Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The elevators are currently down but that resulted in a lowered deposit, and they even had a staff member bring my luggage up for me. Nice room that served the purpose I booked for. Close to the airport and my two jobs so it was very convenient. My one complaint is that when I checked in some toiletries like the hand soap and body wash were not filled, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall satisfying stay!

The room was super clean and up to date! The bed was comfy. The only downside was that the elevator in my building was out of service so I had to walk up 3 flights each time. There seemed to be a good amount of breakfast options but they ran out of food and I was pressed for time so I couldn’t wait for them to replenish.

Room smelled musty and the elevators didn’t work. The only redeeming quality was that our front desk person took us to the airport but that is because the shuttle forgot to show up.

Too many people smoking near the entrances, room wasn’t ready even though we checked in well after the required time, key readers were problematic, fire alarm went off during stay causing an evacuation (not their fault but still). Front desk lady was really nice (can’t remember her name).

The room was a great size for the price. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the airport shuttle was available. Please be aware that this is an extended stay property and there were definitely some people that seem to be very settled in. Housekeeping only services rooms once a week. The hand soap and body soap dispensers were both totally empty in my room - that left me wondering when the last time it had been cleaned or checked. That being said, I felt safe there - the bed was extremely comfortable and the property was quiet and well lit. There is nothing within easy walking distance other than other hotels and a hooters, but there are good amenities a short ride away

I like the fact the property is dog friendly. I was however, really disappointed at the fact that it cost $85 a night for a pet. I only stayed a night and was told that was the cost. Expedia does a terrible job of not listing this. I was also disappointed at the rooms cleanliness. It was not cleaned as I expected it to be. There were crumbs all over the sofa that pulls out to a bed so this convinced me the room isn’t cleaned up very often. There was also a tiny bug on the pillow which I didn’t make such a bid deal about as it’s North Carolina and there are bugs everywhere and I didn’t see anything else. There was also some hair on towels. I thought and expected this hotel rook to be cleaner than what I saw but this was not the case. Also, the woman was very adamant that when a pet stays, they do a deep clean but I honestly don’t think a deep clean is even done for guests that stay there on a daily basis or more. There was also noise you can hear from the next room over even with the guests having a normal conversation

Not a Marriott! Checked in and room had no soap whatsoever; no hand soap, no dish soap and no body wash. Went to the front and was offered a small bar of hand soap. Small, curly hairs on shampoo dispenser, gross! Next day, went to front to ask for soap again. Hotel doesn’t provide dish soap with full kitchen? Pet area was very dark at night, was completely out of poop bags and garbage was overflowing for three days; paid $75 pet fee, but not sure why. Insect in room, missing bedding for sofa bed, and cheap shampoo and conditioner. My hair was dry and brittle after three days. Would not stay again.

Nice room with plenty of options for making your own food with a small refrigerator, 2-burner electric stove, and microwave. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. 2 large screen TV’s, one in the bedroom and one in the living room area. Quiet air conditioner. Good breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, yogurt, cereals, and bagels. OJ, apple juice, coffee, tea… Very satisfied with my stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and the size of the suite was wonderful for a family of 5 with three adult sized boys. The separate spaces were wonderful for moving around while everyone slept and two bathrooms was a nice surprise. The breakfast area was really clean and the staff seemed to be attentive to replacing and refilling things as needed. Breakfast choices were adequate. I wish breakfast had lasted a little longer on a weekend. The only reason I didn’t rate the hotel as excellent was I noticed anytime someone nearby left their room, the whole room seemed to shake when the doors closed. Also, the entry door we were told to use to access our room wouldn’t open and we had to find another entry. Additionally, it would have been nice if the sink area in both bathrooms had another door so someone could get ready without disturbing someone in the bedrooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely be interested in staying here again when flying out of RDU.

It’s difficult to give a rating because we had such different experiences with staff. We arrived at 4 and were told to come back in an hour or so. That wasn’t possible as we were in town for an event that started at 5. We had hoped to get into our room and quickly change clothes, but we were not able to do that. I understand that the lady at the front desk was not at fault, but the way she handled it was disappointing. A welcoming smile and a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Instead we got no greeting and told to come back later. When questioned, she said they can’t guarantee check in time. We checked in after our event (after midnight) and were told that our room had 2 queens instead of a king and queen like we booked. Angela at the desk was quite helpful and made it right for us. The room was comfortable and clean.

Amazing property! Nick at the front desk was awesome, he took care of me and my handicap mom much better than expected. Beautiful property, clan and big room (with a nice size kitchen and full size refrigerator). Beautiful courtyard. Honestly just a great experience from beginning to end.

Our flight was landing at 11:05pm and the hotel airport shuttle ends at 11pm. When I called and said we were a family of 5 with lots of luggage the front desk staff very kindly made arrangements for the shuttle driver to stay late and pick us up. Everyone I talked to on the phone was lovely and front desk staff was welcoming when we arrived close to midnight. Our room is huge and clean.

The staff was wonderful - reception, cleaning, breakfast! The hotel is also spotless. I was very surprised at the size of our room - so much larger than I thought! For a RDU traveller this is perfect! We were visiting family and found there wasn't much to do in the area, and also you're able to hear the airplane traffic. While this wasn't a huge inconvenience, I'd select a different area for a family/social visit. All in all, a wonderful hotel!!

Overall the stay wasn’t too bad but house keeping could’ve been a bit better I had to go to the desk to get towels not a big deal. Breakfast was good pool was clean staff was nice. Even the fitness facility was good to use. Only a Wendy’s in the area that is walking distance but I would stay again. 4 out of 5 for me.

They do not have a buffet breakfast even though its mentioned. They just hand over a pre-packaged small food items at the reception. Building card reader doesnt work. Room is ok.

Room was specious, clean and comfortable. Up to date property. Breakfast was decent but you need to wait for coffee for more than 10 mins to be replaced. Breakfast lady did not wanna replace the pancake batter although there was still 20 mins before breakfast ending time. Small things but could be improved. Generally great stay and value for the money.

I stayed here for 18 days when moving to the area and looking for an apartment. It was a very convenient location for exploring all 3 cities of the Triangle, the room was nice and well set up to accommodate the "work from home" portion of my hybrid schedule, and the staff were very friendly. My only real complaint is that there is no variation in the breakfast offering, which is fine for a standard hotel but gets particularly tedious for an extended stay.
