The pool water was freezing, and that was the main reason why I chose that hotel to enjoy swimming, and I did not swim at once. Also, in the gym there was no towels to wipe my sweat after a good workout last, but not least the breakfast should always be continental after paying that high cost of staying there thank you.

I’ve been coming here for about 25 years. They’ve recently completed a major renovation of the bar/restaurant area - not just a facelift. My room was also recently updated. They have car chargers on the McDonald's side, but they were currently not operational. (Probably 6kW.)

The Hangar Inn food was good but limited & only open in the am & 5-10pm. The TV channel selection was terrible - no basic cable in 2025? Service was average but a few front desk employees went above & beyond to be pleasant & helpful: Rocio,Gilbert, Alexander & Matin. Also, Mary, Lexi & Joey at the restaurant & both van drivers: Guy & Bob.🙌

During my stay, there was a leak from the exhaust/vent so every time I went to the bathroom there was either water already all over the toilet or water dripping on the toilet. The shower was also clogged so when I took a shower my feet were completely submerged by the end. There was also a big centipede in my room. I called the front desk multiple times, even after my stay and I still have not received a call.

This property needs much maintenance, cleaning and mold removal. I was given a room with black mold on the ceiling. They took a half hour to give me another room. The person at the front tended to all the people that were coming in to check out instead of getting me a new card key. When confronted he became very rude and unprofessional. The next room had an unattached toilet seat. If I were the type of woman that sits on strange toilets I would have injured myself. I am disabled, so this made everything so much harder to deal with. I do not recommend this hotel. And Expedia wouldn’t refund my money back so I had to stay here.

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon in early May. There were no trolleys available, so I carried my bags in by hand. At the front desk, a man was on the phone behind an open office door, and there was no bell or clear way to get someone’s attention. After waiting around 8 minutes, a woman finally emerged but didn’t greet me, apologize, or make eye contact—her demeanor felt cold and dismissive. When I booked through Expedia, it stated that breakfast was included, but I was told I’d need to pay $20/day. As I was in town for work, this was both inconvenient and frustrating. The room itself looked nothing like the bright, updated photos online—it was older, worn-down, and had visible ceiling damage. Small bits of mortar even fell from the patched-up ceiling as I unpacked. The desk attendant failed to mention that my room was at the far end of the building, near a separate entrance and parking area. Had I known, I could’ve saved myself the trouble of dragging heavy bags through the hotel. Other issues included no hand soap in the bathroom, extremely slow wifi (a file transfer took all night), and very thin walls. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've stayed at a lot of IHG hotels and this was by far the worst I've experienced. I won't even go into how ridiculously high the incident charge was. I'm from the south and understand not everyone has the southern hospitality, but the lady at the front desk when we checked in didn't seem to want to be there at ALL. She barely spoke as she rushed through checking us in. We were told the pool was closed even though it was still daylight. I had an upset child the rest of the night. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was disgusting. I'm not sure what was smeared all over the walls, but after driving for almost 10 hours that day and expectingsnother 10 the next, I was too tired to do anything other than go to sleep. But even that didn't go well. Both mine and my child's sleep was interrupted by the plumbing multiple times. If someone showered, flushed or even turned the water in the sink on, you'd hear it through our whole room.

Amazing staff member at night time helped me out when I had no charger while traveling alone and gave me addresses for 7/11 and Apple Store and gave me his charger. Snack options were great..quite also. And shower is amazing usually other hotels hot water last 5 min this hotel lasted a nice 20 min. The cleaning was amazing even tho she woke me up at 9 am 😂 but it’s fine.! 100 percent recommend and I’ll be back!

It has been over a week and I have not gotten my deposit back from the hotel. The front desk person was very rude and hassling, giving me a hard time. I specifically said I wanted to pay a certain way and he just ran it through my card, and now as I stated before I still haven’t got my security deposit back after a whole week. Unsafe and Irresponsible My car was broken into in this hotel’s parking lot during my stay. Important documents and a second car key were stolen. The next day, my other car was stolen from my home. The hotel has no security cameras and took no responsibility. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check-in was a breeze. The rooms were very nice and clean. They offered a great coffee machine and small refrigerator, which was great. Also the shower in the morning was actually hot did very much Enjoy the shower. Enjoyed the free breakfast which was outstanding. Saying all this we had a wonderful experience. Would recommend.
