Check-in was quick, friendly, and easy; everything was clean; pool area was great!

The first floor room had an extremely noisy ceiling. It creaked loudly anytime someone in the room above was walking across their floor. The staff allowed us to move into a different room on the third floor. Apparently, this is a problem on all lower floors— something went wrong with the original construction. If you stay here, stay on the upper floor, or you’ll suffer the noise. Annette, the hotel manager, is very professional, courteous and hepful to our situation.
