My stay here was great. The room was clean and updated. The pool area is really nice. Make sure you double check your receipt if if you’re traveling with a service animal. They charged me for my service animal, it had to be reversed. Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast is ok, could be better however it’s not a deal breaker for me. The room and pool is more important. I was satisfied.

I enjoyed this stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The pool area was very well kept. Breakfast left a lot for be desired. They had no milk, pancake mix however it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The pool area and the rooms were most important to me. I definitely would stay here again and again. The price wasn’t bad either for the suite that I had. Totally worth it. OH!!!! And the free chocolate chip cookies are DELICIOUS!!! LOL my family loved them.

I ve been staying at this property several times a year for over 10 years. On this stay the single elevator did not work for several days. The attitude from the front desk was rude and disinterested as we had large suitcases to bring down 3 floors. The hotel has gone down a bit especially the staff at front desk

Upon checking into our room on the 3rd floor we were pleased with the accommodations. However things broke down when it came time for ice. A machine was conveniently located but, alas, it wasn't functioning. No big deal, just go down one floor BUT the elevator was on the fritz at 4 in the afternoon. The elevator only worked intermittently through our check out the next morning at 9. Major inconvenience when getting luggage out. Obvious bad maintenance makes one wonder what isn't functioning behind the scenes.

The hotel was great. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool was closed on our first day there due to the water readings were not right. We chose this location so that my wife could spend her day at the pool, however, that didn't happen. The hotel itself was great, the breakfast was good, but the pool not being opened on a beautiful day made the first day there a waste.

I have stayed here many times and always find it convenient and clear. This time I was disappointed in the staff for not being explicit about the change in parking where the hotel next door has taken over certain spots as their own and presume to charge for parking. I arrived late at night and parked in my usual spot - I really wish this had been brought to my attention at check in.

We travel a few times each year and only stay at places we expect to find clean, professional and friendly. Your premises provided and met all of those requirements. We never return to any place that doesn't meet those standards. We have elderly family in the Raleigh/Smithfield area and expect future visits. Your breakfast items were hot and tasty; however, there wasn't any bacon included in the serving trays. We will see you again.

The room was not clean. The curtains would close for privacy, the tile floors were very sticky and the carpet was stained. Lots of foot traffic all night. Not managed very well.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Managed well. Pool was super clean and temperature was refreshing. A lot of options for breakfast and was very good. I would suggest having a dark roast coffee option too. But the regular coffee wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I stayed for 4 nights. My room was only cleaned once - and I don’t mean a deep cleaning. I mean that the staff didn’t pick up dirty towels, bring clean towels, or take out the trash. When I told the staff, the lady at the front desk said she would have housekeeping come by the next day. That was no help to me. This resulted in running out of tissue and toilet paper. I had to call down to the desk for towels on multiple occasions because the towels weren’t refreshed and I always had to come down to the desk, they never brought the towels up to me. The tub was draining slow and it took me talking to 3 different employees to get it resolved. The staff does the least. They might say sorry when you have a problem but they don’t move to resolve it. Even the general manager never apologized and could’ve cared less. She clearly has no authority because the problems continued during the whole stay.

Did not like that we stayed 8 nights. And only once was our room cleaned totally. I mean bed made the garbage was taken and only vacumed once that was on the 5th day after asking them. And most nights we had to ask to get clean towels. I mean im on vacation and for what we paid to stay there. We shouldnt have to clean. Thats why im on vacation.

Property was clean, great bed in the room. Only negative was the room next door. There was a connecting door between my room and theirs. The gap at the bottom of the door allowed light into my room and I could hear the guest on the phone clearly.

The room next door ceiling fell and the pipes burst in my room I have photos and honestly I asked for a discount I was willing to stay another night because I needed it and the manager declined did not accommodate my things got wet. I was with a new born And my 12 year old. Extremely disappointed I never wrote a bad review in my life.

Only issue was the parking lot lights- I understand security measures but they are way to bright, thought I was at a football stadium :( had try to take pillows and block the light out - will try to get a room away from the direct lighting next time Thanks

We have stayed at a number of hotels in the Wake Forest area in the past few years. This is by far the most comfortable. It is a little farther out of town than I would like, but for the comfort, I am willing to make the drive in future trips. This is our new preferred hotel. Breakfast is good. It feels safe. Our room was very spacious.

Loved everything about it except the sound. At 3 a.m. the people in the door next to ours were talking and it sounded like they were in the room with us. I don't understand why hotels skimp so much on sound proofing.

Had been car shopping on line and needed to stay overnight in the area. Picked this property due to the reasonable price and being pet friendly. Found nice staff, clean quiet place, had a good breakfast that was included with the room then found the car dealer to be at the next traffic light down from the hotel. I also found there to be plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The room was quiet, spacious and the bed was comfortable.

First thing is first, I booked this stay for the wife and I for Valentine’s Day. When I get there I wasn’t aware that I would be sharing a whole floor with a teenage wrestling team that wound stay up all night long. Making all times of noise and it was not! a good stay for us. Then asked if we could change room the lady that was checking people in rudely says”No” and I was just like I have to change this to her response “Do what you gotta” which ticked me off something bad however I kept my cool. This was a horrid experience!!

This still was absolutely horrible, the room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The front desk refused to change the rooms until we made a scene about it. The front desk is very rude, we ended up paying for the room and leaving that same night and going to another hotel.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE from the ENTIRE staff!!! Greeting from front desk clerk Sonia was warm and friendly to everyone! Night clerk young lady was also VERY COURTEOUS and helpful, when I asked for extra supplies. The breakfast was FRESH, HOT and delicious with updated food choices and the Chef kept everything CLEAN & FULLY stocked, he was very polite, and observant, as he went and got a food tray, for a customer to assist with his items he selected to carry back to his room. King room was HUGELY spacious with a microwave, fridge, Keurig, extra comfy CLEAN bed, LOVELY STYLISH COZY LOUNGE AREA, PROPERLY working adjustable thermostat and the HOT water temperature was just right! Also, everything (Food options, Shopping Center, Walmart and Gas) was close by! TRULY ENJOYED MY STAY AND WILL BE BACK!!! EXCELLENT WAY TO BRING IN THE NEW YEAR ‼️‼️‼️ 12/31/22 - 1/1/23

Overall, I was disappointed in this facility. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I didn’t expect to see real eggs, or omelets, but I did expect to see some healthy options. Everything was sweet. No regular oatmeal, nothing to put on toast that wasn’t sweet, and the coffee was horrible. No regular yogurt. There was a day our room was never cleaned, even though we were gone most the day. We had to call the front desk to get clean towels. The next day the room was cleaned, but no drinking cups were supplied. Thank goodness for coffee cups. Considering the cost of the room, I expected a little more.

It was very noisy, i didn't realize they had kid's birthday parties in the area considered business area and only place to reax in hotel, that's what conference rooms are for. Rooms were super loud to surrounding noise. Breakfast was nearly completely gone at 930am, just little things but they kinda add up.
