It is a nice hotel. It has a very classic touch. Entertainment in the evenings. I eslecially like the fitness room and the pool area. One of the staff was cleaning the sidewalk late in the evening about 9pm.

Pool area is a wreck. Beer cans everywhere. No attempt to clean up the pool area. Missing rails, missing floor tiles, and open drains. Pool treated with so much chlorine you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.

The room we stayed in (deluxe double bed) was very nice and comfortable! The hotel itself needs some updates. Peeling wallpaper in the halls ans just some general dingyiness. The pool area was fun but is in need of a serious update. The hot tub specifically was really gross looking. Green water, lots of foam, and scum lining the walls.

Make sure if you stay here that you clarify if your room is poolside or not. We didn't know there were rooms surrounding the pool area. It was very loud until midnight when the pool closed. This hotel also advertises that they have a 24 hour hotel shuttle. They do not - it only runs from 8 am until 8 pm. We specifically stayed there so my husband could catch a shuttle for his 6 am flight. When we asked the desk staff about it, he just said "oh yeah the internet is outdated." 🙄 I imagine this hotel was once a very beautiful place to stay. However, that was probably decades ago - now it's kinda rundown and sad. Our room was clean (thanks housekeeping staff!) and the check in staff were very friendly, but the rooms are showing their age. I'm pretty sure the bathroom ceiling and shower wall were totally moldy at one point and just got painted over. 😬 Perks are free onsite parking and you're within walking distance of several restaurants and the mall. And if the airport shuttle isn't running, you can get there in just a few minutes with Uber or Lyft.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The only negative aspect of the place is that the advertisement online states 24/7 shuttle to airport which is not the case. Shuttle service runs from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm I choose this place for the shuttle service which is supposed to be included in price but my flight is at 6:00 am and there is no service at the time.

It was a good stay overall. My original room was not up to par (TV had no sound and room A/C was not working) and the front desk was quick to remedy that and get me into another room. The tile around the pool is EXTREMELY slippery. Even with shoes on, I found myself sliding around. My 5 year old in his child excitement took a step too fast and slipped backwards and slammed his head on the tile. He is fine now, but that knocked him silly. Some kind of grip or texture to the floor surrounding the pool would keep that from happening. It was also very hot and humid in the entire pool area. No ventilation was my guess. I would stay again, but only if there was a better option for the pool area.

I honestly don't know how this hotel has such a high rating. Upon walking into the hotel, we could tell it used to allow smoking. Once we got to our room, it seemed clean but then we slowly found stains and mildew throughout the room (with one large stain on the curtain looking like blood). We originally booked it for the pool area for our kiddo, but we stepped foot inside, we realized it has not been kept up and was about 20 years overdue for maintenance. The tile floor around the pool was very slippery and dangerous, especially being that I am 8 months pregnant. Overall, we will NOT be going back to that hotel and will warn friends against it as well.

Carpets were filthy, missing drain stop in sink, garbage under beds, stick residue on night stand. It was disgusting. Front desk uses and antiquated, hard copy booking system for rooms. They were not even sure if the room we booked was still available and had to check it in person first before giving us keys.

The hotel overall is very run down and not well maintained or cleaned. The hallways were dirty and the floors were covered with random smalls things indicating it had not been vacuumed. Our room smelled like raw sewage and the locks on the door were not in working order. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall abd the tub would not hold water. The pool was cloudy and stuff floating in the water. The pool area had old soda on the floor so it was very sticky.

The pool area is ok-very poorly lit pool area. Our first room smelled like an ash tray, our new room was right next to our old room and there was minimal difference. Our tub didn’t drain while showering, and the pillows were like plastic. We’d be hard pressed to stay here again!

The room was hazardous. There is black mold in the room. Wall paper falling off of the walls. Mold around the windows. The caulking around the shower and tub was moldy. I really like this hotel and this was not a good room. It should not be used. Left a day early for my babies safety. After finding mold we could not stay. The website also states that there's a restaurant. The restaurant is closed!!!

The rooms were not as clean as I would have lied. Floors had not been thoroughly swept. Skimmer covers were not on skimmers in pool area- unsafe when walking. Water slide had lots of scum on sides of it. Plenty of chemicals to kill germs in pool. Staff very accommodating though only after I verbally requested what I had placed in my requests when I hooked.

There was mold all over the popcorn ceiling, the roof of the room appeared to be coming apart and the toilet seat was wet when I walked in. Also the room and walls overall appeared filthy. Totally disgusting and unhealthy environment. There was also a loud drum concert down the hall that I could hear fully in my room with the door closed

Over all ok stay just very loud through out the night and room door would barely close without lifting the door up. Also key kept not working and we had to go get our keys fixed a few times. Would prob stay again just hopefully gets a few updates!

The room had dated features like think late 90’s and a few mechanical issues. The main door to the room was missing the security latch. The only at to turn the light on on the bathroom casted light into the sleeping area. The front door was between 3/4” and 1” short leaving a gap that allowed us to listen to the soothing sounds of loud sketchy individuals, it was great I didn’t want to go to sleep until after 2 in the morning, I mean who does. The heater/air conditioner makes a loud slamming noise when it shuts off and if you pair that with the rest of the issues above it doesn’t make for a peaceful or relaxing sleeping experience.

I love this hotel because all the employees are professional and friendly. It is very quiet and very pleasant. I also love that it is in walking distance of restaurants and the mall. Absolutely love your hotel and will stay here every time I'm in Bismarck!

The two people were very backed up at the front desk. Both were very kind, it just took a long time to check in and I had an online meeting that I was almost late for because it took so long. The room was decent. I would have appreciated more pillows. We had a king bed and every hotel we’ve stayed at has had 4-5 pillows for a king. This room only had two small pillows and one the size of a toss cushion. The water pressure cut in and out every time a toilet was flushed. I could hear anything other guests were talking about or watching on tv when I walked in the hall way to get ice. The tv must have had a weird set up because whatever the tv listed as showing was not what was actually airing (it would say Big Bang Theory, but it was actually The Office). I wish they would have at least had a breakfast. Our biggest issue was that the AC didn’t work in our room, so we slept with the window open to cool down… but my husband was wide awake by 5:30 AM because of the light and noise with having the window open. Another note, to book on Hotels.com, it was $124/night but often we have called hotels directly and gotten cheaper. We tried calling the hotel, but the call kept dropping so we could never talk to someone directly. We found another number throwing a Reservations site that let us book this hotel, but the lowest they offered was $217.

While the hotel itself was fine, I had some issues with staffing. I will admit that I booked the wrong night, but I was able to still get a room since there was space. However, the person on night shift "checked me in," without putting my card on file or charging me for another night. This resulted in my stuff being completely removed from the room without any communication.

The heater was loud in the room. If you are a light sleeper it will wake you up a few times during the night. Bring ear plugs. I paid extra for a deluxe room. Save your money just get a regular room. Then a member off the staff was trying to get in are room at 1am he said the room was supposed to be vacant. I actually came to the door with my firearm. Its a good thing the latch caught the door and he didnt get in.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The only negative aspect of the place is that the advertisement online states 24/7 shuttle to airport which is not the case. Shuttle service runs from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm I choose this place for the shuttle service which is supposed to be included in price but my flight is at 6:00 am and there is no service at the time.

Location was ideal for my needs. Room was clean, comfortable and best of all "quite", I got a full nights sleep. Staff were all friendly and pleasantly helpful.

Was told to park in the back for closest entrance to my room. Ended up getting a tire slashed. Upon inspection the next night I saw almost all the lights in the back parking lot were off and it was extremely dark. Wifi didn't work in my room. They sent a helpful tech promptly who fixed it but it broke again hours later. It was late at that point so I didn't call for more help. Area had an older mall and a lot of food options walkable. The Irish pub downtown was phenomenal and also walkable. Generally the property was very dated, smells of old damp carpet. Mattress was bowed inward. Dark and yellow overall. Parking lot was very icy all week. Staff was helpful but they are not given the resources to help or update anything that really needs it. Would not stay again.

Excellent location in the commercial district of Bismark. It is located a few miles from the airport and the Kirkwood mall and many restaurants are across the street and down the block. Room was very clean.

What i liked the most was the area...plenty of food options and a large mall adjacent. Additionally, the hotel is walking distance to many sites. The hotel is only minutes from the airport. I also founf the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful.

Overall nice place and convenient but don’t park in the back there’s no cameras and my drivers window got smashed out I later found out there’s a lot of homeless people walking around at night.

No restaurant, cafe or lounge as advertised. No food at all, aside from a desk w/coffee & apples for breakfast! Requested a room near elevator, assigned a room as far away from an elevator as possible (the hotel was empty). The most disturbing thing was elevators where not marked at all, so walking up & down hallways was painful, I also had a mysterious large stain in the bathtub that I would not use. Won’t be back ever! ps, it might behove the desk clerk to do a room check before checking someone in, you have so little business anyway, and so many empty rooms!

My kids loved the pool area and the property was clean and updated. My only complaint was that it did not offer breakfast because the restaurant was not open. We went to Perkins so it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend this hotel.

We went down to the restaurant for breakfast. There was only one employee. I give him credit. We seated ourselves and he could only find two menus. He took our order and he cooked. He did his best. But we paid over $60 for breakfast. I would have liked hot sauce for the table. We would have liked cream cheese for the bagel. And we would have liked refills on our beverages. Like I said he did his best but I wish we would of went to Perkins instead

There was no breakfast due to no hired chef on site, hotel room smelled os musk smokiness. The waterpark was over packed and limited space to swim and no space in hot tub, beds were comfy, room was somewhat clean. Good location, chick fila was across the street. Will not be coming back for the price, a extra 20$ would get you a fantastic hotel.

The Bar in the hotel was stupid expensive. $14 for a 12oz busch light and a vodka soda. The only other thing that was bad. Is anyone who used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Woke everybody up because the toilet was super loud. And the lights for the bathroom were also the lights for the front half on the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting a family friend. The room was very clean. The ac was cranked but it was hot out so it felt good!
