We have stayed at this property and like its location as well as the lounge that is on the property for our Adult get aways. The front desk staff was very friendly. We had a couple items in the room that weren't working properly, but it wasn't too big a deal, I let the front desk know upon check out and she made note to make sure it was taken care of.

Very clean, the property team stays on top of handling any pool and spa issues too. The lounge has a full bar and they are working on a drink menu! . We very much enjoyed our stay

Pool area was very nice with hot hot tub and warm pool. Would recommend! If sensitive to smoke I would try avoid all the workers as it seems like they all smoke.

Pool heater didn’t work but they were waiting on a part for it- spent swimming in the hot tub, water was warm but they could’ve had it warmer and it was VERY slippery in the pool area for adults and especially small children! Probably won’t stay here again.

Good: Good bed, decent hot breakfast. Bad: our room was not cleaned properly. The desk, night stands, and other surface tops in the room were dirty, sticky and had drinks or something else spilled on them that was not cleaned up. The bathroom floor was very dirty. I took a washcloth and wiped it and it was brown after one swipe across the floor. And, there was dried urine on the base of the toilet.

The room was not very clean. We found a dirty sock in our room and there was what looked like, toenail clippings on the carpet. The floors did not seem to be very clean. The air conditioner did not work and it was very warm in the room. We opened the window, but it was very loud, as we were facing a busy road.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general were poor. Carpets and walls were very yucky all around, bathroom was alright and sheets and towels were perfectly fine. Fridge was small and couldn’t turn down so our food froze. It’s close to interstate and restaurants. We had small kids so was hard having them stay on the bed as floor was so yucky. Pool was okay- working and warm.

The entire area was filthy with garbage littered everywhere. The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in a month. My toilet had “skid” marks from the prior customer. There was black, long hair on the bathroom floor. The carpet was coming up and was damp. I figured out that the toilet had likely overflowed as it did not flush well. Worst hotel stay ever. I rarely give a bad review, but there were some problems. The carpet was stained and there was a grape stem on the floor of our room. Outside the walls were chipped and there was garbage on the carpet in several places-still there by the time we checked out. The bed seemed clean, plumbing worked and it was quiet. Staff seemed nice.

I have stayed in the hotel previously, many years ago and it was in better condition and cleaner then. I was expecting it to be similar and was disappointed that it was in poor condition - air conditioning in the room worked, but wasn’t in the best shape. For the price I paid per night, I was expecting more. Stayed at another hotel a quarter mile away for about $50-60 less and it was night and day difference. Quality Inn needs to remodel and revamp this building asap, change rates, or something, because if I’m going to spend $215/night for a double queen (standard beds not queen) room, I expect better quality amenities. Overall, the room was clean and quiet. But the carpet was stained and seemed kind of sticky in places and the heat register could have been cleaner. And in the bathroom the wallpaper was peeling in places. And one lamp didn't work.

We found that the rooms facing the pool were very loud and ended up having to move to another room. There were small children screaming at the pool which was open until 11 pm on the weekend. When we asked staff to quiet them down they did nothing and we had to ask for a different room. The second room was quiet.

A wonderful person checked me in. She stayed after her shift because there quite a few people checking in at that time. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain the best place for me to park my car, since I was leaving it there for 5 days. Both hotel employees took care of answering and taking care of a wake up call and arranging transportation to the airport. An excellent breakfast. Looking forward to returning to the hotel again.

When I came in I got there early about half-hour room wasn’t ready so no problem came back about 30 minutes later 3:15 room still wasn’t ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for a check in that was suppose to be at 3 and it was now 3:45. And the room didn’t have a queen size bed, ac didn’t work, people were noisy and loud late into the night.

noisy outside the room all night and very early in the morning. the toilet handle was VERY loose and we had trouble flushing. the location is great for easy off and on the interstate. it is within walking distance of many restaurants and the mall. ok room for the price (only needed a bed for the night on our very long road trip)

Motels was clean and comfortable but had quirky locations for lights. The breakfast was the same every day. Scrambled eggs and sausage or waffles. To get light in the bathroom you had to turn on a light that also lite up the room which could wake up others who are sleeping.

Staff friendly, but room wasn't ready. The fridge froze my food and drinks, although I tried to turn it down. Same hot breakfast 3 mornings in a row, sausage and scrambled eggs. As each day went by, less bread/muffin choices. Servicing the room every 3 days so my room was never cleaned, asi stayed 3 nights. There was a very loud music party in the hot tub room and in the hot tub with lots of liquor one night .

Great staff! Great Room! Great Bed and sheets. You cannot ask for anything more out of a place. Then on top of that, they give you 2 free drink vouchers for the onsite bar. They had a great breakfast with waffle makers, eggs, sausage, cereal. Plenty of other extras. Great always ready coffee in the front lobby! Nice sized indoor pool! This place is top of the mark for a budget friendly price.

Nice room, but could not reach outlet near desk. Had to plug in computer in desk lamp across the room and set it on the chair. Inconvenient/ GREAT pool area, although water was a bit more chlorinated than I usually like. Go to the Chinese/American buffet place across the street. Excellent food at great price! Hotel's breakfast was good, too.
