We had a wonderful one-night stay; this hotel is clean and accommodating with the added bonus of being extremely convenient for the Saturday night Keith Urban concert (outstanding!! 🎶) we were seeing at the Hard Rock venue during our stay. Parking is pricey at $30 per night but very convenient as well. Also very convenient to the boardwalk and the amusements there. We would stay again!

Stayed 2 nights

overall is was a great experience, i'm from nj and used to oceans, i stayed at the north tower and was even upgraded to a celebrity suite which was amazing after i had to complain about how junky and nasty the two queen bed room was. it was a smoking floor which i requested but after this 50 million reno on the north tower i mean i paid $550 for two night. idc about this review because you have to experience it yourself. this is a situation that was caused by many little things adding up to become one big problem which led me to complain in a nice non boomer way. the biggest problem was just trying to find water. no water fountains which i was told by staff they do not have which i believe is illegal. i don't drink alcohol anymore so just getting some water whatever. don't get me started on the elevator levels from the garage to the casino to the north tower to the south and where you have to start to finish. it's like a 70s bi-level house maze game. the staff was very nice and accommodating. the signage!!! why must we make it impossible to find the smoking vs no smoking and where the atm is or the signs that have arrows that are half circles but i can only walk straight, i mean give me a digital map on my phone for phuksake target has it. just wasted time trying to find everything and it's not a normal hard rock cafe like their others. it's the little quirky things that annoyed us like the soaps being empty and loud toilets that run.

Check in was long but the employee was helpful. The room wasn’t as nice as I would’ve expected based on the price. There were a few minor things that weren’t working in our room. I wouldn’t stay there again with the other options in the area.
