Room was clean but did have a musty smell to it. Bed was really comfortable. Everyone was friendly! Only issue I encountered was the elevators broke last night and there was no notice on any floor beyond the first floor that elevators were broken.

I've stayed at a few Hampton Inns before. All of them good. But this hotel made me stressful. After travelling 9hrs from Orlando, we decided to stay at this hotel. We were given a room on the 6th floor, booked in then told the elevator was out of service. We had to fetch 5 luggage pieces up 6 floors plus a baby. I entered the building with a baby stroller but was not told anything. We asked for a room on the lower floor but was told they can't change rooms and we could cancel instead. When we asked to cancel, they told us to call expedia.ca. My wife suffers from BPPV and had to fetch the sleeping baby up those stairs. If anything were to go wrong, it would have been on Hampton. I absolutely hate this experience. I hope I get a good night sleep atleast to prepare for my next leg. Not tht Hampton Inn cares!!!

Hotel is very good in just about everything. The only reason we rated it lower was the elevators. They have two elevators but only one was working while we were there, and that one was on the slower side. Everything else about the hotel was rather good but it bugs us when you always have to wait for a full elevator.

Property great for convenience to walk to the wakemed football park. Room great size, bed really comfy, shower great,staff polite and really helpful. Coffee available all day, and water bottle re-filler both free. Partly chose property as had pool but this was closed the three times I wanted to use it hence have slower score

This was a very clean and updated facility. I chose this hotel as it was close to the Lenovo Center and I was meeting a friend before a concert. We wanted a hotel with a bar so we could catch up and have a drink before the concert. Well, the bar didn't open at all. No explanation except it wasn't going to open.

Ants were all over our room and got in our clothes and suitcases it was disgusting and the two women at the front desk refused to help or accommodate us in any way and were dismissive and mocking us. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible experience. I will never return to this awful place.

Sadly this hotel seems to have a roach infestation. There were roaches crawling around in the bathroom, and there was a buzzing sound coming out of the bathroom vent. This made me nervous and i had a hard time going back to sleep thinking they had either roaches or bees in that bathroom

Dust swept into the corners of the elevators, thick layers of dust on all furniture detailing, breakfast / breakfast area was downright nasty with food and trash on the floor, trash outside by the sofas. In a hotel that has not been kept up. This was more akin to an 85/nt at some budget motel6.

Overall, the stay was decent. Staff were nice and accommodating. We asked to switch rooms and they did so without any hesitation. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. However, the technology was a bit dated as our tv did not have Bluetooth connection. Also, our room did have a smell but we came prepared with room spray so it helped.

The hotel was great for the most part. Very clean, modern, quick service… My only complaint is that you can hear everything outside of the room. Traffic, neighboring rooms, people in the halls, plumbing.

We stayed in a suite and the room was very comfortable. I liked that we could shut the doors and seperate the living room area. Did not know that there was a train that goes by behind the hotel but i didnt notice it while i was sleeping. The toilets flush very loud. Breakfast was good too the breakfast sausage was like sliced hotdogs which was weird. But I would definitely stay again.

The staff were very nice and easy to talk to. We got 3 different answers on how to connect to wi-fi though. I got a room corrected from 1 bed to 2. Great breakfast and location. Wish the pool was inside with a hot tub. Too cold for being outside.

Check in was difficult, albeit a busy check in day. Rooms were not available at 3:30pm. Staff kept suggesting it would be another 5 or 10 mins, when the reality was the rooms would be available much later. Had to leave and check in late at night. Even though we were there for 4 days it was not communicated to us that it was required to respond to a daily text to have your room cleaned and have fresh towels. Only found out policy after missing out on getting the room serviced. I felt the staff could have been more friendly and customer service oriented. Other than these concerns a most beautiful facility.

The staff was very friendly and checking in was very efficient. During the morning I was to leave, the faucet broke off while attempting to take a shower, but maintenance came in pretty quickly to fix it after being contacted. Perfect location as I went for a concert at the Lenovo Center. Nice breakfast options! Which state again.

We reserved a king room, received a confirmation from the hotel prior to our stay; however, when we checked in the associate said there were only queen rooms available and that they were overbooked. Disappointed that our reserved preference was ignored. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean and well designed.

The girl at the desk was wonderful. The hotel was having a key card issue so we couldn't get a key to our room, which made everything much more difficult as the maintenance guy has to let everyone in their room and then you could only leave one person at a time. The room itself is very nice and clean.

It was for a Carolina Hurricanes game so I would definitely recommend. It's down the road from the stadium and it's cheap. Pretty cool fireplace when you walk in too.

Typical of Hampton Inns with all the usual advantages and disadvantages. Large comfortable room but the amenities are poor verging on non-existent. Arrived late but the bar, which was open, was serving no food. I was directed to the ”shop” which only offered junk food. The breakfast buffet is very poor, the paper plates and plastic cutlery feel like the final insult. I don’t know why Hampton choose to aim so low. No bottle of water in the room, you have to ask for it.

Great helpful staff. Nice large room, Clean bathroom, good hot water. Comfy bed, nice little fridge. Breakfast was well above average. Bottle milk was nice, ranch potatoes were phenomenal. Great staff and splended location to Lenovo and downtown Cary. Hope to stay again.

Great experience, check in was fast, the centerpiece fireplace was impressive, great look to the public area, there was a small bar that I was not expecting and looked like it provided a fun spot to pre-game the concert over at Lenovo (or stadium). Beds were comfy, room clean, breakfast was standard fare but hot and fresh. Coffee was not topnotch but did the trick. Easy access to local sports, concerts, business. No fan in the bath so very steamy during/post shower, minor inconvenience. Really enjoyed our stay.
