The hotel was very nice. Hotel staff was awesome and helpful. Next to mall and a lots of dining options in the area. The only issue I have that it is still a construction site so there’s very limited parking.

It’s in a great area with the mall & restaurants down the street! Nice friendly staff & overall experience was good. Didn’t like that the ceiling in my bathroom started to leak & we realized the damage to the ceiling. Also disliked that there’s only 1 elevator for an 12 floor hotel.

We stayed for a couple of nights to see concert. Would have been nice to know about construction behind the hotel and that there was not enough parking for the hotel. People were parked on side of streets and the lady at desk said to "just find somewhere to park" Room was fine.

We really had a great stay overall - the hotel was clean, the staff was overall friendly. We did try to go to the restaurant one night for a drink - we were told at check in that the restaurant closed at 11PM (the hours were also posted outside of the restaurant), we walked in at 10:30 and we were refused service for a drink and were told that they closed then. That was frustrating. The pool was also closed the entire time of our trip - and we were not made aware before that it would not be a facility that we could use. That was one of the main reasons that we booked this specific hotel. We were told it would open 9AM on our last day - but when we went down the next morning it was still closed, and we were told by the front desk staff that it was not going to open that day. There is also construction going on all around the hotel - this would have been nice to know before hand as it could have definitely been a factor in us choosing somewhere else to stay.

Walls are paper thin. Two people were LOUDLY having sex across the hall from me for hours and it sounded like it was out in the hallway. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes, and the staff are very comfortable telling you how expensive and bad the hotel is. Will not be staying here again.

The property is not double tree quality at all. I’m not sure what this location used to be but it was definitely not a double tree. The hallways are dark. The carpet is dirty. The first room we checked into, the toilet was not working properly. The second room the sink was not draining properly. The room’s ventilation was terrible and there was a musty mold smell coming out of the unit. Also the snack section was ridiculously over priced. A snicker bar was $4. Foolishly I bought it because it was late at night and the damn thing was old!! I would not recommend this hotel.

My room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned. I love that my name was on the television and that I could easily access my streaming platforms. I discovered that the fridge was not working properly and mentioned it to the front desk manager Adrian. He immediately offered complimentary dinner to replace the food that spoiled and a person from maintenance was in my room to address the issue within minutes. Also, Adrian remembered my name and addressed me as such each time I entered or exited the facility. It made me smile. I highly recommend and would stay here again, without hesitation. 10/10!

Overall a nice stay. Location is good, but busy. Heard a lot of car traffic overnight. Air conditioning fan worked, but was very loud turning on and off and also kept us from a good night’s sleep. Staff was great. Snacks in the lobby were ridiculously overpriced.

This location was old and out dated. There was construction going around n which made parking difficult. It was hard to find the property due to the small signage right off the highway. The room was dark and smelled. I had to ask housekeeping to clean the toilet again. There is a fantastic Hilton Garden Inn on Arrow Rd I would recommend staying off of Glenwood. I stayed there for my last night in Raleigh. Will never t stay at the Doubletree again.

When we checked in they gave us a room occupied by someone else. Thankfully the person was not in the room. I think it would have been a worse scenario if that was the case. Other than that, our actual room was clean and uneventful stay.

Someone stole my Nike coaches jacket out of my room. Thought maybe I misplaced but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there after House Keeping placed a steamer (requested) in my room with the do not disturb sign on the door. Thought it was strange that they entered the room anyway. Didn’t want to complain at the time because I wasn’t sure. Now that I’m back home I pretty sure someone took the jacket from my room.

The construction around the facility made it difficult to get in and out. The service was FANTASTIC!!!! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!!! Wow! Will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Everything about this stay was great, except the last morning, a staff member decided to try and come into our room unannounced, without knocking. It was sometime after 9:00am. They quickly ran when they discovered we were in the room. Very sketchy and disgusting that staff just comes in as they please, without even knocking. Someone needs to look into this potential pervert

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was wonderful and cheery. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great! My only complaints were breakfast. The service was extremely slow! I waited 10 minutes to be waited on, and then another 20 minutes for scrambled eggs and grits, and there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant. On a busy morning when I was trying to get out the door, the restaurant needs some work.

Check in was easy and cookies were delicious. Right off the interstate so you can hear the traffic but otherwise a quiet stay. The mall is a short drive with good food options. Easy uber ride to downtown area. Would stay again.

The reason I reserved this hote because, it said online it does have bar and a restaurant, unfortunately they only have four bottles of different kind of alcohol to choose from the restaurant and the food absolutely terrible the only great thing about this place is the staff. Not to mention if you choose the room with the two queen the AC unit is next to one of the bad and directly will be blessing the air into your face I guarantee you will be sick the next day unless you do what I did and build a wall with pillow to break the air from coming directly to you.

Staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food in the bar/restaurant is surprisingly good for a hotel. In fact, we stayed 6 days while we were vendors at the Raleigh State Fair, and we intentionally ate there all 6 days as the food and service were that good!

Service with the front desk and restaurant staff was phenomenal! They took great care of us and we really enjoyed the check-in cookies as well as the breakfast. Hotel was located just a few mins away from the mall and right beside the interstate.

Double Trees are generally pretty good, this one wasn’t one of the better ones I’ve stayed at. Front desk staff was average and not very accommodating. Bar and restaurant staff were great and the food/value was very good
