So don’t get me wrong, the room was comfortable and nice. BUT if you are bringing a dog be aware of the additional fee where the amount was not disclosed to me. When I checked in I was told there is a pet fee and my card would be charged for $25. I look at my credit card bill, the incidentals hold was $25 the pet fee is $75! That was not told to me at all. And again this fee is in addition to what you pay for the room and I only stayed one night. So idk if the fee is per night or one fee per whole stay. But that was ridiculous to be a dog friendly hotel. I’ve never had to pay an additional fee like that. Will not go back.

Went there to check in and they didn’t have a pool as advertised on Expedia. It was my bi so I bought a hotel elsewhere and they wouldn’t refund my money nor give me a credit or nothing. Even after Expedia reached out to them

This hotel was surprisingly quiet given the location, minimal noise at night. View of the NY skyline was nice to see. Plenty of parking & the lot was well cleared despite snow/bad weather in the area. Housekeeping was very attentive and friendly. Pillows could be better (personal preference) but I bought an extra @Target to hold me over for the duration of the stay. If the nasty smokers would stay away from the lobby door, it would be great improvement.

Great place to Stay! Affordable & clean, free good breakfast. No regrets! Sad that the pool was permanently closed seen sign on front desk but they advertised it with one in the listing . Just a heads up!

The room itself was very nice and clean. However, I booked a nonsmoking room and my room smelled like cigarettes. I believe it was coming from the vents. I am allergic to cigarettes, so because of that experience, I would never stay there again.

The property was okay, but I didn't feel it was worth over $300 a night. The rugs were stained and should be replaced immediately. Additionally, I was not aware that this was a dog-friendly hotel, which could explain the stains and dirty carpets.

The Property just gets fair marks. The front desk staff was courteous and referred us to the hotel manager when we had a problem with the cleaning of our room. She was uninterested in hearing what we had to say and was even somewhat argumentative. One day our room was not cleaned. We came in quite late and had to ask at the desk what happened. they brought us fresh towels. Another day the room was cleaned but there were no towels. For three days the same coffee stains were on our bedside table. No one ever wiped the top of the table! Again we had to let the hotel know about the cleaning staff. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future! Even though we did like the availability of Coffee and the just ok "breakfast" and the free parking. Location directly on a highway caused noise in the room but was convenient for travel in the area.

We stayed at this location to be close to American Dream Mall. The hotel is average. Water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. The shower definitely needs to be updated, definitely new caulking, as some areas looked a little moldy. The bedside lamps need tightening as they were leaning. I wouldn’t go to this location again personally. I had a much better experience at the Florida location I visited. The hotel did ask if they could send maintenance up to fix the lamps, but I told them we were busy at the moment.

Newly constructed dwelling, the suite room was very spacious, perfect for a family of 4 adult-sized people, with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, dish washer, and kitchen sink. The free breakfast was very good too 👍 We would stay here again

We enjoyed our second stay at this hotel. We could have given a five star rating but for the extremely noisy in room heating system which we had to leave on due to the cold weather but which kept us awake at night. Surely a new hotel like this could utilize a quieter HVAC system?

The staff was wonderful! So pleasant from phone call, check in and check out. I also left a necklace that was very sentimental to me and they found it! I highly recommend! Breakfast was good too!!

Staff were not welcoming at check in. I was handed our room key and never told about the continental breakfast, where we could find anything or welcomed in general. The hotel was very clean but our room had stains on the furniture and a cracked sink.

The staff were excellent starting with check-in. House keeping services were exceptional and rooms were well appointed and clean. Location gives easy access to Route 17 and getting into midtown Manhattan took about 30 minutes. Complimentary breakfast was reasonable. Highly recommend this property!

This property was good overall. We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. Included breakfast was good, though hard to maneuver with guests going through both sides of the line. Waffle makers were time consuming which held up the line significantly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
