We usyally stay here for the NC State fair but may need to find another place to stay next year. The first time was great but since then, the hotel has seemed to go downhill. According to my rewards program, I should've gotten two complimentary drinks but was told I could only get one. Whatever, no biggie. The parking is ATROCIOUS at best and i have a small car. More parking is needed or i cannot continue to stay there. The room was "okay" but, not for that price. We travel to show cattle and the barn smelled better that our room. Luckily I had Clorox wipes and air freshener. The coffee machine is EXCELLENT and available 24/7.

The property was ok and in a convenient location relative to the airport and a large shopping mall. The building is dated, the recent renovation was not done very well, and the pool was closed. Would not likely stay here again given all the other options.

Stayed for the weekend while helping my daughter move from one apartment to another. Had a king suite with balcony on the 6th floor. First the room: Odd configuration with a king bed on one side and a sleeper sofa on the other with a wall in between. Each room had its own AC unit, the standard in wall hotel unit- noisy and inefficient. The king bed was comfortable, with plenty of (smaller sized) pillows. The full size sofa bed had the thinnest mattress I've ever seen - but still sleepable. My main complaint is that the bathroom had no AC vent! It was hot as blazes in the bathroom, and contributed to my first night being miserably hot. The maintenance folks checked the unit on the king bed side, and it was working fine. Kept the bathroom door closed all night and the sleeping area kept a nice temperature - but in the morning, the bathroom was awful. The balcony was kept clean; it had a small metal table and two chairs. The room also had a nice sized frig, microwave, and the tiniest coffeemaker ever (glad I brought my own!!) The breakfast area was kept replenished and very clean. Parking is a little weird. There are some space right in front of the hotel, more underground, then additional in the back. The underground parking would have been nice, but the spaces were too close together. Parking in the back didn't seem very safe, so I had to make sure I got back to the hotel before all the spaces up front were taken.

I enjoyed having Starbucks across the street and Panera next-door and the room was very clean and comfortable… I would have preferred if the pool were open, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.

Nice hotel near a lot of shops and restaurants. Older motel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Check in was easy. Smart TV took some figuring out, and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Bathroom was in minor disrepair. Ceiling piece above the shower looked dirty around the edges, the shower curtain was torn in one place, the vent near the shower was dirty as was one of the corner tiles near the base of the tub. However it was roomy, clean for the most part, well ventilated with some lovely soaps and shampoos available.

The lobby and breakfast areas are very small and look like need a little work done. The room I stay in is excellent. Everything inside looks so new and clean. Bathroom is spotless! Location is great! We stayed here for 4 days. The hotel lobby floor is dirty most of the time. When we got there, the first impression was not the best, but once inside the room, it was very clean. I guess it is a very busy hotel because of the location (very busy location near everything). The chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise.

My stay was great! The room was always kept clean each day and the only issue (which may not be an issue for others) is that the beds were a little bit stiffer than my friends or I preferred. But, overall we loved our stay and felt it was a great value for the quality of service we received.

A nice size room for my 3 night stay. Walls are thin because I could hear everything easily.I was near the ice machine and elevator so that didn’t help. Neighbors were playing loud music as I was leaving around 4am for a flight. Very thin blankets provided, but I was able to adjust the heater in the room to stay warm at night. Breakfast was decent, check in and out was friendly and easy!

The room was ok. The bed and couch were comfortable, but the ceiling looked like it was falling apart. Plus, the closet was TINY yet they had extra wasted space. Also, the balcony is not worth the upcharge. It faces a busy street.

*Honest review* I stayed at this hotel for a concert on 10/14. Upon check-in I was greeted by the staff at the front desk and the lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were several checking in, she remained professional. Upon entering my room (King size bed) I can say that it was clean and looked like the room listed online. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my liking but it wasn’t bad. Upon returning from the concert there had been a shift change at the front desk. I stopped to purchase some snack items from the snack bar and again the new front desk employee was kind and informative. I ate the complementary breakfast around 7:00 and it was “ok” that included omelette eggs, yogurt and berries, cereal, home potatoes, waffles, bacon, orange and apple juice along with water. This Best Western has efficient and friendly staff. Acheline (front desk), Sean (front desk) and Faviola (housekeeping), in particular, provided wonderful service. The rooms are clean and updated. Water pressure could be a little better. I would definitely stay again.

Front desk checkin was not a good experience, not friendly or helpful. Would not change our room to be close or even same floor as the rest of our party because we booked through an app. We did try to call hotel prior to booking and they couldn’t match the price of the app and again was not helpful.

Would not let me check in after I already booked and paid on Expedia! I expect my money refunded to my credit card! Hotel actually looked great from the outside except for the location. Many sketchy people around hotel! Staff was not helpful, obviously not being able to get a room by some kind of made up policy about credit cards.

I checked in and went to my room. One bed was unmade with a sheet thrown over the desk and tv area. A wash rag was also left in the room. It was not very clean. There was multiple hairs left in the bathroom area and dirt all around the windows. After checking out, the hotel charged me for a blanket that I did not take. I called and attempted to talk to a manager but was told a manager was not there all 5 times that I called. I was told nobody would be able to help me other than the manager. Would not recommend.

The television was very difficult to use because there was no channel guide and "guide" button on the remote did not work. i twice contacted the front desk and they said there were no instructions since the cable network had just been installed. i also asked for an extra blanket and was told it would be left in my room b.y the staff ... but it never happened after 3 days. i will NOT stay at a best western again ... and i will make sure my colleagues who travel a lot will also know about the poor quality of service at BW

The lady at the front desk is exceptional!! she was so kind and gracious when checking me in. Every time I came in or out she asked me how my room was, how my stay was going, or offered a friendly greeting! I LOVE that this hotel has served Quiet Hours so guests can rest without being disturbed. Also, there are placards alerting guests that it is a no smoking hotel including incense, cigarettes/cigars, etc. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked and my bed was comfortable. The flooring inside the rooms is luxury vinyl plank floors that looks like wood. The flooring is fresh-looking and clean. I love that it is not carpet!! The breakfast has a super coffee machine with several choices such as a latte, cappuccino, etc. The make-it-yourself waffle maker is also a big hit! It is usual fare-eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast/bagels, Chobani yogurts, cereals. It was a great stay!!

We arrived at 4:15 to check in and were informed that our room would not be ready for an additional hour due to lack of housekeeping. The first person we spoke to was not willing to do anything to accommodate us and said we could use the bathroom down the hall to get ready for the concert we were going to. Spoke to a second person who called the manager. She wasn’t happy with what the manager was saying based on her facial expressions but did offer us a free upgrade to a different room we could get into immediately. The elevator was extremely slow and we chose to use the stairs multiple times. Once we got in our room there wasn’t an ice bucket for us so we had to use cups to get ice to the use for beverages. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and we would not stay here again.

The front staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was the quietest hotel that we have ever stayed at and the morning breakfast stayed well stocked. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing a concert at Lenova Center and for dining, shopping and enjoying museums. The lobby and breakfast areas are very small and look like need a little work done. The room I stay in is excellent. Everything inside looks so new and clean. Bathroom is spotless! Location is great! Its in the middle between brier creek and crabtree mall. Shopping center is across the street with Starbucks. Overall is great!

The parking was a little weird as they are on a hillside but we managed. It was pretty noisy as you are on a main road. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee availablility.

The property was ok and in a convenient location relative to the airport and a large shopping mall. The building is dated, the recent renovation was not done very well, and the pool was closed. Would not likely stay here again given all the other options.

Property is right by shopping center 2 mins from walmart and 5 mins from a large shopping mall. Also really liked that there was garage parking for smaller vehicles.

Nice hotel near a lot of shops and restaurants. Older motel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Check in was easy. Smart TV took some figuring out, and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Bathroom was in minor disrepair. Ceiling piece above the shower looked dirty around the edges, the shower curtain was torn in one place, the vent near the shower was dirty as was one of the corner tiles near the base of the tub. However it was roomy, clean for the most part, well ventilated with some lovely soaps and shampoos available.

*Honest review* I stayed at this hotel for a concert on 10/14. Upon check-in I was greeted by the staff at the front desk and the lady was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were several checking in, she remained professional. Upon entering my room (King size bed) I can say that it was clean and looked like the room listed online. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my liking but it wasn’t bad. Upon returning from the concert there had been a shift change at the front desk. I stopped to purchase some snack items from the snack bar and again the new front desk employee was kind and informative. I ate the complementary breakfast around 7:00 and it was “ok” that included omelette eggs, yogurt and berries, cereal, home potatoes, waffles, bacon, orange and apple juice along with water. Check out was simple and again the front desk associates were nice. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay again.

Very clean, safe, great location, good breakfast with a lot of choices, easy parking. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. Panera Bread literally steps away, Crabtree Mall less than 1 mile away. This was our 2nd stay and definitely not our last!
