I didnt appreciate being stuck in their elevator . They knew from a prior guest that the elevators weren't working properly and apparently did not respond. I was told when the engineer opened the elevator and i went to the front desk and ask to speak to the manager " She wont be in until Tuesday" But the were quick to take the credit card. Frightening to be alone and stuck on and elevator.

Came for business. Hotel is in convenient location. No room service but the attached restaurant has good breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as well.

Overall good stay. Check in was a little bit of a wait , only 1 of the 4 people behind the counter were checking people in and there was a line of about 5-6 guests. The elevator never came when we left for checkout. We waited about five -ten min at the elevator to go down, on floor 5, and it never came . When it finally did come we couldn’t go down. Even when we were at floor 10 we pressed for the lobby and it wouldn’t light up so we got out before the chance of being stuck inside, so we had to walk down from the top floor using the stairs to leave .

Stayed here with a friend to attend a concert. Location is very convenient to the stadium, restaurant and other attractions. Hotel common areas and the room were clean. Parking is easy, there is also a back lot with plenty of space. Was closer to the elevator than I prefer but noise levels weren't unreasonable.

The property itself was very nice. The information on Expedia is not correct. It states that there is a free shuttle within 3 miles as well as a free shuttle to the train station. The hotel has no shuttles whatsoever. Made it a little more difficult to get around for us since we were planning on the shuttles.

Pros to this hotel were how quiet the room was and the proximity to a venue we were attending a show at. Restaurant staff were great. Cons- room was dusty and rug hadn’t been vacuumed. No towels in bathroom upon check in. Multiple requests over our stay to have room serviced were ignored. Felt like we were bothering the staff when we asked for service. Not the best experience at a Hilton…

The location of this hotel is convenient as the highway entrances and exits are right by the hotel. We did have an issue with our sheets stinking like they were in a smoking room and a few towels had a horrible retched stench. House keeping immediately replaced the sheets and towels. Overall the parking was easy and checking in and out was fast. I give this hotel a 3/5.

Based on the room rate we paid I really expected more. Upon arrival the carpet in our room was not vacuumed properly and I had to ask housekeeping the following day to make sure to vacuum during service and they did but left the bed unmade. We stayed six night and the sheets were changed once! The shower drain blocked on the 4th night and we called at 11am for it to be fixed or room move if not but it wasn’t fixed until 2:30pm and when I went to the reception the lady on duty was so cold and didn’t empathize with us she was like it will be fixed when the other room checks out, and this was like after 1pm. Me and my husband was celebrating our wedding anniversary and had mentioned before check in and there was no mention from the staff or a gesture like a $1 ballon from the dollar tree. The staff at the restaurant were nice! Maybe I expected more from the Hilton brand; more warmth of service, more cleanliness from their rooms, more attention to detail, more awe and dazzling and more class without the fuss! Maybe it’s just this location!

Hotel room was not cleaned, found a sock in the bathroom, there was hair around the shower head. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty. When we told the front desk about it there answer was just to drop off sheets instead of changing out the sheets.

The room was very small and uncomfortable. There was no microwave in the room, which made things very inconvenient. They only give you one bottle of water per guest, just once during the entire stay, and they don’t provide any for kids at all. For a hotel, I expected much better service and amenities. Definitely not worth the price.

I had an amazing stay. Check in was super easy and my room was great. Please note, the entire hotel has been renovated. I was told 3rd party sites pull their photos from elsewhere which can sometimes cause confusion. There is no microwave any of the rooms but you can heat your food up in the lobby. The bed was pretty comfy, no major complaints there. The room was a decent size. There is decent closet space. Overall I’m happy with my overall experience.

Property charges me for the room after I had already paid Expedia in advance. Debora the desk supervisor was not helpful and spoke poorly of Expedia. In addition the shower for the first room did not work. No maintenance on staff to assist. We're told we would get a call to move rooms no call. Went down to get new room, keys didn't work. Desk staff was not happy they had to come to the room. When she got there door wouldn't open even with her key. Said she would bring keys back. Never brought them back. Horrible experience.

I asked for some hot water had my own cup and everything the woman who worked last night around 7pm said no, i looked over in the little kitchen area there was a microwave i only asked for hot water for tea. She laughed thought it was funny i said thank you and we back to my room. This is how you treat customers i will NEVER return to your establishment. She didn't know if i had a baby and was making formula, at least try and be accommodating.
