Make sure your room is away from the ice machine other than that great hotel

Clea nice room 39th floor. Ocean view loved it

When we walked into the hotel, we noticed a heavy fragrance. Now, i understand keeping your place smelling good but the airfreshner was set on high and was a bit much! The carpet was dingy and taped down in certain areas. The room and hallways are outdated. Luckily we stayed only one night! It was within walking distance of the venue we attended. The only feature i did like here was the rotating bar located in the lobby. This hotel is definitely for the people who are just looking for a bed.

My two day stay was peaceful and quiet. The linen and towels were clean but the room was dusty plus the hair dryer wasn’t working

Asked if i could PLEASE have a room close to elevator as I have difficulty walking far.I have only to assume the desk person ignored my request as when i got off elevator i had to travel down 2 hallways to my room.! I would have accepted. " no i am sorry we can not honor your request at this time" and then made arrangements to rent a motor chair.! And somehow " city view means view of roof even on the 23rd floor!
