Hot tub was broken the pool was freezing the desk clerk and bartender were absolutely not friendly acted as if we were a burden rather than even crack a half smile..breakfast staff were great..no room service menus terrible selection of bar drinks ... having to pay 20$ a day to park in a shared garage is ridiculous!

Check in was horrible. Staff was rude and seemed to be inconvenienced with check in. She used foul language with other staff while inquiring over the radio about our room. No Free parking and the parking garage was further than expected. Check in and getting to our room took about 2hrs. We was then told that the Hot tub has not worked in over a year and the pool has been out of service for about 4 months. This is the main reason I booked this room. When i made that statement I was told a manager would call my room immediately and never did. Thankfully Orbitz customer service took care of us and listened to our concerns. The property staff was the worse to deal with. I would not stay again if I were paid to. On a brighter note the rooms were clean and properly stocked. I did like that the beds were in another room separate from the living space and kitchenette area. the beds were comfy and the bathroom was also well cleaned.

1)Parking is $25/day so budget that into the price of the hotel 2) everything is broken: elevator, A/C in our room, ice machine 3)any simple request is refused: coffee cup refresh in the room, towels (multiple requests)…. We were met with excuses and told some version of “I have 23 rooms to clean” or told to ask someone else. Crazy! We finally decided to go to the indoor pool to steal pool towels since we had a suite for 4 people and were only provided with 2 for 2 nights!!!! 4)speaking of the pool… its filthy, cloudy, had a white film on the top and pretty sure there was BLOOD on the floor. Whirlpool is broken. 5)”dinner” from the onsite restaurant is actually premade salads or sandwiches in styrofoam that are super sketchy. 6)room was filthy, bug found in the bed, not actually cleaned during stay, mildew in shower, sticky slimy bathroom floor. 7) overall the hotel is just super weirdly laid out and strange, old, needs lots of updates. Only saving grace is that food service staff are so nice. They are very friendly and accommodating when compared to other hotel staff. Breakfast and happy hour (very generous) was appreciated. But that’s not enough. Would never stay here again.

The property was great and service was excellent. However, there is a fire station nearby and if you get a room with the street view, the siren noise is very noticeable. Also, the parking garage is managed by another company and if you have issues with the gate or ticket, the hotel staff gives you a number to call. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

One elevator was down and the other two made very large slamming and weird noises. Would not give a second key to the room for the other adult. There were no towels at the pool and multiple families had to go ask and it took over an hour to get clean towels for some. The second floor had a large area with stacked up tables and chairs you had to zig zag through to get to the parking garage where the doors were broken. I really liked the layout of our room but overall the place was lackluster.

The hotel does not provide parking , it is 25 a day or you can pay per hour. The lady checking me in was absolutely rude and spoke extremely fast trying to rush through checking me in. Didn’t explain anything so I had to figure out parking and everything else myself. Pool is ice cold , not able to use it and hot tub is broken. The room we had we completely run down, the mini fridge was shoved in a cabinet with no ventilation and the door would get stuck cracked open so it doesn’t stay cold. The bathroom was dirty especially the tub , the bottles of conditioner and others were not filled. The breakfast was ok but they are understaffed with that it seems because food would run out early and nothing would get restocked. We travel here once a year for my daughters jrotc drill competition and I had hoped with it being a Hilton brand it would be somewhat nice but I was comply thrown off by how bad it was. Between the street noise and people/kids running in the halls late at night sleep is not easy. Street noise isn’t the hotels fault nor the noisy people but just a heads up for others. The check out was the same , rude lady who didn’t ask how the stay was just ran through what she had to say fast and grabbed the key cards and went about what ever else she was doing. They do seem to be trying to remedy the situation since they reached out via text , but unhappy is a understatement for this trip.

This property is right next to the fire station. When the trucks go by at 5 am sirens blaring it is a wake up call for free. I had cockroach in my room. It was crawling on me while i fell asleep. I captured it and showed to the front desk as i was checking out.nothing has been done yet.

This hotel is a DUMP. We were in town for HPMKT so prices were sky high. The lobby is bright and remodeled, your basic regular tidy business hotel, so we thought…things quickly unraveled when we stepped into the room which smelled like it used to be a smoking suite. We had a two bedroom suite, one king bed and two queens. The shower in the king room was disgusting, mold all over. There’s no fan in the bathroom so the hinges have begun to rust. We made the mistake of pulling back the curtains and the amount of dirt, debris and cobwebs in the window was shocking. Like it had never been cleaned. The upholstery on the sofa was torn and the carpet had huge stains. The hotel is located near the police station, so it’s very loud ALL THE TIME. The only bright spot on this shanty of hotel was the complimentary breakfast. The food was a great start to the day and the staff was lovely and kind. There’s a Marriott right across the street and I wish we’d stayed there.

I’ve stayed in numerous Embassy Suite locations and this was the worst. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained. The pullout bed cover had bloodstains. We removed the stained cover and asked for new sheets which we received. We expected that when cleaning came the next day, the stained cover which was on the floor would be removed. It remained there our entire 3 night stay. The staff was friendly so that was a plus but the hotel is old, elevators were out of order and there is no designated hotel parking so my husband and I who had to drive separately ended up paying $150 ($75pp) in parking. We will not be choosing the Winston location anytime soon.

Average at best. Needs a lot of deep cleaning and updating. Room was generally clean and staff were very nice. Breakfast area did not look sanitary but staff was so busy that I just don’t think they could keep up with the number of guests.

The customer service was great. However, I didn’t get the room I booked (which wasn’t an issue really) the hotel room had things falling apart in them. Tables that were peeling, AC said 65 but it never got colder than 75 (my biggest issue). The showers were fantastic. The rooms weren’t impressive, I felt like I was overcharged compared to other properties. Oh, and I woke up at 8am to the fire alarm going off. So I already had to pack my stuff and run out without a shower or anything…and it was nothing. No one told us. We just went ahead and took all our stuff back to the car and left bc we were incredibly uncomfortable and stressed by this point. All the staff I dealt with were amazing though. The inside areas of the hotel are very pretty and well maintained. The rooms were clean, but were not in good overall shape. Sheets didn’t match the size of the fold out mattess (which barely had any padding). The people were nice, the location was nice, the hotel is dated and too expensive for what you get. Overall the only positive about this experience/stay was the amazing staff we had.

Only stayed at this hotel because it advertised on-site EV charging. As it turns out, the "on-site" EV charging is in the public lot next door that charges $25 per day. As far as the hotel itself, they spent the renovation budget on the lobby, which is nice, but the rooms are drab, dated with poorly functioning (and loud) A/C. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome! I've stayed here many times and never had an issue and when things were needed (extra sheets/towels), they were promptly given. If you're sensitive to noise while you sleep, i suggest not getting a room with a street view. The sirens are insanely loud. Doesn't bother me once im asleep, but i know some are sensitive to that kind of thing. Besides, the inside rooms overlook the huge open center area of the hotel, which is kinda cool.

The pool was closed the second day. TV didn’t work in our room. Room finishings were sub par. Breakfast in the morning was great! Complimentary drinks upon checkin were nice, too.

Front desk evening team rude and lazy. Called down several times around 8:30pm. Phone rang about 30 times each call, only to be answered by rude front desk people. I requested towels, waited 45 mins only to call back out on hold and then be told I have to come down and get them myself in an unapologetic tone. Filed a complaint but nothing was done to accommodate my terrible experience with that team. Rooms also smelled musty and are in need of an update. The bar staff and breakfast teams were great. Positive attitudes and very friendly and accommodating. In particular the bartender and the guy who makes the omelette. It’s terrible that the front desk team (evening crew) dampened my experience in addition to the room quality.

Check in was slow, parking not included, got a non smoking room and it smelled like weed, son’s bed had a cigarette burn in the sheet. Phone in the room did not work to contact the front desk. Had to go down to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. After 40 mins no one showed up with the bedding so we had to go back down. Were told that the guy who was supposed to do it didn’t have a walkie talkie and didn’t know. Just to have the guy get up and walk 10 feet to the right of the lady helping us and get it. Breakfast was nice.

The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Everyone says hello and greets you with a smile. Breakfast is delicious and has lots of options. The room was very roomy and comfortable. Great price for everything.

On our way we read a lot of negative reviews and were not expecting much. Our stay way exceeded any expectations. Room was well-equipped, spacious and clean. All common spaces were nice and neat. All personnel super nice. They could have used some extra hands at the breakfast. The lady seemed a bit overwhelmed but the quality didn't suffer. We used street and public parking just round the corner which was free.

The property was great and service was excellent. However, there is a fire station nearby and if you get a room with the street view, the siren noise is very noticeable. Also, the parking garage is managed by another company and if you have issues with the gate or ticket, the hotel staff gives you a number to call. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Confusing on where the main entrance is. Garage is short, can’t handle a tall vehicle. Breakfast buffet was disorganized, ran out of food, staff was friendly. Room was accommodating for our family but doesn’t compare to other Embassy’s I’ve stayed. This property is very dated.

The staff was so nice! Breakfast was good. Room was great! The kids had fun in the pool. Only disappointment was that there was no hot tub. Pictures online showed a hot tub and we were looking forward to that.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly. The wine selection was atrocious, and evening reception was disappointing. However, breakfast was great. I did request an early checkout in advance, and was told to contact front desk at 8:30 am the follwing day, anbd they would have a definite answer after consulting with housekeeping manager. I called and no one had consulted with anyone and I was just told no the late checkout (I am a honors memebr and thought that might help, but it does not apparently).

Great space. Additional cups and/or glass instead of foam coffee cups would have been nice as well as better lighting in the bathroom, but overall a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was top notch! Would totally come back!

Our check in was unwelcoming. The elevators had food all over the floors that never was cleaned. The hall carpets were dirty & walls had huge hunks taken out of them. There was pink slime on the shower walls. We've stayed at many Embassy Suites & this hotel had the worst manager's reception (small drink selection & bags of cheddar chex mix) & morning breakfast. At 8:30, the juice machine didn't work, food was not out/all over the floor, noone was attempting to put anything out so we left & ate on the road. It was conveniently located to many shops & restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. For the price that we paid for the night, it's a shame that they don't do more to live up to the Embassy Suites standards.

This is one of the best hotels I ve stayed. The entire place did not disappoint. They served breakfast which I missed; however they did have a restaurant with a bar there which I really enjoyed. Now to the room. It was beautiful clean and very spacious 1 king bed. And the bed was so so comfortable. This will be my to go hotel anytime I’m in the area.
