Staff were beyond helpful. The main lobby is under renovation so it is dusty

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. Came back and they are currently undergoing renovations. Room was great still but you will have to parden their mess and construction. Pool currently closed due to that.

There was no warning at all during the hotel-seeking or reservation process that there was significant construction going on at this property. The lack of transparency definitely put me off. In addition, there was no information shared when we checked in - no explanation or apology or anything. It was very noisy so I asked when was quitting time for the construction crew. The clerk didn’t really know much. He shrugged and said ‘around 6:00’. The crew was still going at 8:30pm. Breakfast was pretty limited and all the empty tables were filthy. Not my best experience with Holiday Inn.

The hotel is renovating the rooms, and the new rooms are beautiful. Fresh looking, immaculately clean and every amenty you would expect. We did not stay for breakfast, but based on everything else we experienced, I can say with confidence that I'm certain the breakfast was fresh and well presented.

The room was mostly clean but there was stains on the door and table. Finger prints on the door.
