The hotel is located in a relatively industrial neighborhood but the parking lot itself is so tight and inconvenient. Front desk associate greeted us promptly and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes. However, only one of the two elevators were working yesterday and today. Due to only one elevator in working condition, there was often a wait to get on and off. The room itself was clean enough but the towel I used had a bunch of black hair (not mine because I’m blonde) so that’s was a rude awakening. The toilet flushes really loud too so be aware! Finally, had really loud neighbors last night around 11-12pm which made it very difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. Overall it was a mediocre experience.

This place seems to have deferred maintenance issues. The toilet would not flush upon the first use. Janitor got called in and said the toilet was ok that I just have to manipulate a part inside the tank in order for it to work. They would not fix it any other way or offer to change rooms. Ice machine on second floor was out of order. One of the treadmills in the gym was out of order.

Hotel has easy access to downtown Raleigh. During our stay the gym facility had treadmills broken and staff unable to address issue as it was weekend/late evening. Parking on Saturday night was mostly occupied by non hotel guests and we were forced to park in shed area.

My husband and I booked a deluxe room. Check in was slow although we arrived at 11.30pm. Our room was on the 4th floor (top). If you are a tall person, just know your head will be touching the ceiling. There are bedbugs!!!!!! That’s why I give this hotel a zero!! The sheets were dirty and there was evidence of a bedbug infestation. ( pictures to prove this) My husband and I did notify the front desk upon checkout and they promised to refund our money. I hate that I couldn’t sleep all night, but when I found out why… I was mortified!!! You have been warned!

The walls must be very thin as the phone of the person in the next room woke us up. Also could hear their tv in the evening. Our tv was not working but the person on the front desk was very helpful and fixed the problem. Found a long hair under the pillow on the bed, but the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. All of the staff were very friendly.

I’m impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful, it was as if they were completely delighted to be there! I stayed on the third floor. The only thing I could complain about is the TV, most hotels I stay at have a smart TV option so I can just log into my stuff, this one had the basic cable package and as weird as it sounds, it was hard to change the channel. They also offered Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom, which my daughter absolutely loved. I have to come back for Raleigh next month and I will be staying at this location again.

Cassandra at the front desk was great and very helpful, the positives end there, though. First room had a couple small roaches, they weren't able to get me another room as there was no vacancy (understandable), the first two nights in that room were only bad because of the noise from other tenants and their dogs. Final night was in a better room until about 12AM when I was awoke to an extremely loud, rhythmic banging noise, likely coming from the laundry machines near my room. Apparently that was Laundry day because that ridiculously loud noise went off an on until 7AM. Overall, staff was great, the walls in the place are paper thin, the worst part about this hotel are the people who stay there

My wife and I came for a little getaway. Walking into the hotel it smelled clean and the scent was pleasant. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was tight. When stepping out of the shower the bathroom door is in the way. You have to keep it closed at all times just to get out of the shower. My suggestion would be to get a sliding barn door on the outside for more bathroom space. The water pressure in the sink was extremely low. I let the front desk know before we left for the day and she said someone would go right up. When we came back nothing changed, pressure was still low. No one came to the room to look at it. Maybe you should provide a card to maintenance to let guests know they came to look at the issue and provide a status of the outcome and what's next. The breakfast was not good and items very limited. There should be an option for turkey bacon or turkey sausage because not everyone eats pork. Also maybe provide some egg whites as well.

Our room had an incredibly noisy AC, you could hear the neighbor’s TV all night, and flushing the toilet was so loud it was scary. We had booked two nights and left after the first one, never to return.

I stay at this location often. And all my stays have been very pleasant. Rooms are good size and very clean. I love that they don’t have carpets. Feels like home away from home. I am usualy late for breakfast but when I wake up early I do enjoy it. Staff is very nice. All over I would definitely recommend this location of La Quinta Inn. Not all the same. I had bad experiences with different locations but this one is very good.

Decent room, and quiet for being in thw middle of city close to 440. Breakfast hadsome scrambled eggs and bacon along with all the regular bad carbs for breakfast. No smart tv, just cruddy cable.

Everyyjing is fine for this price, but the front desk customer service is bad. First, I called to check if i can check in one hour earlier, but the front dest wasn't even check for me just straight forward answer me said "no", about two minutes later a lady called me I guess is from booking department, because I was accidentally called them instead of front desk. she told me I can check in earlier. They have room available. Second, when I noticed all of their yogurt expired, I tried to let the kitchen staff know, but she doesn't understand English, so, I let my 10 years old daughter talked to the front desk, because I don't want anyone accidentally eat the expired food, but when my daughter told her the yogurt expired she just simply told my daughter to get the other one!

This hotel is in excellent condition. I had stayed here once before after a concert nearby, and came back for a second time after another concert. I CALLED the hotel around 8 pm to tell them the concert was running late and I wouldn’t be there until 11 pm. They said no problem. When we arrived, exhausted from a long drive and a great but long concert, the doors were locked, no one was at the desk and no one answered the phone. The voicemail was “not set up”. I could hear the phone ringing at the desk. We eventually set our things down and i just kept redialing keeping it ringing. This went on for 10-15 minutes, st least. I was getting ready to leave (though my room was pre-paid and had already been billed). Finally the door opens and an employee asks “are you the one that keeps calling” 🙄. I replied yes! I had called before that Id be here at 11, so im surprised no one was available.. no apology, no explanation. Again, the room was great.

I had a fantastic stay at LaQuinta! The location was absolutely perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and my room was a great size, making my stay very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff—so friendly and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

This seemed like a nice place between the price and room size/quality on paper but things went down hill from check in. We arrived late at night and dealt with an employee behind the counter with no customer service skills. Not only did I have to get her attention to get her to check us into our room but I also had to ask questions about room location, breakfast times, etc. because she was merely going to hand us our room keys and walk away. We spent four days in the hotel and checkout out a night early. In that time our room wasn't cleaned once, sheets were never changed, and towels were never replaced. The on sight laundry is a joke as well and consists of one washer and one dryer for the entire building. It is also coin operated and requires you to speak to the less than friendly night staff if you need change. The original employee also seemed to work only nights and gave attitude when we did something as simple as asking for toilet paper for our rooms. This is somewhere we will not be staying again and I suggest you don't waste your money by doing so either.

The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. My room was clean, as were the common areas, and though the breakfast was minimal, it was sufficient. My only complaint was the noise. It could simply have been the location of my room within the hotel, itself, but I could hear everything outside my window: people arriving in their cars, loud music, talking, etc. My last evening, there were lots of individuals in my hallway being extremely loud as well, including what sounded like screaming children. This, however, was not the hotel’s fault, so I do not discount them for the bad behavior of individuals. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would return. The area is convenient to the main highways and downtown, and I felt safe.

This hotel was clean, updated, in overall excellent condition. Staff friendly and efficient. Only one elevator was working. It was tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable, pillows a bit lacking, everything worked as it should. We always travel with extra plugs, so the lack of USB ports was irrelevant, but noticed. Location to the music park venue was excellent. The ONLY real drawback was the breakfast. I am a frequent traveler and this was easily the worst. Eggs were powdered, juice was seriously watered down. Bacon was paper thin and soggy. I WILL stay here again, but i will make other breakfast plans, and bring my own pillow.

Clean, orderly place in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fellow stocking the breakfast kept the bar extremely clean and inviting. The only suggestion is that the breakfast have more nonsugary or lighter sugared options. I have been places where there are plain cereals and non sugar yogurts, for example.

Really enjoyed our stay at room 202. Beds were really comfy, heater/ac worked just needed to hold and release the gauge when going up or down, show great pressure and temp, very clean, delicious bfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, bagels, waffles and more, lobby coffee and water, friendly staff, nice gym, pool, large fridge, and my only noticeable thing was very slight wear of the hotel, but the chair in our room smelled of funk. Like shoes. But rest of hotel they pumped fragrance. Would visit again.
