Breakfast was mediocre, there were 3 dead roaches on our balcony right outside our door. Hotel pool was completely falling apart and had a ton of debris in it. Room itself was fairly clean though just outdated.

It was a lovely getaway, but the pool and surrounding areas were in rough shape. There was a bar that looked shut down or condemned and they were selling "Club Cocktails?" A little ghetto in my opinion...

Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, ect. I like that they sell individual beers near check in if you wanted. Great idea! The price was good. The place is huge. Elevator wasn't working on one end. Great bar/ food down the street. Not the nicest place in town but worth the money.

Bed was too hard for us. Building is an older building and needs maintenance. Weren’t told elevator wasn’t working- discovered that when we got all the way down the hallway to go to the 2nd floor where our room was. No chairs to sit on the balcony that we paid extra for. No ice machine on 2nd floor. Not all channels listed are accessible- kept saying No Signal. Outdoor pool was refreshing but does need maintenance on it - no trash can out by the pool and the one in the gazebo was pretty full. Didn’t get emptied in the 3 days we were there. Sliding glass door was easier to open than it was to close. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was not cleaned.had blood stains on sheets that weren’t removed from previous tenants. Showed to over night receptionist and she just gave us new sheets and blankets. Waited to see manager next morning and she reimburse us for our stay. It was disgusting

Asked for a King Accessible room and got a second floor Double Queen. Key cards didn’t work initially and had to go all the way back down to the desk to have them reprogrammed. Corridors are dingy and the plastic corner protectors are falling off the walls. Inside the room there was a convulsing roach that I named Rodney and bits of his friends all over the bathroom (leg in the soap-dish? They thought of EVERYTHING!). Shower head was weird and very low pressure. Towels had holes in them and I felt the need to shake them all out and keep them in the dry cleaning bag just in case Rodney had an intact cousin. Bed seemed clean but it was rock hard and the room had an overall “dirty” vibe to it. Like, you leave the hotel and feel like you need a shower and to immediately decontaminate everything you brought with you before you go back into your house.

They gave us a room so far away from the entrance. It had no lock , and smelled really bad. When we called Helpdesk, they changed the room which was first floor but was closer to breakfast area. Then the breakfast was a lot of show and little substance. They put bare minimum breakfast with subpar quality. The backyard of the room was not cleaned, the swimming pool was dirty. it was a subpar experience for me and my family.

This is my third time staying at Ramada Inn, I always stay 2 or 3 nights with my family, I love the location, it is so convenient to access NC State Univ. And Meredith College. We have been outside very late at night and early morning and surrounding seems safe. Bedroom and Bathrooms are clean, even the ones at the common areas. Breakfast is always the same: scramble eggs, bread slices, pancakes, some times you can find muffins. Always have fresh coffee and orange juice cups. The only thing I didn't like this time is the bad smell in the hallway, so moldy, it really made me feel sick. The hotel had these big floor driers fans on the corners of the building. We had this moldy smell even in the room so bad. Borken glass in the parking lot was another thing I noticed and made me feel unsafe the first night. Crew members were just doing their great jobs, they are very respectful but not too friendly, maybe they were just tired... it would be great to get a smile and feel a welcoming environment though.

I was impressed with this hotel just as I was walking in. The interior was spotless and showed signs of care. The staff was pleasant and rapidly checked me in. On my way to the room I saw more signs of care as the windows were clean ( there were lots of windows) and clear and the floors were clean and polished. My room showed the same polish and cleanliness. The furnishings are somewhat dated but that didn’t bother me in the least. Good value, good staff, I highly recommend this hotel.

The internet service is terrible. the service in the room barely functioned, and I had to go to the lobby to connect to do basic things. unless this was remedied, i'm not sure i'd stay here again. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in very good condition for its age. Good location

Our room was clean but the entire property is very dated. The elevator is hard to find and really far away from the front desk or if you are staying towards the front of the hotel. There is no signage for the elevator on the first floor and it is tucked away so it's easy to miss.

They may have come while we were gone because when we got back to the room it was on and never shut off again, so thank you. Gentlemen at check in very nice and helpful. Our second floor bedroom over looking the pool had a balcony which was a pleasant surprise. Didnt use the pool but people were in it and it looked very clean. Bkft was just so so. Microwavable pancakes and sausage but it was ok. Scrambled eggs were good.

First of all when I got to the hotel, we went to put our food in the refrigerator. The bottom was soaking wet and dirty. I had to clean it myself. Our whole two days that we were there, the refrigerator kept leaking water on the bottom. We were also charged an additional $168, after the gentleman at the front desk told us repeatedly that there would be no charge and that I could use any card. I used my debit card and saw the additional charge the next day. We had previously paid for the rooms in full on this website so this shouldn’t have happened. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible and it took me forever to rinse my hair. As far as breakfast goes, it wasn’t absolutely horrible, but the eggs had some sort of oily greasy substance on them. There was also no bacon.

First day we got there, the bed and room was not made. We notified staff and they offered us a new room. Next day the key cards did not work. The day after that the housekeeper attempts to open the door while we’re sleeping. Everyday it was something. Do not recommend. The only thing pleasant is the front desk staff.

This facility is conveniently located near the Lenovo Center and a short drive or Uber to nearby dining, Hillsborough Street and downtown Raleigh or Cary. Clean and comfortable, reasonably priced for the location. Only negative is that check-in host and in-room signage informed us that breakfast was available until 10:30 instead of 10;00 am. The dining room hostess was very friendly and apologetic and offered to get us cereal, yogurt, fruit. She even lamented that recommendations to update the signs have been made numerous times. This is our second time here and will definitely stay here again.
