Chose this hotel for the cool outdoor fire pit and indoor pool The fire pit was out of service the entire time. The indoor pool was being used for swim lessons for non hotel guests until 8 pm, making it too difficult to use with our children. The keys would not work on the side entry doors due to a glitch. The in theater movies in the room did not work nor did the lobby big screen TV/Movie area. The lobby fireplace was out of service for a day or two. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and only one small trash can in the bathroom, limited linens and towels. Pool area had no towels. Because we were traveling with our dog (one of the only pros about the hotel) with no other option, we stayed the duration without the use of these amenities. Pool should be reserved for guest use only.

The reason we chose this hotel was the pool and due to lack of maintenance it was closed so we cut our stay short. The front desk and the staff were excellent and the bistro food was good and reasonably priced.

We loved our stay. The room was quiet and clean. The room we had had a couch and bed. Great for watching TV. We loved the availability of an open area in the lobby for us to sit and have coffee or play a broad game. The pool area and open outdoor area ready sealed the deal.

On whole property was a decent place to stay a few nights. Room was very small but had expected amenities. Would have helped if had microwave. Facilities were good again for this type of hotel. Exercise room was decent. Had a small laundry room. Pool looked okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price, a solid choice for single traveler.

TV was broken. Toilet seat was loose. The side entrance into the hotel building had a malfunctioning key card reader. Our key cards stopped working after one night. The queen size beds were smaller than standard size. The beds were not comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Cleanliness was good. The front lobby staff were gracious enough to address these issues. We don’t plan to stay there again due to beds issues.

The property had areas that remained dirty during my stay. Garbage in the hallways and by the ice machine left for days. The garbage can outside filled and overflowing with all types of filth. The bathroom shower was clogged. The hotel also had permanent residents not just one or two multiple families. It felt like an apartment building complex! Never again!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds months in advance of our stay, only to arrive from a very long drive and find they could only offer us two fulls. This was inadequate for our party of four (none of us small). I requested that they give us two rooms to provide enough beds, and they refused. I also tried repeatedly to call in advance to confirm our room that day, and the staff never answered the phone. We had a terrible night of sleep, and had to complete another full day of driving the folllowing day under-rested.

The location was convenient. The price was very good. Room was nice. Had a small balcony with a screen door. Everything was clean. Didn’t have any issues with noise. Plenty of parking. The only reason I probably wouldn’t stay again is I found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. It was too soft for my liking.

The rooms were big with adequate furniture and the staff was kind, but amenities and basic functionality needs a major update. Wifi only worked in lobby - not in our rooms on 2nd floor at all. Key cards often failed on external doors and room doors. TVs did not work in 2 rooms. Heating/cooling systems were unreliable and didn't always work.

Lazaria, the front desk person seemed like she could care less about what I needed. This person should be behind a desk and not in contect with people!! Basically i asked for a cart to carry luggage to my room. She grunted out "at the end of the hall way" I asked which way? her reply was either so I went to the right side and nothing, the I walked to the other side and nothing there either. I want back to ask for help and this time she said down by the elevator so I walked to the right and all the way down the hall to the elevator and NO cart! I went back to the front dest and asked for help... she shrugged her shoulders and was not willing to do anything. I will NEVER stay at this location again!

We arrived at 2pm to check in (before our concert) but we were told we could not check in until 3pm. So we came back after the show (1am) and did get our two rooms - but they were two floors apart and at different ends of the hallway (despite having put a note in requesting that the rooms be close to each other). We were lucky though - the family checking in behind us, with a reservation, was told they had no room for them (they sold all the rooms and couldn't honor the reservation). There were also told that they would not be able to speak to a manger until at least Monday (it was Saturday night). There was no offer of assistance to help them find another room or even recommendations on where to go - just "sorry, we have no room for you, please leave",

The hotel was ok but it was written when we bookthat breakfast was included at no charge but that wasn’t true. Breakfast had to be purchase. So that’s a big disapointment for us.

It was the place that we choose to spent our wedding night before head to the honeymoon, we called the front desk to let them know that we would be late due to the ceremony, which they confirmed telling us it was all set, upon arrival at Courtyard by Marriott we were told by the front desk they were overbooked, and there was nothing they could do about it this it was after 50 minutes driving also around 2:00 AM . Groom and Bride had to drive few more hours till had a place to spend the night . I do not recommend anyone to use this property ever again if you want to avoid this horrible heartbreaking experience.

I’ve stayed here before and probably will again. The location is convenient enough when I’m visiting NYC or NJ and don’t want to drive home. The hotel isn’t exactly the most modern but it isn’t too outdated. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, and it was affordable.

I don’t mind so much that the place is a bit outdated BUT… I was refused coffee in the lobby at 10:30am upon checking out which is at 11am. They said they do not make coffee past 10am. I’ll make it myself! Just give me the pot!!! Cups and condiments were there but the pot was taken away. Come on!!! The pool area is HOT and humid. No air circulation whatsoever. Its sad because this place has a lot of potential.

I liked the fuel and food, coffee close by 24 hr. I enjoyed a couple of drinks after my late afternoon event. Also, had time to grab a coffee before leaving hotel next morning. convenient breakfast hours. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and loved plenty of towels. Surprised no little body soap for Tub/shower other than one for hand washing at sink. Plenty of shampoo in shower stall which sufficed. Yes, I would stay there again and recommend. Thank you.
