Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bismarck Waterpark

The room smelled like mold, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was mold and mildew all over the bathroom, the headboard looked like it had water damage—which may be where the smell was coming from, there were no towels in the pool, the only towels they had for the room were tiny ones (presumably for the pool), the slide was digusting at the top (dirt and grime) . . . the whole property was gross. It has definitely gone downhill. Also, there was nothing on the website about not being able to have a party in the room and we were charged an extra $150!

The room was mostly clean. I did notice a (presumably blood) stain on the mattress cover under the sheet. The pool looked great although we didn't use it. The staff (other than the maintenance guy) seemed aloof and not particularly friendly. They charge $100 for "incidentals" that is supposed to be refunded upon checkout. The breakfast was pretty good and the room was big. Beds were comfortable.

I forgot to extend my stay, while I was out at work these people packed all my stuff and threw it in a storage room. Was going to book for another week. They treated me like a dog and threw me out. Gaslight me like every thing was my fault. I ended up unpacking all my stuff in the lobby. Lost 2 weeks worth of business receipts and my fire stick in the back of the TV. When I asked for it back they said they could not disturb the current guest in my room? Funny how they didn’t have any trouble flipping my life upside down. They packed my expense headphones at the bottom of my storage bin with heavy stuff on top. Typical Brampton culture. These people assured me when I check in my room my stuff would be ok specially after eversprings inn robbery. Then had to drive 2 hrs to a different city to get a room. And I still need to get my money back form yesterday cause hotels.com booked me for a week and went to check in and there are no rooms available. Like can some call me and explain this madness. I was dealing with a supervisory on chat and just left. Nobody wanna deal with me? Should I stop using this platform cause I’m having such bad luck.

Stay was good room was clean, room did not have enough towels for the family and when we asked the front desk for more all they had were pool towels so big miss there. The bath tub drain plug was broken so bath for the little ones not the end of the world, showers were fine. Overall would rate the stay a 7 out 10.Not anything major to ruin the overall stay just small things that start to add up during the stay.
