DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.....IT IS DISGUSTING & SKECHY......We prepaid for 2 nights....checked out immediately the next morning. Our room was gross, along with somebody smoking pot up the hallway. The overall of this property is run down. I seen that it looks like it is under renovation in some areas, but they should not be renting these rooms out until it is finished. Even the pool looks disgusting. I am not even fighting for a refund just because I do not want to have to deal with mess, and fighting about the yuck of the place.....BE DONE WITH IT.

Rooms needed updated beds were broken down to much trash on premises pool needed repair no ice for guest hard to get towels and wash cloths. Could've been taken care for the cleanliness no floors were swept hot tub wouldn't work (jets). Would be nice if they would clean. Remember you get what you pay for obviously.

They are doing modeling, but they should’ve told us that when we was booking the motel that was trash built up beside the trashcans outside of the doors to go to your car, but on the plus note, the staff was super nice. It is close to anything you wanted to do once they get the remodeling done, it should be amazing place to stay

Everything was dated, unclean and NOT what was pictured. I was very disappointed. Our sheets were dirty, there were dead bugs in the bathroom and screws were coming out of the walls. Just overall really nasty.

This is our go-to place in Pigeon Forge! The property is still under renovations, but we LOVED our room! My son loved the jacuzzi tub, and the lazy river was just what was needed after a long day outside. We’ll be back again for sure- it’s always comfortable, staff is great, and the location is perfect.
