Hot tub was nice and hot very relaxing. Our room was clean and comfy. Very spacious and quiet. The pool was ok although I do think it had a bit too much chlorine in the pool only because you could smell it very strongly and my son’s eyes were burning. Other than that everything was excellent. The breakfast was great as well.

Excellent place for the price, good location and walkable to many activities and shops. Good pool and hot tub area, layout of the property isn’t ideal but that wasn’t really a big deal, the river behind the parking lot was nice to go and enjoy being outdoors at. Would absolutely stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, hot and cold biscuits, gravy, etc.. The pool area inside was wonderful too. A great hot tub, and indoor pool with lots of room for the kids and adults. And to top this all off this place is on the pigeon River where you can go out and sit and watch the ducks and the geese and the burbling water. This place has it all.

All was really good except for pool area. The wall area needs railing in a couple areas to stop small and preteens from jumping off into 5' deep water. Small ones are influenced by bigger kids and the area needs to be blocked to avoid a serious accident that will happen. Many parents and grandparents at the pool yesterday were in total agreement. Small ones can get away for just a second and it's too late. Please address this

Parking is spacious.. room was clean. Anyone with smell sensitivity cannot swim in the indoor pool. The chlorine smell was sooo strong. Breakfast was okay.

My family and i stayed here for a week. Very nice hot breakfast, very clean dining area. Room was very spacious and clean. Pool options were great my daughter is 5 and just learning to swim and this hotel offered a toddler pool as well as the big pool and hot tub. The game room was great. Laundry room worked well washers and dryers are alittle old but they worked well. Customer service was excellent anytime we needed anything like towels or toilet tissue they were really quick with getting the items to us. Hotel was very quiet even when they was packed with people you never heard any noise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Honestly, was a good stay. Unfortunately the only reason we will not return is because the breakfast, while edible, was terrible. The eggs were liquid, dry biscuits, and no waffles (to me, an essential hotel breakfast). Quiet rooms, other than the occasional loud car. Our 3 and 1 year olds loved the kiddy pool! We noticed the carpet turned our feet black, and thankfully my husband said something to the front desk. They cleaned it once we left and didnt have a problem!

The room size was adequate for my wife and I, we stayed in a standard king room (217) above the pool area. With the pool open until 10 pm, the noise can carry up to room, so if you are an early riser this may not be the right area for you. Our stay included a continental breakfast which I would call typical for most hotels. By the last day we were there (4days) the breakfast seemed too routine as they had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, as well as yogurt, bread for toast and cereal every morning. Butler for a budget minded getaway for a couple, we made it work.

I liked the idea of later hours for swimming pool. The river walk area was relaxing, area to sit. Plenty of elevators to get you anywhere in hotel area. Room was clean. Pillows were small but firm. TV had a channel guide. Location of hotel easy to get to. Kerps you out of the huge lines in town. Learn all the back roads to get ahead of traffic. Walkable to nice restaurants and attractions. The lay out of hotel is a bit confusing. Internet didn't work well in my room.

The staff - amazing! Breakfast was good, and they were quick to accommodate an early check in. However, our room was MUSTY and that’s still an understatement. I suspect it was mold or mildew in the AC unit but it was headache inducing. Beds were clean and the room served its purpose.

A employee name Ron McCarter cussed my wife with bad word and Courtney the gm did nothing but write him u. And everything is on video in lobby. Yes hotel com knows everything. I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and never been treated this way. Ron McCarter got up in my face because my baby granddaughter put a little flag in the flower and Laura at the office said it was ok. Ron McCarter was giving my wife look that was not very nice so my wife said if u have something to say tell me or stop staring at u and that is when I called office and they said it was ok for little flag. And about 15 min later is when Ron McCarter told my wife she was a bad word and a liar video in office because he came to off after my wife said Ron she was a lier and put his finger in my face tell me that my wife was a lier and Courtney the GM and Laura seen everything. Courtney did nothing and Laura made him leave but he was going to come back in and Laura moved head for him to not come back in. There is one person that is awesome that works at this place and his name is Randy he is amazing. But he was not here when all of this happened. I think that Randy needs Courtney job because Ron got nothing basic but a pat on the back for cussing my wife and putting fingers in my face and getting up in my wife face and calling her a bad word had to stay because our room was non refundable so two days later Courtney got a little smart with wife about Ron McCarter still working there .

Good value for the price. Google was off on the address. Lots of traffic. If you miss the driveway, It's 20 minutes turning around and then turning around to get back. Decent rooms. Nice pool area. Decent breakfast. Needs a TV upgrade. Definitely would stay again.

Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge is our go to hotel when in the Pigeon Forge area. It's always clean. The beds are comfortable and it is one of the nicest hotels in the area for the cost. The indoor pool area is large and always clean. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a few short minutes away from The Island that so many love to visit. May want to bring your own pillow.

did not use the hot tub, did not like the fact the everyone parked in the handicap parking spots even though they had no handicap tag. persons with a tag had to park in the regular lot. had issues with the lock on our door had to have maintenance work on it several times. stayed 3 days and served same exact breakfast all 3 days link sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband and our young son. The hotel was clean, breakfast was hot and had a great variety, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! We stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area at least twice a year and have found a new favorite spot! We already booked another trip in June for us and the rest of our family at the Econo Lodge!

This is literally the cutest little place. We were only there for 3 nights and we had a pretty packed schedule so we did not get to use the hot tub or pool but both looked clean and safe. The room was clean and very comfy. It had everything that we needed. Didn't care for the breakfast but in a town with a million breakfast options, who cares. It wasn't bad, just not my taste in food. It would have been nice to have bagels or muffins and more fruit possibly. It was pretty much sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits, toast, or fruit cup, but I didn't expect a 5 star meal for the price. I would definitely stay again. Very convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

hotel was ok. Not really anything special about it, the room was decent and a bit out dated. The bathroom was small and sink and mirror were separate from the shower and toilet so it wasnt one big bathroom. Towels and trash were taken out each day but they didn’t make the beds or place new sheets. The pool area is decent. The breakfast was horrible. Absolutely the worst part of the hotel.
