A reasonable bargain for a couple of nights. I'd stay again if in the area. The lock on the outside door to the parking lot is missing completely, so there is no way to lock the door. There are tap points to get in/out, but since the lock is completely missing, those points are useless. The carpet in the room needs some attention; bunched in a couple of spots.

Two opposed opinions: we booked the family suite, complete with 5 beds, arcades, games, full-size fridge and so on. Couldn't have been happier, kids were besides themselves and have been asking to go back... The adult perspective (I have visited thousands of hotels in my professional life) : had to forcibly remove the smoke detector as front desk couldn't do anything about it beeping. Waited nearly 20 min in the lobby for someone to finally put down their phone and show up at the desk despite my calling out and searching nearby. Pervasive weed smell throughout. Fire warning system clearly out of commission. Broken ice machine, run-down elevator. Burnt-out exterior sign. You know, the cheap motel in all its splendor. Despite what is advertised on Expedia, there is NO breakfast at this location. Not only that, but staff is clearly annoyed at having to tell you this... So, great idea having a family room. Would love to see an ounce of that energy put towards fixing everything else !

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was adequate for a night's stay, although some bleach stains on rug, etc. Some customers checking in/out seemed a little questionable... Grab and go breakfast was very limited and there was coffee but no tea. Hotel is non-smoking although the lobby and rooms definitely had a smoke smell to them. Areas w/in the parking lot seemed unsafe being water drains weren't covered entirely. Parking was ample and location was convenient.

If you are looking for an inexpensive option this place is a great choice. Located right next to the mcdonald's and gas station. The staff is very friendly and courteous and overall the hotel is quiet with very easy options for parking.

One night stay with hubby, coming from airport after long flight, (wanted to rest before continuing our drive home) Arrived before check in time and they graciously let us check in and very friendly at front desk. Was comfortable, room temperature, we didn’t even have to touch the settings. Was pretty clean room and bed. No fridge, but plenty of ice for our drinks, and microwave outside of room to use. Very very quiet. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again! 👍

The hotel was very dirty and had okd furnishings and carpets. There was a very unpleasant odor in the room and my wife found roaches! It was a very unpleasant experience and i would never return!

This property was full of ants and cockroaches. It was very filthy place. Breakfast was a joke. Some old rotten oranges and empty coffee machines. The staff said that they would let the manager know about the cockroaches. However, he never did anything.

Found bedbugs in our room, told the front desk manager, and showed them the dead ones we found on a paper towel wbich we put in a plastic zip lock bag to show them. They said theyd take care of it, and id receive a refund, however the following day i called and they insisted there was nothing in the bag or on the paper towel and nothing in the room meanwhile i had shiwed him the pictures and video taken in the hotel room! Horrible customer service and they lie to protect the hotel so be careful going there!

Unacceptable Hygiene & Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel in May and unfortunately discovered bed bugs in my room during the night—after 1 a.m. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk the next morning. While they noted my complaint, I was told that because I booked through a third party, I would need to take it up with them directly. When the third-party service reached out to the hotel, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the clear health risk and extreme discomfort, the hotel refused to offer any refund or even basic compensation. The real issue at this hotel and probably the hotels in the vicinity is the noise from the traffic on Route 17. Even at night it can be quite loud. Also first morning there was nice muffins but after that for the following three mornings just apples and not much there. Otherwise the cost reasonable.

I was in room 304. * The bathroom was clean and bright as were the linens. It was as good or better than the room I had the night before at the Courtyard hotel down the street. * The king size bed was likewise clean and comfortable. * I found the easy chair less good. May have been the fabric or just worn. * The flooring had issues, as the edges of the vinyl planks were curling up. * I was pleased to hear that breakfast was included, but in the morning found that it consisted of orange juice, coffee and bagels. So I went to Mc D's next door.

our family rented four rooms from Thursday, October 9 through Sunday, October 12. The mattress is on the beds, felt hard on the corners when you sat down on the bed and when you lay down on the bed, you could feel the springs against your back. Maybe it's time to replace the mattresses. Also the carpets had a very worn look to them, and one of the room set a big stain on the carpet. Room 122 had several major cracks in the mirror in the bathroom. Your room is really need to be updated and they should fix things like the cracked mirrors. there was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway, which was probably coming from some other guest room. The positive is your staff did a good job when I requested that they put fresh towels in the room. In one of the rooms, the staff that was cleaning the room, took the bedspread and sheets off the bed and threw them on the floor and left them there. They did not replace them on the beds or take those sheets out of the room, so I'm not sure why they did that once again that was in room 122. Some of the lights did not work in room 124.

The property is located right next to McDonald's which I guess is great if you like that kind of thing. It is also located next to the highway which makes for some noise at night so if that kind of thing bothers you. The room I checked into the bed was clean but the floor had stains on it and the mirror in the bathroom was cracked. Room 134. Honestly though for a hundred bucks a night it's about what you'd expect.

It’s a Super 8. Don’t expect great. The bathroom was actually pretty good. The carpet in the room was ripped and dirty. The beds were just ok. Not that comfortable and one of the beds had metal sticking out and would rip your calf muscle off.

There was no one at reception at around 11pm. I only waited about 10 minutes but the other group ahead of me waited almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk and check them in. Also rooms are not very sound proofed. Property was clean. And good bed.

I booked a room with 1 queen bed and was given a room with 2 double beds. When I brought this to the staff’s attention their response was that the hotel is fully booked and I should be happy that my room was “upgraded.” Sorry, but having to sleep in separate beds is not an upgrade to me. The beds were also very uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. If this was a $60 room, I wouldn’t care but when I am paying $164, I expect to get what I paid for.

The deskie Bryant was awol from the front desk for 30 min from 11-11:30pm, my work crew had to go to another hotel across the street. When we called and asked about a refund the next morning, he was extremely rude to us, and denied about an additional booking we had that night, forcing us to book yet another hotel room

Location does not get any better than this on Route 17, just off I-287 and close to the NY Thruway, fast food next door, and gas just down the way. Yes, it is a budget property but I am a solo budget traveler. Site management seems to be making a concerted effort for cleanliness which matters most to me for a short overnight stay. Mattress and pillows were comfortable, adequate hot water for a good shower.

Only real issue with all the recent Super 8 is they show a breakast room, however none of them have it. No real selection for a "free breakfast". Coffee. Granola bars and maybe some fruit. Small counter

It was old fashioned it had broken drawers inside an old room that has not been updated for decades it smelled dirty and humid and you could smell Marijuana coming from the rooms it even had a broken door of one room kept closed with a lock like someone had to break it down to get in It had no real breakfast just coffee and expired granola bars and kids banana muffin. I cant even say it was what i paid for cuz the app showed better pictures and even said it had a pool and it didn't.

Do NOT stay here! 30 minutes before the breakfast period ended and no OJ, no regular coffee, no milk, and 1 plastic-wrapped muffin left. When I asked the front desk if there was any more OJ and milk, they checked and said they were out. How can you run out of milk for coffee? The room needed work - stains on the carpet, dents in the walls and ceiling, bathroom door was literally delaminating, and the mattress was lousy.

Worst Super 8i that we have stayed at. The breaakfast was nonexistent. No dining area. Have to take what food you could find to room which has 1 chair and very small desk to eat at. The remote needed batteries as wont change channels. Have stayed at less expenive Super 8 that had better facilied.

It was clean but worn out. beds were comfortable. Heater would not shut off I had to open a window. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good. The free breakfast is a coffee and a muffin.
