BEWARE if staying on a Saturday night! We were woken up at 9AM by a full band & church service in a conference room on the first floor. Absolutely ridiculous. Desk was rude and uninviting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Side and rear entry was difficult/not available. There were no exterior door handles on side doors. Made entry and exit hard for parking in rear. Otherwise a great experience.

My room was dirty and toilet seat loose and fell off as I tried to open the lid. Stain on walls and head rest. Front receptionist was the only reason I stayed in this hotel as she quickly changed me to another room and made sure everything was ok. I was on work training which took all day and I wanted to get a work out in gym and most of the equipment is old or didnt work because it was broken. You can tell room has not been updated in a while. Just not a good place over all for the price.

Run down and everything is broken. Hair dryer, gym equipment, ice machine, in-room safe, vending machine all broken. They took our towels and did not replace them until after they got washed and dried. Breakfast was very minimal —mostly Dunkin’ Donuts, and toast, OJ was watered down. After hours had no on-sight maintenance or housekeeping.

The site was average. Cleaning was poor, no attention to details. Found a rotten french fry quite visible by the fridge and got someones fake eyelash stuck to my purse strap... eewewe. They weren't suppose to be in the room based on the notification on bathroom mirror, but someone came and made the bed. They took the used towels and rug in bathroom but didn't replace them. We made due with what was left. It was fine for the short time we stayed. Continental breakfast was nice. Parking was heavy and we had to park on the back side and walk all the way around to get inside. No other entrance door. That was inconvenient. I also observed a couple pull into the hotel, go inside, eat free breakfast and then leave. IDK if they were actually staying there or just getting a free meal. There is no check of any kind when you go down to breakfast.

It appeared to be under construction. The lobby was full of construction materials and was torn up. The whole floor we were on had construction materials everywhere, and the the room numbers were on a piece of paper taped to the doors. Inside the rooms were clean and fine. Outside there was garbage all over the grass around the parking lot. Overall I would say this place was a dump.

There is currently construction going on at the building. Was not a major problem. Barely noticed but there was nothing actually happening on Easter Sunday. Staff was amazing- quick check in and very personable. Room was comfortable. The toilet seat needed replacing and the toilet paper holder was held together by electrical tape. Great for an overnight stay.

Seems to be newly renovated and looks beautiful! Very clean establishment, friendly staff. Check-In was quick and easy. We reserved a room with a jetted tub and it was perfect. The room needed more towels, we requested, they delivered. No complaints and we will definitely be back!!

We have stayed here very often in the past few years and have had our share of problems. This is not a new hotel but they have been trying to upgrade the facility and have done what I thing is a great job! The staff for the most part is great, very helpful and courteous. In the 7 days we stayed here this trip our room was never cleaned, 2 of those days we were in the room and 1 day they came in left 1 set of towels threw out the garbage and that was it. Nothing for the rest of the time. We addressed this with the front desk, they told us that we would be contacted by someone, that didn't happen. Room cleaning services have been an ongoing problem here for the many times (6 or 7) that we have stayed here. I like the staff here but that's it for my wife, she now refuses to stay here again. With the issues we've dealt with here I have never asked for a refund or rate reduction. We just require that our room which we are paying a lot of money for be in a clean and orderly fashion like we keep our own home.

Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. Didnt even spend the night. We left 3 hours after arriving and drove the 2 hours back home. The room across the hall had "do not ENTER" signs all over the door. The heat/ac didnt work.. the unit had NO knobs. The mirror was broken in half, with a piece of blue tape hardly covering the exposed glass. There were black handprints all over the walls. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. No toiletries. There was GUM stuck on the headboard of the bed. There was also a spiderweb on that same bed. and on the way out, there was a man passed out in the chair across from the elevator. He looked almost gray, so lord only knows if he was even alive. Then, the next day, they denied the refund reqeust because I didnt bring the issues to them - are you kidding??? I shouldn\'t have to tell you that this room is disgusting. We were also 2 girls traveling alone. I was not comfortable complaining and then sleeping at this place with exclusively male employees.

The beds were clean and overall comfortable. The first room wasn't safe,broken mirror in bifold door that couldn't be closed, the bathroom door wouldn't latch,the ironing board wouldn't close and was left upside down onthe table..The second room we recieved had alot of broken tiles on bathroom floor, the toilet seat was broken and there were blood droplets on the bedskirts..Overall I would say that management doesn't care about repairs!!!!!

I love the fact I was able to celebrate my birthday on November 21-November 24, I am beyond grateful. However, when I got there online said the fee is $75 and I went in person the person behind the counter stated that its $100 fee wasn’t aware it. Secondly, my room door was not opening at all and I had to turn the nob up. I started cleaning the hotel room to find hair in the tub and some brown stains on the toilet. I thank goodness I came prepared to cleaned the bathroom. The first guy behind the counter was very unprofessional he was assisting me and speaking to someone else on his phone. The room didn’t have any WiFi at all I was told they were coming to change the box of WiFi in the room I stayed in but they wanted me to move to another room. I wish the bathroom was a little upgraded at least…

I’m a Hilton Diamond member but decided to take a chance with Comfort Inn. The room was excellent value for the money. Don’t believe the other reviews about cleanliness, my room was just as clean as any Hilton. Room was very spacious with fridge and microwave. While they don’t have room service there is a delivery menu in the room with options such as American, Italian Chinese etc. There is also a 24 hour WAWA right across the street. The free breakfast was very good for a value priced hotel, had waffle maker , eggs sausage even fresh Dunkin Donuts.

The property itself was fair, older and unkempt but served its purpose. Unfortunately after check-out the front desk associate contacted me via text and initially I responded thinking I may have left something or broke something, etc. Turns out he just wanted to flirt with me and when I stopped responding he tried calling me. So unprofessional, scary and creepy. I am a single woman traveling alone often and the fact that this guy has ALL my identification such as number, address, etc. makes me feel uneasy. I told him to stop contacitng me which he agreed to but it still warrants a complaint. I called the hotel company and they were little to no help. TOld me to contact the actual location which I wont because that creep is there. DO NOT GO!!!!

When we checked in, we were given a key to a room but the room had not yet been serviced. We were reassigned to a second room with insufficient towels and no shampoo. We requested towels 3 times in a 9 hour period and did not receive them. We had to request them AGAIN!

I liked my room. Quiet and clean. Next to shopping center and great restaurants. What I didn't like was the front desk person was not around to check in Then we he showed up. He check in the person who cake after me. Then as for a 100 security deposit on my credit card. Eve though i paid through expedia. I was there was once before last year and lasy in the front desk was great. This time the front desk person was awful honestly.

Poorly managed and rundown. Torn towels, broken light switches and no towel hooks in bathroom. Broken closet door that doesn’t close. They did not clean our room the first day. Asked for bedding for sofa bed and were rudely told it was in the room when it was not. No one manning the front desk most of the time. Boxes, tables and chairs just piled up in dining room and around property. Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

We booked this just to be close to a viral online restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this hotel was. Friendly and professional staff, easy parking, good air conditioning. The location isn’t great at all. Very sketchy, no easy walking paths, lots of trash nearby but not at the actual hotel.

We needed a hotel for a 3 night stay. The hotel is under a renovation, it was a huge mess. Breakfast included was a carry and go bag. Includes a juice box, a small mini muffin, & a cereal bar. Best to have something delivered. Our room was to be 2 queen size beds. There was 2 full size beds. The room was not in the best condition. First the room included coffee and tea bags, but no coffee maker. We found a dirty sock under a table. Made us wonder just how well they clean these rooms. Next we found stains on the comforter on one of the beds. I brought it down to the desk and the woman that was working there was not really interested in me showing her the stains. She offered me another comforter, I said no. When they did a daily room clean, garbage cans were not emptied, the tub area did not look clean, the rugs did not look vacuumed as we found crumbs on the carpet. The screen on the window was so old that they were torn. Looked like there was mold on the bathroom wall and tube area. The rooms smelled like smoke & the hallways smelled like marijuana. The hallways had beer bottles on the 3rd floor heating unit. The exit signs were covered. The glass closet door had a huge crack in the bottom right corner. I suggest going to another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

This Comfort Suites is undergoing renovations. The work is not complete, but the progress looks great. Parking is free and hotel is quiet and safe. Free Breakfast is available and consists of eggs, waffles, sausage, breads, donuts, and cereal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a value hotel with free breakfast.
