Near Dollywood • Spacious 3Bed 3Bath Condo • Golfview Resort

This is this first VRBO who had an accurate description of their unit. We were a group of 2 grandparents, 2 adults with 2 children under 10. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for us. The grandparents took the king bed with walk-in shower in the back for more quiet. The most important thing for me is how absolutely clean and well maintained it was. The location in Pigeon Forge was perfect. We spent most of our time there, only going to Gatlinburg one day. Our kids played golf one day while we took the grandkids to the indoor swimming pool. Elevator was a nice addition, along with the hotel size luggage cart for our stuff. I’m very picky, but cannot emphasize how wonderfully comfortable we all were in this nicely decorated unit. Don’t expect a golf course view, but I’ll take clean and comfortable over a view any time! The owners left plenty of supplies in the unit to get you started. We used the small washer/dryer to wash our pool towels and bathing suits (bring your own laundry detergent). ONLY suggestion is to add a small welcome rug or mat by front door. The gutters on the building spill over after a rain, and water pools by front door. Hard not to track in water and dirt from outside. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our annual family vacation and would return here every time when in the area. My compliments to your cleaning crew. We were so pleased with our accommodations for our recent family (Grandparents, parents & grandkids). Even coming from two different states, the kids/grandkids were able to check-in early and get the kinks out before we arrived, since we had to travel further. The pool was an excellent way to unwind after a day at Smokey Mountains, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Our hosts were extremely helpful and concerned for our having a great time, which we did.

Cannot say enough about how satisfied we were with our stay! From the location and cleanliness to the coziness and comfort (the sheets, I need to buy for home!!), our family is going to miss this condo. Everything was actually better than expected. We used the outdoor pool facilities and watched the Dollywood fireworks from our front patio area each night. Location is just minutes from the action of the main strip but allows you to take backroads to avoid traffic. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Ripken and could easily go back and forth in less than 5 minutes. If and when we hopefully return to the smoky mountain area, there is no other place we would consider staying. Thank you Jared & Molly!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Larger than expected with plenty of space for our family of six. The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials to get you started. Our only complaint was the kind bed mattress in first bedroom needed replaced. Otherwise the unit was exceptional! We did not utilize the pool and other resort amenities during our short stay. Convenient location to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer.

We just returned from a weeklong baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience. The condo would be perfect for any Pigeon Forge vacation but we were thrilled with how conveniently located it was to both the facilities used by The Ripken Experience. It was less than 3 miles from the main TRE complex and less than 5 miles from the other facility, Wear Farm Park. The condo was in great condition, with a nicely equipped kitchen that had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and even a slow cooker. The bathrooms had an abundance of towels and even small hotel sized toiletries. The hosts were very responsive; they reached out to us about an internet outage before we were even aware of it and were very helpful. Overall, we LOVED this complex. The walk from the condo to the pool was up and down a very steep hill but there was always parking available near the pool if you needed to drive. All parking in the complex is first come, first served but we never had a problem finding a spot underneath our building. Five different families from our team stated at this complex, spread out between condo buildings and cabins and I didn't hear a single complaint from any of them. We all had a blast; my husband and I are definitely keeping this place in mind if we ever have the time for a couples get-away.

We enjoyed our stay at Golf View! Everything was as described & pictured. Very cozy, cabin feel. Well appointed kitchen, a nice back private patio/green space, and a very quiet area. We were close to everything which was great! The outdoor pool was nice as well. The owners communicated early and then often throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clear they care about their guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Lights were blinking when turned on in hall and kitchen. Floors were dirty. After walking barefoot inside only, the bottoms of our feet were black. We killed a small scorpion and a centipede like worm in the living room.

Very nice condo. Was spotlessly clean Everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Very near Dollywood. Would recommend to family and friends.

Exactly as described. Very spacious property. Everything was provided as listed. Only had to purchase extra toilet paper and trash bags. Kitchen items were well stocked. Everything looked clean. Only complaint is if you went barefoot your feet got black. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular property and absolutely love it! Our condo felt more like a cabin because of the decor. It’s very quiet, and there is enough room for our entire family!

We had a great stay at Golf View. We have used this condo before and do plan on using it again. We love that it fits our family and has plenty of living and dining space. Everyone gets their own bathroom which is nice and its in a great location whether you are going to dollywood or the main strip you are right there in the middle of it.

Condo was exactly as pictures. Was very impressed with supplies owner furnished. Very well stocked. The only negative thing I can say, is mattress on full size bed needs replacing. Ladies on King size bed said those mattress was good.

From the moment we booked this condo I was excited to visit the area. Everything about this place looks amazing.The week before our stay I got all the info needed to check in. We arrived and it was even better than advertised. The entire condo was perfect! Enough beds for everyone! The bedrooms were so nice with a bathroom for each. The beds were so comfortable! I decor in all the rooms was very nice too! Even had dressers and closets that you can unpack all your clothes.The kitchen, table, and living room were all very cozy. We didn't cook anything but used the fridge and kitchen items. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes! The kitchen table ended up being a catch-all for all our souvenirs but it was very pretty and well made! The living room furniture was very comfy and the blankets and fireplace were nice for the chilly nights!It was also nice to be able to sit outside in the front of the condo or the back of the condo. The views were amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and also I hope to rent it again!The hosts were very nice and helped when the tv remote wouldn't work. They replied so fast! They were great!

Nice condo. Location is basically at the end of Pigeon Forge going towards Gatlinburg. Easy access to the main road.

Enjoyed our stay. Great property located near Dollywood. Liked not having to be on the Main Street in Pigeon Forge but still near civilization. I will be back!
