The facility does not have an ice maker. That is crazy. The breakfast options are horrible. The hundred dollars deposit refundable in seven business days is Insane.

Good little place for a stay. To be dog friendly they have no grass for a dog to potty. Not a bad place.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- there are no business services - no print or fax services. Dog pee was in the hallway, and the family over my room stomped so hard I thought they were going to fall through the ceiling The sinks are stained, the rooms smell, the shelves inside the refrigerator were torn and no sides on the doors. The carpeted floor had some glazy white stains on them and bugs were in the room. Then this facility charged my credit card without my authorization. The management is very shady. There are better places to stay in NC. Stay away from here

No coffee pot in the room. Syringe in the parking lot. The hallway smelled so bad my truck brought the stench home .

The microwave was dirty. The sheets didn’t look clean. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but the whole building smell like cigarettes. And they allow dogs here so it made the hallways stink as well. I won’t stay here again.

Avoid this hotel if possible. The room was absolutely disgusting. Food on the counters, sand all in the floors, everything was sticky, mold in the bathroom and floor was curling up by the tub. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night drinking and smoking something that did not smell like tobacco or weed, if you get what I’m saying. We wound up leaving and not even staying the night. The guy at the front desk was really nice though. Oh, they also charge you a $100 deposit at check in, which when I booked through hotels.com was not mentioned anywhere.

Overall kind of shabby, dirty carpet, broken furniture. The towels and sheets were very clean.

The check in itself was easy and fast. I can't even begin to describe the smell in this hotel. The hallway almost made us throw up and the room smells was so disgusting we left immediately. It "looked" clean so the smell must be coming from the carpet or walls. It is very old almost falling apart. Do yourself a favor, pay $10 more and stay in the hotel nextdoor

The bathroom was very old. Also the floor and the hotel room reeked badly of cigarette smoke, in a supposedly non smoking room. Also, we found a roach in our room.

I am ultimately disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at this Extended Stay Hotel location. While the receptionists were helpful during the check-in process, that’s where my satisfaction ended. The room was unbearably hot when we entered, and it did not feel or look clean at all. When I say I will never stay at this hotel again, I mean it. If I hadn't arrived at 1 am, I would have gladly taken a financial loss and gone somewhere else. I can’t believe I drove over 10hours to stay in this! I appreciate the helpfulness of the receptionists, but it left a bad taste in my mouth when they informed me of a $200 incidental fee. That is simply ridiculous. I've stayed at the Ritz Hotel and never had to pay such a high incidental fee. But it gets worse. I walked into room 316 and felt like I had entered a dungeon. It was dark and dank. The kitchen floor was sticky with something red, the bathroom had mildew, and the furniture and cabinets were in a state of disrepair. The bed had hair on it, and the sheets had black stains. My kids were even scared to lay down. The picture they took to place on line must have been taken when the hotel first opened or taken form another website. I wish I could get all my money back, but I know that’s unlikely. However, you can rest assured that I will never stay at this Extended Stay Hotel again!

There was nothing unique about the property. The inside of the building was so stinky that it was unbarbly. I requested a non-smoking room, and the room I was given was not. I had to spray perfume all over the room. The bed felt like plastic, and it was dirty. The bathroom sink has all sorts of stains over it. The elevators were dirty and stinky. I spent one night and checked out. My clothes were so smelly I had to air them out at the next hotel I stayed. I completely hate that hotel. It was not what it looked like on the website. They should close it down and thoroughly clean it. Completely wasted my money.

This establishments only saving grace is the extremely nice and accommodating front desk staff. It looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and there was a roach in the room. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet.

I picked this hotel because it was cheap and I was only in town for two days, and boy did the quality of the cheapness show. Made me put down a $100 'damage deposit' that I may or may not see refunded within 3-5 days. Didn't accept cash, you could only use cards attached to a bank. Paint chunks missing in walls, damaged and worn kitchenette, damage in bathroom before I even checked in. AC unit didn't work correctly. Front staff is rude and wouldn't give me an extra pillow when I asked for my fiance. The icing on the cake is that staff managed to lock themselves out when I went to go check out. So I ended up handing the staff my cards outside of the hotel and left. Lesson learned: you get what you pay. Next time I'll splurge for something a little more.

We were on our way to GA and booked this hotel to hopefully get a clean and quiet place to stay to rest. we arrived late in the evening for check in and within in an hour I was requesting for a new room after noticing the sheets were not changed. Sofa bed Mattress was disgusting as pictured. Unit above us made so much noise all night up until 3am in the morning.

The stay itself was fine. The service could have been way better. The hotel is old. Old furniture, loose ceiling paint and cracks in just about everything. Also, a $200 security deposit was not mentioned on the website, but taken at check in. When I checked out, the rude host told me that they had to check my room for damages before I was credited back my $200. As old as that hotel is, there is very little damage that anyone could do. The bed was comfortable and it smelled nice inside the room. There was smoking in the building even though its a non smoking building. They need to close this one and remodel as there is another one literally, right behind this one.

Over all good. Only thing I didn’t like was how hard the bed was and how unsupportive the pillows were. Wished for a little more cushion.

Service was great, hotel needs a lot of repairs or updates. They are in the middle of a switch over. To make things better

As soon as I entered the room, I was hit by a strong, unpleasant odor from the hallway and inside the room, which made me feel nauseous. The bed was filthy, with the pillow stained by sweat and grime. The carpet was sticky. The toilet wouldn't flush. Even with the radio clock turned off, it emitted a high-pitched buzzing sound. From the neighboring room and outside the window, I could hear loud music, people talking, and car noises until 4 a.m.

Room is not that clean and very old. Bathroom handle is broken. Everything is very old..

Water pressure was terrible and there weren't any pots or pans in the room. We didn't have a blanket but the staff up front got us one as soon as we notified them. I've been to many hotels over the years. This one is not bad over all and the staff is amazing. A great staff can make up for most shortfalls. The area many great places to dine close by. Costco, Trader Joe's and Wegman's are within a few blocks.

I didnt actually get to stay at this hotel. Customer service was atrocious. I waited iver 20 minutes to check in, told the receptionisy that, they immediately got an attitude, rolled their eyes, said they couldnt find my reservation then denied me a room. I asked to speak to the office manager and the person claimed to be the office manager. I am an office manager and I would NEVER treat my customerrs i. The way I was treated.

The hotel never called me to tell me they gave my reservation away stated they were a first come first serve hotel. No voice mail no email no text. I booked this reservation two weeks in advance. To say the least this has never happened before. My family had to find another place to stay.

Cheney was very friendly and professional. The hotel wasn’t perfect but the bathroom actually smelled clean.
