Twice I received emails saying my room was ready and when I went to the desk there was no room. I had originally paid for early check in but did not actually get a room until 4:30. Then we get to the room and the window was wide open letting in exhaust from the nearby restaurants so our room smells liked burn food and cigarette smoke. There were 3 dirty towels still in the bathroom and the carpet was still sandy. It was evident that the staff had been taking a smoke break in the room and didn’t remember to finish cleaning or close the window before “finishing” the room.Even though we were told we wouldn’t be charged for early check in, because no room was made available until 4:30, we did have the charge on the bill. I will say that the room was large , beds were very comfortable, and the location was great for our needs. I didn’t love that there was no option to go to the pool unless you paid for a reservation/seat (yes you have to pay to even have a barstool) but nice that is 21+. A lot of time was wasted trying to get into a clean room that was almost $700 a night.

Our stay at Ceasars forum tower 6th floor was okay however they only changed the towels once in 3 nights. The ice machine on our floor was broken. It was a pricy room for what we got.

Room was lovely albeit paid for ocean view and whilst could see ocean also was mainly seeing side of building and roof of building. Don’t book this hotel if you want to use pool as they charge extortionate fees!!! Never been to an hotel that has a pool and guests can only use if pay a fee!! Also went here for our 17th wedding anniversary and asked for a room high up and in a good location and never got any acknowledgement for our wedding anniversary or a room in a good location!!

We got the room at 2pm, but the staff didn’t tell me I had to pay $30 as early checkin. Besides, the room only had internal windows. I wouldn’t want it if I was informed during checkin.
