Boardwalk Hall is very walkable from the hotel and I felt safe enough to walk at 11pm. The room is good, comfortable bed. There doesn't seem to be enough parking for the hotel, so get there early to secure a spot. Breakfast was decent and pretty tasty.

I would not recommend this hotel. The place needs to be cleaned up. The pool was green and full of trash. The rooms were okay, but the lamps were broken, the bathroom light looks like it could fall down, there is mold in the bathroom. The chair has stains on it. The telephone doesn’t work. The exterior is horrible, needs painting, rusted. The picture on the Expedia is nothing like what it looks like.

WALKWAY ON UPPER LEVEL LOOKS LIKE ITS READY TO FALL. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR AND WE HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND THE HOTEL TO GET TO OUR ROOM. I HAD TO PARK IN A BACK STREET THAT DIDNT FEEL SAFE.

This was the perfect spot next to the Tropicana. It was close to the AC attractions. I had no need to use my car. Close to the quiet side of AC which I liked. Clean and safe with direct access to the beach. The pool was a Bouns. This was the reason I chose this place because of casino's charging guest to use the pool. This place was nice and so was the staff. Perfect spot

Hotel was in a convenient location, only 8 min walk to Boardwalk Hall, right next to Tropicana Casino. The parking was very limited and only $10 compared to $25 at other hotels I saw. Breakfast was okay just limited menu. Waffles were good. Only bad thing was the first room 311 smelled really bad of mildew, they were nice about moving the room, the next room wasn’t a mildew smell but had a little smell to it. Otherwise the rooms was pretty clean. It was good for one night.

This was an affordable price hotel for one night. Would I stay here again probably not. The pool was very cloudy so we didnt feel safe enough to use it. Breakfast was okay the make your own waffles was all that was left so thats what we did.

It is a very nice Inn. Breakfast was good and staff was very courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and welcome. Beds were comfortable. Nice spot near the beach.

When I got into my room the first thing I saw was a dead bug on the couch, which Google Lens identified as an oriental cockroach. I spent the next hour searching every inch of the room for more bugs, luckily didn't find any. While the bed and bathroom were clean, the couch and chair were stained and gross, I kept all my stuff on the table and in the closet. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. The furniture in the dining room was all old and stained too. People were screaming in the streets during the night and the area didn't feel very staff. Staff was friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Clarion Inn Atlantic City. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to extremely poor room conditions and lack of proper maintenance. During my stay, I encountered multiple roaches in my room — I personally killed five of them and brought them to the front desk to show your representative Dave this was both unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel stay. The situation made me very uncomfortable; I didn’t feel safe showering, eating, or even opening my luggage in the room due to the infestation.

We tried 3 different rooms. All 3 were dirty, the walls, carpet and furniture were nasty. They attempted to paint over holes and wear and tear but it made it worse. Rust and stains were present throughout the rooms, carpet was torn.

Charge 10.00 a night for parking, site says parking included does not mention fee. Window curtains in room close with big space in between, only see through curtain closes all way-why?!!! Doors slam and it sounds in room. Ambulances, super charged engines, screaming. You can hear all inside room, no sound proof! Blanket/ matress cover old and uncomfortable on skin. Bars of soap good for one wash. Remote control goes from non HD to regular HD takes forever to chang channels. Refrigerator and freezer doesn’t have separation so food and drinks turn to ice.

It's a motel and it's just ok. No microwave. I was with my family so I would of preferred a nicer place. Dont get me wrong, it was clean, but not the most comfortable room. Probably wouldn't stay there again. For younger folks, I'm sure its all they need. It is only a a block from the boardwalk.

Got exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Atlantic City. Property is a short walk from everything, boardwalk, beach, and Tropicana is right next door. About a 20 min walk from the bus station. Staff was very accommodating and nice, everyone is always working. Free breakfast was consistent and convenient, good options. Other guests were fine as well. Room was clean and TV worked. We got a smoking room, exactly what we wanted. If you book within enough time before your trip this is an extremely budget friendly

For the price and choosing the smoking room just one night I guess it did the job. The room was pretty clean along with the bathroom as well. Some things I didn’t like was the bed was uncomfortable and flat. Couch had oil stains did not want to sit on them. And very noisy, could hear the buses and trucks even with AC on all night and early morning.

Pay the extra $50 and stay in Tropicana. The bed is old and either too hard to has a dent. The room stank of smoke and adjoining rooms are playing music until after midnight. Plug outlets are broken and a hazard.

Sheryl was excellent greeting customers on Friday and.Saturday and making sure there was comfort in your stay. I cannot say same for young man on Sunday during the day. He was more interested in talking on his phone and looking down when he was speaking to you and you could not tell if he was speaking to the person on the phone or the person next to me. He also started helping someone else when my business was not completed. He had no customer service at all and will hurt the business! Thank you to Sheryl who is awesome!!

Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasant; however the room was too small, there was a lot of drug addicts around, parking was not convenient, no microwave in the room. Elevator was very small and the floor leading from it was not decent looking. Breakfast was decent, but the dining area was too small. I did not like the area at all. I felt unsafe. It’s not the worse I’ve seen, but a little upgrading would do even better for business. Housekeeping was done daily which I loved. I’m sorry but I have to be honest.

I like that it convenient to the Boardwalk and the casinos. Breakfast is ok. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly . Check in was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay for a great price during July 4th. Breakfast available but get early bc it’s gets crowded. Staff very helpful and pool is family friendly, our kids liked it! Really close to the boardwalk with lots to do. We paid $20 for parking for 3 night stay but was deff worth it!

The room was clean, and the bedding and towels were pristine. The shampoo/conditioner and hand soap were pretty good. The fridge was clean. The air conditioning did the job, and was pretty quiet. There is a safe in the closet, and the closet had enough room for my bag. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was okay. Egg patties, sausage patties, bread for toasting, cereal, juice and coffee, and a make-your-own waffle maker. The dining area was clean, tidy, and large enough that i could take my time eating. I would stay again.
