The staff was pretty friendly. The breakfast was lacking protein. There was maintenance to be done, the elevator didn’t work, but it was explained under new ownership and they would be working on those things.

The parking lot was not very well lit. The shower/tub were grimy and dirty, so I didn’t want to even take a shower. For the breakfast, it says you can’t even take it back to your room and you have to eat in the lobby! Also, the elevator was out of service. But, the hotel itself didn’t smell like some do. The bed was very firm and the door had double locks. If you’re just staying one night, not a bad price.

The hotel had a case of bed bugs in multiple rooms, the sheets felt dirty. the carpet is so dirty it makes your feet/socks look like you were outside, the bathroom tile is dirty, the bathroom light fixture was missing, and the shower had hair all over it like it had not been cleaned. The elevator is also out of service. Plus the staff is in denial of all the issues

Heat was on 74* when we opened the door, so we had to run the AC to cool it down enough to be somewhat comfortable to sleep in that hotbox! The bisquits and gravy was luke warm at best and cold by the time you got it to a table. We found 3 electrical staples on the carpet that would have been great to step on in the middle of the night! Poor housekeeping and vacuuming. The bed was comfy however.

The hotel is clean but needs some updating. The plumbing sings, I tried to adjust the toilet but other rooms were singing as well so it was of little use. The lamp shades look like they were fished out of a dumpster, (I wish I'd taken a picture) the computer chair was worn and uncomfortable, but it worked. There was a hole in the window screen so when I opened the window for some fresh air we got a lot of flies in the room. It's an OK place to stay but they really need to do some maintenance and upgrades.

We stayed in the 3 bed queen. It was very spacious and clean. The cleaning staff put nice little touches in the room to make it nicer. You can tell they take pride in their work. The breakfast is underwhelming but the breakfast area was clean and we found the diner next door to be delicious and affordable. Great price, clean and a good location for nearby activities. We would stay again.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Waited 30 mins for the receptionist to show up (she said she was fixing a TV for a customer). I’m not sure why she wouldn’t take the phone with to fix a TV. Rooms are old and in need of an update. You would get the same quality at motel 6.

When we arrived, we weren't greeted despite there being no one in front of us. I had to approach the lady at the desk to check us in after standing in front of them for about 15 minutes. Breakfast here is a joke. Supposed to start at 6:00 am and there was no one there until much later. Meanwhile the house keepers were knocking loudly on doors to clean out peoples rooms at 6:00 am. The lamp shapes were broken and disgusting. Hardly any outlets to plug in chargers. I would not stay here again.

While the room service for the first night was absolutely AMAZING, the clerk who checked us in was incredibly rude- wanting to card my minor children (because there were more than 3 of them). Took over 30 minutes to get the room key. Ended up buying my own towels and toilet paper so he couldn't complain about my kids. Totally ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only there for sleeping and showers- bought our own breakfast elsewhere on the way out each morning. A friend was also treated very nastily by the same clerk on check in and check out.

We checked in very late as we were traveling across the country. The woman at the desk not only was very helpful but she was so pleasant. If I lived closer, I'd stay there again, just because of her. Usually staff that late at night are rude or make you feel you are interrupting their evening. Not this lady. She was great! Tell her thank you give her a raise!

I loved the convenient location and friendliness of the staff. I made a comment to the front desk and she contacted the owner and a solution was immediate! We will always recommend this Travelodge for your stay in Grand Island. And it was right next door to a wonderful diner-style restaurant. Enjoyed our visit!

Sketchy area, nice enough room but very unattractive parking area, entry and lobby. Not as clean as I like. The breakfast was bare minimum in a very small crowded area. Noisy at times with people in the hallway.

It is nice having the Motel near Fonner Park. There is a wonderful little restaurant next to it called Tommy’s that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has good food at a great price.

This place is a dump. Very old and in a terrible neighborhood. Our room faced a busy city street with street racers blasting by until midnight. If hadn’t missed our time to cancel I would have. Remove this property asap.

So the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and plenty of seating with a pull out couch and desk. The breakfast not so great. They do not keep filling breakfast stuff so if you aren't among the 1st you are out of luck. Also dont ask questions at the front desk because they just stair in confusion. However, i would absolutely stay here again. It was clean, easy to find and comfortable.

The breakfast was a joke. The staff seemed very disconnected like they didnt care if you were there. Dumpsters next door were emptied very early and very noisy. Probably wont come back
