This place is filthy and unsafe. Nothing like the pictures. Check-in area is not inviting. Reception folks are behind glass! Looked at the room and immediately cancelled. I would not recommend this place.

Affordable. But that comes at a high price.... bad location. Noisy. Homeless beggars loitering. Chain link fence, with barbed wire surrounding the property. The receptionist is protected by bullet-proof glass. That says it all.

Close to where my daughter and I needed to be however very sketchy area !! Didn’t feel the safest , should have known by the safety glass and “night” drawer, gentleman at desk was very rude. There is no breakfast , literally just bread, very comical . Already had booked and wouldn’t be there much so chose to stay. Not advisable to walk anywhere and go alone. Room wasn’t actually the worst I’ve ever seen but traffic from busy road was extremely loud . Not recommend!!

Room 102 that i stayed in had NO WIFI SIGNAL WHAT SO EVER and the window was over looking the Highway and it was SO LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG! Also there was what looked like blood splattered all over the nottom of the bathroom door and walls and in the corners of the adjoining tiles! Look like a Murder scene! Luckily i only needed to be there for one night!! Weird!!

Didn’t like the fact that the room was clean but had roaches crawling around the table in the room and the bathroom didn’t have a vent cover for the fan and it was very filthy

Area was less than ideal with a poor entrance and a lot of homeless walking around at various times. The room's bathroom door was broken and killed two roaches while there. Everything seemed clean and fresh, but roaches aren't a type of bug that just show up from coming in the door.

On a busy four lane (two lanes each way), so very noisy all evening to the early morning hours. The laminate floors felt dirty and when I walked barefoot, the floors felt sticky. The "free breakfast" was disgusting. Alleged apple juice and orange in a dispenser, which I didn\'t touch. A stack of sliced white bread, to eat raw or to toast. Coffee (the worst) in a push button dispenser to jet the swill into styrofoam cups. The lid on the toilet\'s tank didn\'t fit the toilet tank. But the toilet worked pretty well. The towels were the thinnest and least absorbent I recall anywhere. I bet they have no problem with guests swiping towels when they leave. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and there were no bedbugs. Other crawling bugs though, and the morning I left, what appeared to be a cockroach. The street, sidewalks, and parking areas around the facility were crawling with people who looked like extras from Night of the Living Dead. But, there was a Sam\'s Club next door, and there was easy access to I-40. I didn\'t hang out there, and just was there to sleep. I would never consider this place if/when I return to Raleigh, and no one who is traveling with a spouse and/or child(ren) should even consider booking a room here.

The desk staff was very helpful. Especially when I asked to change rooms because of the noisy street traffic and Hot rods. Room was clean & comfortable. Unfortunately, other guests were noisy at 3 AM and other times.

The biggest issue for the hotel is supper Noisy from the gas station and street at midnight around 1-2 am every night. if you have sleeping problem, you don't like this hotel at all.

It was a super simple hotel. No hangers or hairdryer. The bathroom door didnt lock. It shut but didnt really close. It was clean so thats a bonus. There was plaster places in the wall where they were trying to fix holes. It for sure wasnt a 'nice' hotel. But it worked to sleep in.

I will say the room was super clean and smelled nice, but that was the only saving grace. The sounds coming in from the street were loud, no sound buffering, and the neighborhood wasn't great, so hard to sleep with all of the noise. They advertise "free breakfast" but it is literally just toast and coffee; no fruit, cereal, muffins, ANYTHING. A toaster and a plexiglass container of sliced white bread with jelly and peanut butter packets.

Dirty room. Son got a piece of glass in foot just walking around room. We arrived late and did not feel safe walking outside. No hairdryer in room as advertised. We called desk and was told we would have one the next day. It never arrived.

I was called at 2:30 pm, even before the 3pm check in time, and was told they needed my rooms. If I wasnt at the hotel by 3:30 pm they were canceling my reservations. I was stuck in traffic and missed the 3:30 pm time, so I booked a new hotel. Absolutely not acceptable behavior.

This was my second week staying here. I have come here because it is inexpensive but this time will be the last time I stay here. The first week I stayed here the staff didn't come in my room to clean and when I went to the front desk to let them know it hadn't been cleaned i was told that i needed to request it. I made the request and it was still not cleaned the next day. The second week of staying here there was a man at the front desk that was rude and dismissive when I would request the room to be cleaned. This place is also in a sketchy neighborhood.

Appears to be forgotten by Wyndham! When I arrived it was obvious that I was in a poorer neighborhood but it didn't bother me. Upon check in, the clerk was behind glass making communication difficult. The phone was endlessly ringing which he ignored to check us in. When entering my room there was a strong smell of cheap air freshener. My bathroom lacked Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, Kleenex and a trash can. There was no do not disturb sign for my door. I called the front desk but no one answered. I was questioning if my sheets were clean as they looked slept on and reeked of air freshener. Sleeping was difficult because of the noisy street. I was woken in the middle of the night by people physically fighting outside my door. The next day I was harassed by a guest with lewd comments and unwanted advances. The next day house keeping entered dropping off soap but didn't make the bed. Due to lack of amenities and questionable safety, myself and traveling buddy checked out a day early. The clerk was unsure if we would be charged for our full stay or not as only the MOD could make that determination. She suggested to ca Monday which I did but no one picked up.

Everything was great and the staff member at check in was very accommodating when I asked for a ground level room due to an injury. I was a little nervous about there being a fence with barbed wire on the top because it gave me the feeling of an unsafe area.

The hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The area isn’t the greatest but for the price and what you get, it’s worth considering a stay here. Thanks Super 8 staff for a nice overnight stay!

I went to another hotel in the middle of my stay. I was alone and there were people fighting on the stairs and in the parking lot. The room was filthy. But the manager was kind enough to refund me the rest of my stay so I could move.

It is a ghetto area, so many homeless people around that hotel, police cars are driving around area. The room is dark, smelly, unpleasant, old and cheap looking room. I changed my mind and the front desk didn’t cancel my booking, so rude and uptight Indian man. I do t even give a half star for that hotel!

It's not fancy, it's a Super 8 for a reason. It's not in Downtown, just a couple of miles away. There is a bus from the main bus depot that's arrives within a 2-3 min walk of hotel. The king bed was good & a few hundred TV channels is a positive.

The area had a tent city just a few yards from the hotel. Loiters all around the hotel. Wasn't happy with the cigarette smell in the room when it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Would love to have some of my money back.

Nooked 3 nights. The question is would I stay there again.No! There was alot of traffic noise. But was willing to put up with it. Then breakfast was just toast!. Breakfast was the reason I was staying there. Ask for my money back for the last two night. No problem getting it.

They said they serve breakfast. When my family and I went down for breakfast, all they had was toast, peanut butter, and jelly. The orange juice was bad, coffee was awful. The only thing that was good was the apple juice.
