La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mooresville

This hotel offers adequate accommodations. Their parking lot is extremely tight and difficult to maneuver. For a one night stay is served the purpose.

Lack of maintenance in the room such as burned out lights, large bubble with a hole on the ceiling and swollen plaster on wall from leak damage. Carpet needs cleaned. Strong unpleasant odor. The pool was closed and half full of yellow stagnant water.

3 night stay. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Breakfast was ok could be better. Oh the parking was very full. Large pick up trucks taking up multiple spots frustrating. The pool was closed due to some maintenance we were looking forward to the pool. We will be back. Good stay

No wipes for exercise equipment Looks like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Cabined shelves inside cabinets falling down. Electrical outlet coming out of wall where equipment plugged in. One of the worst LaQuinta hotels I have been this yr. (5)

Pool was out of order….. again! It was out the last two times I stayed there. I’m not checking in again, before checking on the pool.

Had a great stay downfall was no pool for the second time that we have stayed here .

Good location for getting off/on the highway. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy. First room I was given had a very strong bad odor and there was clumps of hair in the bedding and a soiled bed skirt. After bringing it to the attention of the staff I was moved to another room which was better. Breakfast was very basic but well stocked. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Only negative was the pool was closed for maintenance and we weren’t made aware of that before we booked.

Did not keep hot breakfast stocked during the advertised time (not even hot water). The door to our room would not shut/latch properly. Fitness room was not clean and there were no cups to use for the water dispenser or disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment. An item in the bathroom was dusty and there was a little trash in the floor of our room. One of our keys didn’t work and we were marked as no shows even though we arrives at our pre check-in time. The lady at the counter was nice about things.

Other than the pool being unavailable due being bone dry with no water, stay was very pleasant and staff was outstanding.

Bed bugs. Had to change rooms. Stained pillows. Damaged toilet seat. Coffee pot missing a piece. Staff was nice

Not as clean as expected. Garbage still in room from prior guests and empty pop bottles under edge of bed. Carpet dirty and not vacuumed. No soap or wash clothes. Halls are extremely dark.

Biggest issue was the ants in our room. There were a couple things broken, no big deal, but the abundance of ants is what will make us not return. That being said the staff was super friendly.

The sheets had not been changed and were dirty with crumbs and hair. There was hair in the shower also. We have always enjoyed staying at the La Quinta but very disappointed with the cleanliness of this place.

The room had dirt stains on the walls and doors. The microwave looked like it had food on it that wasnt cleaned off. The air was set to 61 but it was every bit of 80 in the room. Couldnt even sleep with a sheet on and was still pouring sweat. No smoke alarm and where it should go is just wires sticking out the wall. Under dresser was a vape pen, blunt wrap trash and a beer bottle cap and tons of dirt. Looked like it was never cleaned in those areas. Stain on side of bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well. I will not be picking this hotel again as I could have stayed at a roach motel and had a cleaner experience and a cooler room for half the price. We took pictures as well for documentation as we are going to be contacting the corporation for a refund or something as the cleanliness and heat alone was ridiculous. Indoor pool has also been closed and from what a housekeeper said, it has been for over a year.

The staff was nice and friendly. The place was dirty and floor had food and crumbs all over. Bathrooms wasn’t flushed when we walked in. I almost checked out but because it was blocked for a wedding event I forced myself to stay. I believe this will be my last booking with another La Quintas hotel, I’ve been having nothing but bad luck with them.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed comfy. TV larger than most hotel rooms. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. Only issues were the AC in the room wasn't cooling at all. Temp said 60 but was probably over 75. High and low setting were the same, no difference. Also the telephone didn't work. *Unexpected Extra Holding charges to the card used. Guests need to be aware so they can have extra $$ available for their trip.

My stay was ok. Front desk personnel was awesome! The hotel is in need of some upgrades. For starters the carpet needs to be replaced with some other type of flooring because it was old and stained. The bed was horrible to sleep in. The mattress seemed worned and extra soft. The mattress pad kept coming off and was annoying. The pillows were horrible as well. The sofa in the room was old and stained. We had to put a towel on it before sitting. The hallways are also dark. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants. I wouldn't want to stay here again but if none of the above bothers anyone please feel free to stay here.

Their customer service exceeded what I expected. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room cost was reasonable. One concern I had was the walls were really thin.

Really nice rooms for the price, I was honestly shocked. I’ve never stayed at this chain. I’ve only stayed at similar chain hotels maybe a couple times ever. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza a lot many years ago, super nice & reasonably priced. Beside that, mostly casino hotels. I paid like $325 inc tax/fees (discount through an app, it would’ve been ~380 direct) for 2 nights. I was going to a wedding of close family, and I booked a room for myself and 1 for my Grandmother & Great Aunt. Theirs was 2 queens, mine was a king. My room had a microwave, mini fridge, little sofa, a desk with a nice chair, and a chair. It was spotless, smelled good, quiet, big TV, comfortable bed. Shower was great. Spacious. It was as nice as $350 casino hotel rooms, just a bit older. Again I was very pleasantly surprised. The lobby was nice, I didn’t check out the pool/hot tub or fitness center etc. I didn’t, but my Grandma had breakfast, said it was ok, typical, free, what you’d expect. There was a Cracker Barrel close too. Little store in the lobby, not much, but helpful. Some snacks/drinks, basic need items, then some microwaveables. Reasonable prices, you’d expect a lot of markup for the convenience but it wasn’t bad. The front desk ladies I dealt w/ were kind/helpful. Southern hospitality! I’m from the north & it’s noticeable to have people actually say hi and be nice, whether it’s a front desk worker or a random person. Great stay, I’d recommend. I wasn’t incentivized or asked to write this.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and hotel was quite. I would definitely stay there again. We didn't stay for the breakfast so can't comment on it. Staff was friendly.

The HVAC unit was old and very noisy when it was turning off and during operation. It was very bothersome at night.

After driving all day we wanted a comfortable place to sleep. This hotel did it, beds super comfortable, air/heat not noisy, blackout drapes. Great choice for our needs.

It was so noisy we did not sleep all night. Car’s racing around streets motorcycles all night. Quiet time from about 2 am - 4 am then the garbage trucks came.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Every time I come to Mooresville for training classes, I always stay here. The staff smile and they say how happy they are working here which is a switch many times there’s always grumbling, but not here. The manager on duty was superb and it’s always nice to see a smile. Thank you for being good to your employees because it shows to all the customers.

Olivia was amazing and I will stay there again just for the service and friendly attitude she provided! She is a class act all the way!

Checkin was terrible. Had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came to the desk. Not good. After that, everything was great. Clean room, good ac, great breakfast. Good coffee.

Check in was slow...not very friendly, didnt speak clearly about properly..looking at screen, mumbled...tv was in and out reception, great breakfast area clean..super friendly attendants

Excellent staff

Check in took nearly an hour which is ridiculous. There were only 2 people in front of me. I even did the online check in to try to speed up my process when it came my turn, but it did nothing. After a long day, I just want to get to my room to rest. Won't be back here because of this slow service.

She kindly directed us to available spots and had even been monitoring our car on her desktop screen to guide us better—such thoughtful service! The room was very clean, and breakfast was great. I’ll definitely be coming back to La Quinta—I had a similarly great experience at their Manassas location. Highly recommended, and it’s also budget-friendly!

Friendliness of the entire staff - service, greetings, very hospitable. Everyone - night associate, culinary attendants, servicemen, housekeeping, morning associate - greeted with smiles and light conversation. I would recommend the location to others, I would stay here again, convenient location, cost efficient rate.

Conveniently located, right off Interstate. There’s plenty of eating establishments close by even within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It has a free breakfast with a basic but decent selection. The breakfast staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again.

The hotel was located right next to the highway which made it easy to get off and get back on the road. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff is kind as well. Parking was easy and there’s numerous access doors to get inside. The hotel is also located near a couple restaurants and shops!

Right off the interstate. very convenient

4 day stay dropping off my son to go to NASCAR Tech. Area is very congested. 150 is terrible. I'm guessing the growth of the area is the reason, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Property itself was ok. not bad not great.

Great breakfast & friendly staff

We were very disappointed that the breakfast didn’t open till 6:30am, this was one of the reasons we chose this place. We were traveling and wanted to be on the road by 6:15. I suggest you could at least have coffee for early risers. For this reason I will not return.

the property was very dirty to trash in parking lot to broken wine bottle and just trash through out the property. staff would just walk over trash and not even pick anything up. half smoke cigarettes' line up at front and back door in brick mortar from staff to come back out to finish breakfast is included but they were out of a couple of things . when you go ask about it staff were just rude. not stocking more food .. dirty tables while staff is not seen. out of Jelly , butter and different Juices.
