One elevator was broken and the A/C of the room was not functioning correctly.

Breakfast and dinner only on the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson in Freehold, NJ. The property is very clean and safe probably because this is the overall presence of the neighborhood itself. The staff is super friendly and professional. Parking was ample even during teh July 4th holiday The rooms were very clean and everthing worked well. I do think that the toilets could flush better. The outdoor pool was a nice touch and clean.

service was great as were the staff. restaurant was ok for what i ate. fresh coffe in the mornings. the gym was sparse but i knew that from pics good value for the price

I choose this hotel for the bar and restaurant since I was going to be there 9 days. When I got to the hotel they said bar is closed except for Fridays and Saturdays. Same with the restaurant. They said that management made the decision to only open on those two days due to not making any money. Well I won’t be back. I’ll find a hotel that has the amenities that they advertise. Pool was closed and no where to sit to enjoy the beautiful 85 degree weather.

Rooms need to be exterminated and website need to indicate if pool is not open. The pool was closed and awaiting inspection. I did not like that no customer courtesy was given being that I my stay was 2 weeks at hotel. I spoke to Manager on site and he just said he will let his manager know.

There is a restaurant at the hotel but it is only open 2/3 days a week. For breakfast, they needed to have something open everyday since they're not offering free breakfast.

No service elevator and and one working elevator for clients

Not great for business travel. My king suite did not have a desk and did not have plugs on night stands. Sofa/bed was very uncomfortable for evening relaxation and there were no other seating areas - no arm chair - for TV watching. The shower had no hand rail. Bed was comfortable enough. Advertised a restaurant, but it was closed during the week.

The hotel was in need of some updating. It had an awesome lounge in it but it was only open on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast was only Friday and Saturday and didn’t start before 7. Complimentary coffee was terrible.

We booked a suite for one night after a family wedding at the hotel. The lobby was clean, inviting, and modern, and check-in was smooth with only a short wait. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Our suite was much nicer than expected. It looked updated and spotless, with a soft modern color scheme and a very comfortable king bed. There was even a heart made out of towels placed on the bed when we arrived, which was a thoughtful touch. The room had a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and plenty of storage. I especially appreciated the full-length mirror with an outlet next to it so I could dry my hair while my husband was using the bathroom to shower and get ready. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a walk-in shower, a well-sized vanity, and plenty of towels, which I always notice. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel bar stayed open late after the wedding reception, which allowed guests to relax and socialize longer. The bartender was very friendly and professional, which made the evening even nicer. The next morning there was coffee in the lobby and check-out took less than a minute. For just over $180 with fees, this was an excellent value. The service, cleanliness, and comfort all exceeded expectations. The location is convenient and easy to find. I would absolutely recommend the Radisson Hotel Freehold to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept hotel with great service and value.

Love it here! My second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Friendly, clean and just a great stay! I really hope they never lower their standards especially when it comes to housekeeping. The cleanliness is my favorite part!!!

Not a good experience at all..was here for a business trip. We arrived at 7:30 the night of check in our first room had a strong chemical smell (something like a rodent killer smell) and then the second room we received we noticed the next afternoon that it had an extreme amount of mold against the window and the walls when we opened the windows that afternoon. I had a manager come up to see.. she offered 10% off our stay and after speaking to her higher up she offered 20% (at no time was there ever a offer to clean it up or anything) because we used a 3rd party (hotels.com) that's all they could do I was told. Definitely had an excuse about every situation we encountered. Not a happy stay!

Room was in very poor condition. Clean but rundown. Mattress was ancient and felt like a rock. Walls are paper thin, as are the ceilings and floors. Could hear every conversation around us and every time someone walked in the hallway above our room. Whole hotel felt and smelled damp.

The hotel room was comfortable. However, the area around the lobby and outside had several transients hanging around and there was open liquor bottles and trash as you walked in the front entranqe. This is not a good look. It made us feel for our security.

Exceeded expectations. Very detailed cleaned. Spacious double room. Staff was accommodating. Close to shopping & food.

Check in was fine. Once in the room I had no tv that worked. Still waiting on someone. Thank God for computers. It was freezing in the room. I turned off the air made hot water to drink and it tasted like throw up. The coffee maker needs to be cleaned! Had a hair in the paper cup. Toilet ran all night. Not a fan but Im tired and made the best of it.

Beautiful well kept. Bed was comfortable house keeper clean every day.

The door to the bathroom did not close. One of the lights did not work. Two of the hand towels had stains. The shower had a pane of glass that only covered half of the opening, so when I showered, water sprayed all over the floor and on the wall, with no way to prevent that - terrible design. I called ahead to ask if there was a freezer in the room and the person I spoke to said there was, but when I got there, there was only a regular fridge without a freezer compartment. I also checked out 1.5 days early and was unable to get a refund for the full day that I did not use. Hotel otherwise was fine, plenty of parking, good location, very quiet.

Terrible WIFI AWFUL communications If I needed my laptop for business, research or school, forget it!

The rooms are outdated. Needs renovation

We had room 402 and the air conditioning did not work very well. It was 15° cooler in the hallway than the room. We repeatedly asked for someone to look at it and if they did, they didn’t fix it. It made for a very uncomfortable weekend. There was gum under the lip of the nightstand too. We stayed here last summer and had 3 rooms, 1 also had AC issues but not this bad. We will look for a different hotel next time.

Room was clean and quiet. The Wifi worked the first night. It was out in the morning and did not come back up during our two other days. Reported it. Never resolved.

Old style TV channels. No Internet connectivity to watch Prime or Netflix.

The hotel wasn’t horrible, just mediocre. My room was right next to a wedding party, so it was pretty loud until 1am. I would suggest keeping people outside of the wedding on a different floor or at least on the other side of the building.

Very nice hotel. Room was big and nice but AC did not work properly. It was either freezing or hot.

Staff was very courteous. Hotel itself needs to be updated. Rooms are spacious but walls are very thin and you can hear everything from hallway activity to the adjacent rooms. Could not get hot water in shower.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel is extremely unreliable. Many rooms have no signal at all, and others only have a very weak connection. The only rooms with a somewhat decent signal are those near the elevator, yet the hotel advertises Wi-Fi throughout the rooms. Staff blamed the issue on a recent storm, but I experienced the exact same problem months earlier. When I checked in and discovered that my room had almost no signal, I asked to switch so I could work the next day. The room I was moved to ended up having no signal whatsoever. When I requested another switch to a room closer to the elevator, the front desk agent, Maranda, refused—saying guests are only allowed one switch—even though I could see empty rooms in that area. I even asked to switch back to my original room, but she refused that as well. She also offered no alternatives, such as allowing me to work from a conference room or another part of the hotel with a stronger signal. She basically ignored me, and continued scrolling on her phone while I explained that I needed Wi-Fi for a full day of work meetings. I left a message for the manager but never received any response or compensation for the false advertising and the inconvenience. Ultimately, I checked out early the next morning and moved to another hotel for the duration of my trip that actually provided working Wi-Fi and had great service. I go to the area regularly for work but will never be staying there again.

He gave me a quiet room without question. It was a little concerning that police were in the lobby investigating something. It was a quiet and calm law enforcement presence, but you had to wonder. Given that the next day was a wedding, I couldn’t sleep in, so I lost a night sleep. The next night, some selfish young people were blasting their radio and dancing in their pick up truck bed, just making a ruckus at about 12 midnight. Went to the front desk and the front desk was aware of it and acted readily by sending security. The problem was fixed before even got back to my room. But again, I had to get up early to check out, go to a post wedding brunch, and then drive out of state home. There was no sleeping in, so I drove home, tired, and short of sleep. Otherwise, the staff was excellent, courteous, and helpfu. The rooms were very nice, clean and very comfortable. The hallways were clean and quiet. It’s helpful to have that little coffee pot for that morning coffee before you have to start anything. Like the fridge that was there. And the in room safe is helpful. Except for putting a person knowingly next to noisy elevator & noisy clients

The staff were friendly & the facility was so clean and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and return if I am in the area

The check-in process was amazing. Tatum was so sweet and welcoming! The overnight front desk agent, Maranda, was absolutely incredible: so sweet and full of energy all the time. I asked for extra towels and a toothbrush, and she personally brought them up so I wouldn’t have to come down. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel completely cared for during my stay. 10/10

Front of the house staff should be more attentive/ responsive and alert to their surroundings. Coffee in the lobby was out or cold every morning. Front desk staff just sitting there doing nothing. Bar and bartender was horrible. The bar itself is in a terrible location. The bartender was personally made aware of a big party coming in the next day the before and when everyone arrived she was working alone and had the lights off. She was Not friendly or prepared. We had guests traveling from afar who wanted to enjoy the bar area for a couple of drinks but instead the bartender acted like we were an inconvenience! The hotel lost a lot of money that night.

The Radison Freehold staff took the time to call us before we arrived to let us know that the hot water and wifi were not working. They moved our reservation to a different nearby hotel and everything was seamless. Many thanks to them for being proactive and so helpful, saving us time at check in and making our trip a smooth one!

Long wait for check in. Children using the hallways as a playground running yelling at 9:00pm. Constant problem with house phone. Front desk never answered.

This was our third stay here. As always everyone is nice and helpful. The day after we left I had realized I forgot a piece of jewelry in the bathroom. This ring had some value. I never thought I would see it again. I called and they had it! Thank you to the honest staff at this comfy hotel. When in Freehold I won’t even consider another hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, at 1:15 a.m I heard people downstairs, outside my window, yelling and and being loud so I called the front desk and asked them to have them quiet down. This was the first noise complaint I had to make for that day. At 3 a.m the people in the room next to me were being loud screaming arguing and playing loud music. I called down to the front desk and asked them to come up and speak with them about keeping the noise down. Shortly after that the noise continued so I got up and went next door to ask them myself to keep the noise down not only were the guests in the room rude, they started yelling at me, closed the door in my face and kept being loud. After that I went down to the front desk and spoke to Rob who was working that shift and asked him what else could be done about the noise, Rob informed me that he had already spoken with the room and other guests in the hotel about the noise but there was nothing he could do because there was no security on-site. I asked him if he could call the police and he said he didn't want to so I ended up calling them myself. The police showed up but shortly after they left the noise continued on until 5 something in the morning. When I went down to check out the next morning, Nelson was working the front desk and I asked him if I could receive compensation or speak with someone about what had occurred and I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that there wasn't even a report on file.

Lived in the area for over 20 years, but recently relocated. Loved being back in NJ and the Radisson was conveniently located. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable and in close proximity to where we needed to be. Good service and clean hotel. Tons of stores and restaurants around to accomodate your needs.

Our 2nd visit to this property. Quiet & convenient to roadways, shopping & dining in the area. WalMart across the street!

One Mile from the the Centra State Medical Center/hospital, it was perfect for staying the night before surgery. Sam's, Rooks Coffee, restaraunts galore; it was perfect for eating before fasting after midnight too! And after my family member checked in for their surgery; I was able to spend a few hours in comfortable peace at thr hotel before having to check out. It couldn't be more stress-free.

Great location!!!

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there is no breakfast available on weekdays and it is not walkable as there are no sidewalks anywhere in that area, so getting to food is difficult. It also lists the property as having good noise reduction, but we heard massive amounts of partying happening until easily 3am on a Friday night because of events hosted at the hotel, and staff didn’t seem to intervene to keep up quiet hours.

This hotel was really nice and clean. It wasn’t the most up-to-date Hotel, but was very neat and updated in areas where it needed to be, and felt very well kept. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and it wasn’t a noisy hotel so I slept really well. The refrigerator in the room is such a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the area!

There was one staff member in the restaurant for breakfast. One. She could not provide adequate service for the guests. She also didn’t seem very interested in providing service, but I suspect she was not adequately trained, and she clearly isn’t supervised. On the other hand, the shower was amazing! Bed very comfortable.

Restaurant and bar both closed. I had to order a pizza. The woman at the front desk was ill trained.

The property was nice enough but not sure it was what I'd expect for the price. The breakfast buffet was equal to what you get for free at less expensive hotels so paying $18 per person was definitely not worth it . Overall a 4.
