We chose this hotel because it had a pool, but we found the pool was out of order when we got there. My kids were very disappointed. It would have been nice if they told is this beforehand.

The room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice lobby with a lot of areas to sit & relax with tvs. Nice outdoor sitting area with firepit. Maybe I missed it but the site when booking should say its under construction & pool is closed. 4th floor is being done but it did not effect us in anyway and was not noisy. The only thing that would have been nice was free coffee in lobby like most hotels have now but there is a coffee maker in room but you need to buy water and the coffee didnt tatse good. Free coffee in lobby would have been nice. There is a bar & restaurant but you need to pay for breakfest.

There was dog crap outside in several places near the entrance. The toilet handle broke on our last day. Breakfast is not included and only counter person serves a limited menu. Everything is à la carte.The courtyard doors are locked at night and the pool and hot tub are out-of-service.The front desk staff and the housekeepers are nice.

Hockey tournament weekend! Great location, large suite, comfortable bed and wonderful bar/lounge area & staff. The only problem was that the pool was out and staff never mentioned it. It also wasn’t identified at the time of booking. Otherwise it was a great place.

Nice property but no pool as is on the website. Asked person at desk and was told it's been closed since Covid! Why?? Every other pool is open!!??

The room was clean, but on the balcony there were 2 bottles full of cigarette butts, we called the main office to let them know they were there, since we did not want to get charged for smoking. They offered right away to come clean it up. I was disappointed though that the courtyard and pool were both closed. The room was very clean and comfortable though and the staff was very friendly.

No coffee in the lobby except $5 Starbucks. No one trusts in room coffee makers. One Quick Look at the one in my room and it was nasty. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned with vinegar or descaled. So, I shelled out $5 a day. Marriott get it together!

This was a great stay, with a perfect location, close to everything in the area. I have no complaints but would advise that the road outside is a bit noisy so you may want to make sure your room faces away from there.

My room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy throughout the night and early morning. Also I could hear the guest next to my room snoring. I did not get any sleep.. besides the noise everything else was fine.

I picked this hotel because it was a good price and close enough to Philly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although I think a little harder than my own. As others have mentioned the walls were thin and I could hear our neighbors in the morning but luckily they weren’t too obnoxious. There didn’t seem to be too many local restaurants in the immediate area that looked good so we had to travel about 10 minutes to get breakfast the next morning. Overall I would probably stay again if the price was right.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Problem with the AC was remedied super fast. My son left his AirPods there and when I called after checkout they did everything to find and hold them for us to come back and retrieve.

This property was very accommodating to our hockey team. The staff were courteous and went beyond what I am used to. Front desk helped with little things like getting ice. Security was proactive in dealing with any behaviour issues with kids that were having a bit too much fun. Great place to stay.

I'd like to compliment Adrianna who checked us in. She was extremely helpful, polite, patient and smiled the whole time! She represented The Courtyard very well. We also liked our room. It was super clean and welcoming. The welcoming screen on the TV was a pleasant item. Was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast. That gave the hotel 4 stars. If it had a complimentary breakfast would have given it 5 stars. All in all - very nice.

I felt unwelcomed the whole time here. When i checked in, there was someone being trained and she was just standing there while the person who checked me in basically ignored her and didnt really give her any instructions on what she was doing for me or how to check iut a room. It was awkward. I didn't enjoy my experience here. It was unwelcome, unfriendly and downright cold. I asked them to keep my bags while i return to a conference and they refused to hold my luggage, which is a regular hotel occurrence. Not only did they not be more helpful in storing my luggage, but they flat out said it wouldnt fit in their office. Which seems odd to me, because i mentioned holding it behind the desk & not in an office which ive seen plenty do, they still wouldn’t hold my things. For this to be a travel hotel situated in a town with truckers & maintenance crews coming in, i find that extremely difficult to believe. Overall my experience was very poor and i wouldnt stay here again or in the area tbh.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here. The easy access on & off the NJ turnpike makes it the perfect choice to break up a long roadtrip. Check in was fast,easy & the clerk was very personable. Room was comfortable, clean, & spacious.

I called and asked before I booked if there was a restaurant on site, It was a "Bistro" with microwave food and no staff that I saw. Literally had to walk into the employee area to find someone. So disappointed.
