into my room and then left to go reserve another hotel. There were stains on the comforter on the bed and stains on mirror above the bed as well as stains on the chairs. I didn’t even sit down in the room or put my bags down. Not to mention the lobby is also filthy as well.

The room was dirty, three beer tops were underneath the phone, the bath tub was dirty. There were roaches in the room. The hallway was filthy. The elevator got stuck. There wasn’t a good breakfast selection.

Had to switch rooms as the first room was infested with black mold on the walls. Room 130 for anyone who’s curious. The room was hot and sticky and had an unpleasant smell. They switched us to room 128, floor was equally sticky, bedsheets had stains on them. We checked in around 9pm and left around midnight. The lobby smelled like weed. The hotel shares a parking lot with a gas station. Lots of people walking around at all hours of the night - when we left we were approached by someone. Didn’t stick around long enough to find out what they wanted. To the hotel staffs credit: they did refund us for the remainder of our trip without question or raising a fuss, but you couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I checked in late, and left early morning. The elevator floor and buttons was dirty. There was stains on the sheets, carpet was a bit smelly and hotel is dated. No breakfast for me thank you.

When first walking up everything seemed fine, but once through the doors it was one ick after another. The service was….not great. Came into town for a concert with family, My boyfriend came to surprise me and he would only allow him to come into the room for 15 min. I’ve never heard of such a thing! We got into the elevator, and it smelled awful, but only got worse once we got to our floor. The smell of urine hit me in the face as soon as the elevator doors opened. The floors were very dirty, the room was extremely hot and had a bad odor. The bed was so close to the ac that it wasn’t cooling the room down. The head board was visibly dirty, as were the mirrors. There were bugs and dirt in the bathroom floor, as well as a busted vanity. We stood in the room long enough to book a different hotel and then left immediately. I would not recommend staying here, at all!

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed before but when I walked into my room, you can tell they didn’t do a good job cleaning it. The staff there was very nice though. The area is a little on the sketchy side and especially at night. You definitely get what you paid for here

I liked the fact that the property was conveniently located near the places that we had planned to go during our stay. I didn't like the beds as much as I originally pictured them to be. They're a little tough.

The hotel was really nice. Clean and seemed like it was taken good care of. I was coming in from a far distance and travel took longer than I expected. I called the hotel to let them know and the person who answered the phone kept telling me he needed to charge my card to hold the reservation. I said it was completely fine but he kept repeating it multiple times that they needed to charge the card. I get it, I agreed, why did he need to keep harping on the room charge? It left my feeling uneasy. When I arrived it was a different gentleman who checked me in and he was lovely. He let me know that whoever I spoke with had charged my card twice. It was already after midnight so instead of taking a deposit they just kept the double room charge as a deposit and said they would refund it the next day. Our room was nice and the price was right. Just a weird vibe from the staff.

It was better than I expected for a $70/night hotel. It was clean but a little rough around the edges. Employees were polite and helpful. Room was cozy but comfortable and clean. I did not receive my wake up call as promissed. Breakfast was MTO mini waffles, Raison Bread, and bread with no toaster. Overall better than I expected.

I rented two hotel rooms paid in full before I arrived to have to pay another $100 at check in as a “deposit” but have yet to get it back! Both rooms were very dirty and outdated. One of the beds had dirt marks on the sheets like they weren’t changed out. Both rooms had a very strong weed smell in them. The men in the rooms all around us were very loud. Arguing in Spanish in the hallways very loud at 2am. The breakfast was toast, cold cereal and make your own waffles. No fresh fruit or eggs. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very rude, we had driven 4 hours for a concert and had booked this hotel room months in advance and were denied service. The man had told us that we could check in because we both were not 21 even though me and my significant other are both adults, 19 to be exact. Nowhere on the site did it say this policy and even with the countless confirmation emails and phone call with them was this information relayed. Our reservation was for 2 adults, meanwhile on their website children are listed as 0-17 making us recognized as capable adults. We are now forced to drive 4 hours back home at 1am because of this information and again the receptionist was more than rude, not even offering us a refund and not to mention reeking of weed and slurring his words. Worst hotel experience of all time.

The room was clean. Staff was hard to get ahold of at front desk, would have to knock on window to get someone to come half of the time. Parking was decent. You really get what you pay for. We stayed 2 nights for a concert and it was decent enough to sleep in. The hall had a musky smell but the room had no smell.

I checked in around 11PM, I spoke a staff-Ricky, he was rude. I asked the $50 deposit to pay cash, he said no. I said what if I dont have credit card, he said, then you can leave the hotel. I said, customer shall have the right to chose deposit in cash or CC, he said that how it is! He also said, customer not always, he hated customer asking too much question. The next morning, I came down to request if I can check out at 12PM as we checked late at night, I drove a long way over 6 hrs, I needed my sleep. An Indian lady staff name Hal, said she won\'t allow, I said please, she said I am BETTER leave by 11AM, if not she won\'t refund the deposit and shut the door at me. She is rude as well. When I checked out at 11AM, I was going to talk the manager about it, an Indian man, I told him what happened, he said I better "Get out" the hotel now, Why you and your staff so rude, he yelled Get out the hotel, He was pounding the glass window. I was wordless, as a hotel customer, I never got treated it such way. They are so impolite, no training what soever, it almost like they like to argue and fight with customer. Such services bring bad name to the Brand, I told him I will complaint, he said you can try and he may not return my deposit.

I booked for king size room and they ended up giving me a double queen. Once I realized that they put me in the wrong room I requested to be put in the room I booked for. They told me it was unavailable and I requested to change the price of my stay due to me not staying in the room I requested. They declined and did not notify me of a $50 hold on my card prior to checking in. Not in a good area at all. There is nowhere to park when the hotel is fully booked. I had to park on the side and hoped my car wouldnt get hit/towed.

Location was in an area that felt very unsafe. Plenty of homeless people around the property at night. To even turn into the hotel you have to go through a sketchy gas station with lingering homeless people. Definitely do not walk around at night.

There were so many homeless people around. The gate fenced in and locked, so one way entry. The hotel looked nothing like the booking site. The people had clothes hanging to dry out on the hotel fence. 2hour drive and me and my family turned around and drove back home.

Basic hotel, but location is very scary and not ideal for family. They have put up temporary chain link fence around hotel to try and keep the boards of homeless people and shopping carts out of the property. But since it shares a parking lot with a gas station they are still all around. Begging for money, loud at 3am, and littering. Forgot to read reviews before booking and once I saw this I read them and the reviews are spot on. Do not stay here unless it is the absolutely necessary and even then be careful.

Picture of Hotel online is deceiving, in front of Hotel is an Exxon with sketchy people everywhere and food truck. The next door Hotel at its left had even more people that seemed to me to be homeless and undocumented immigrants. Inside Hotel is very clean and Staff are friendly. To their credit they do the best they can with what they are given.

This is one of those (you get what you pay for) kind of hotels. We are on a hotel to hotel roadtrip so we need to stay on budget. After a few disinfectant wipes on the floor picking up a few little harmless bugs and lysol on everything the room was decent. Hair dryer was good not he slow one. Don’t expect great breakfast, it’s only waffle, bread (no toaster), packs of peanut butters, juice, few cereal selection, milk and coffee, now the coffee was good👍.

Limited breakfast all they had was cereal and waffles. Had bread but no toaster. Had cereal but no milk… had waffles but no syrup. Also, the front desk ask for a $50 deposit down and said they will return it upon checkout. Never did. Room was decent but walls are thin. Heard everything and everyone yelling and screaming it was ridiculous.

If you want to stay at a hotel between two gas station parking lots. Bullet proof windows all over the place between you and staff. Outside area is suspect, to say the least. No breakfast other than cereal and a single waffle maker.

We got a room on the first floor. Very loud, vacuuming lobby at 11pm, started prepping for breakfast at 5am. Only bread and cereal for breakfast. No rest. Asked to switch rooms or get a discount, neither were supplied. Area may not be safe, glass fully around the che k in counter, and video cameras everywhere. Gas station and taco truck in lot in front.
