This was an amazing hotel. Very clean and the staff was great. Walking distance of so many great restaurants. The pool is open 24 hours. Very family oriented. The bed are super comfortable.

This was an awful experience at the hotel. When we booked, the hotel didn't mention that there was a clogging dance competition being held that weekend at the hotel. Dance teams were practicing in the halls up until "quiet time" at 11 PM. We had this room booked for two nights and when we booked in on Friday, the assitant manager, Kenzy, said that we would be able to cancel the second night without any issues. We put it up with it the first night and checked out. On Monday, another manager declined the cancellation and charged for the second night after Kenzy said they would reimburse. Now, I understand they don't have dance competitions every weekend but that doesn't excuse the room being dirty. There was hair in the shower and the shower head leaked. There was a constant water drip that couldn't be ignored as it hit the tub all night and made sleep uncomfortable. Everything was dirty and there is no way I would recommend staying here when there are over 100 places to stay within a few miles at the same rate.
